“Could not have asked for a better place for our dog. We have a Belgian malinious mix, large and energetic - and so was hesitant to how he would be whilst we were away… but Steven and the family gave our dog a great home for over 7 days whilst we were away. Keeping us up to date with walks, and pictures - and even bought a dog toy to keep our dog engaged. Would recommend.”

“Louise and Dee are a lovely couple of genuine 'dog people' with one dog of their own who is well behaved and sociable. They had our Weimaraner, Diesel, for a week and they updated me daily with photos. “Rebecca was absolutely wonderful when it came to caring for our cat whilst we were away on holiday. First of all we had a meet and greet beforehand which was very reassuring, then once caring for our cat, she provided daily updates with photos that clearly showed our cat was happy, and loving her company. Becky also went above and beyond by watering my flowers, and even checking on our house when there was a nearby fire. We feel our cat has had some much needed love in our absence and we couldn’t be happier, so much so I have rebooked Rebecca straight away. Thank you so much from Laura and family (Norton)”

About: I’ve managed to teach my own cat how to do a few tricks which, as a cat owner you will know, is not easy thing! I’ve also done some cat sitting previously for a few weeks whilst a friend was away.

“We can’t fault Stephanie, she was absolutely wonderful with our cat, very friendly and professional and her communication before and during the visits was great. I loved that she regularly updated us and sent us little videos of our cat happy and playing, it really put us at ease and allowed us to enjoy our holiday knowing she was in very safe hands. Would definitely recommend her as a pet sitter and will be booking with her again next time we go away!”

About: Although most of my hands-on experience is with dogs, I absolutely love cats and would be very happy to care for them. I understand that cats can have very different personalities and needs, so I’d take the time to get to know each cat and make sure they feel comfortable and safe.

“Absolutely brilliant. Claire kept me updated at all times with pictures and videos , and my boy was very happy when I got back . Even though Milo is very scared of strangers and hides, Claire managed to get his trust . Will definitely use her services again and be relaxed that my baby is well taken care of by someone who genuinely loves cats!!! 💜💜💜 Thank you again Claire and see you soon 😻”

“Booked Alicia for the second time to look after our cat while away for a week, and once again was so grateful for the care she gave. Our cat enjoyed all the cuddles and the opportunity to go outside on her harness - it was really reassuring to know that she had someone checking in on her who spent time making sure she was happy. Food bowl and water were consistently checked and topped up as needed, and litter tray was also checked and dealt with as well. I really appreciate the attention and consideration Alicia gave to all aspects of looking after our cat, and will definitely rebook again!”

“My dogs bonded with Casey and Hollie the moment they met them. Casey came round to drop in and followed all instructions perfect, sent me pupdates and left the house perfectly clean and the dogs all happy. Will 100% be booking again ❤️”

About: My experience with fostering pets started several years ago, when my friend found a 1-month-old kitten on the street and rescued it, but was unable to keep it in her home, so she asked me to foster until we find him a permanent home. I named the little guy Simba (original, I know!) and took care of him for 3 months before finding him a permanent, loving home. Since then, I have been housesitting dogs, cats, and even rabbits.

“Melanie looked after our two cats whilst we were away on holiday and she did an incredible job. I received daily updates via the Rover report cards as well as photos each day. This was so reassuring and lovely to see. I completely trusted Mel and her ability to care for the boys whilst we were away. Mel also gave Simba daily medication and at the end of the week I received a photo of the daily medication log which confirmed he had received his tablet at what time each day. Mel went above and beyond in her duties, one day returning for a second visit, to check on Simba as he had been sick one day. I would absolutely recommend Mel if you are looking for a conscientious and caring lady to care for your pets. Thanks again Mel! We will defo be in touch next time we are away xx”

“Our little dog seems to have endless energy. Vasiliki was so kind and patient. We couldn’t have asked for more. Milo had so much fun he sat by the front door when he did get home crying to leave again 🤷🏻♀️”

“I was really nervous about leaving my dog at day care as he’s always with me and has separation anxiety and is an escape artist so it felt like a big step. Hollie and Casey were so kind and understanding of his situation from the start, and me and my partner instantly trusted them. On the day they introduced their dog and my dog in a calm environment. Their dog is so lovely and they became best friends, fast. They sent us updates throughout the day so we could see how he was getting on. He came home happy and content! We’ve already booked more sessions with Hollie and Casey and are looking forward to more. We highly recommend them and their lovely dog Moose 🥹❤️”

About: I have been caring for animals as long as I can remember. My mother was a Kennel Club breeder when I was little so I learned to care for pups from a young age. Today, I have two dogs and a cat of my own, and I frequently pet sit for my friends and family. Because of this, I truly understand the trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else. My background gives me a deep understanding of animal health and comfort. I attended an RSPCA veterinary summer school, where I studied anatomy and observed surgeries, which helps me spot when a pet is unwell. I also have hands-on experience helping a neighbor with her grooming business, learning how to keep different breeds calm and comfortable. I promise to provide a quiet, safe, and dependable environment for your pet, following their usual routines. Whether they need medical attention, a peaceful walk, or just a quiet companion, I will care for them with the same patience and love I give my own. As my exams are finishing up, I am fully open and flexible for summer pet sitting! Because I am on summer break, I can dedicate my days and nights to your pets and adapt entirely to their usual routines.I am happy to be at your house as much as you need me to keep your pets company. I do return to my own home briefly to care for my own pets, or pop out for errands, but I will always prioritize your pet's schedule and never leave them alone longer than we agree on. My weekends are mostly open, though I have a few pre-planned camping trips and holidays over the summer, which will always be marked off on my Rover calendar well in advance. Safety and peace of mind are my top priorities when staying in your home. I ensure all doors and gates remain fully secure, keep dogs strictly leashed on walks, and follow your house rules exactly. I build trust by sending regular photo updates so you know your pets are happy and settled. My RSPCA veterinary summer school training helps me quickly spot if an animal is unwell or uncomfortable. Before your trip, I always note down your vet’s details and emergency contacts.

About: I’ve always loved dogs and have plenty of hands-on experience caring for them. I currently have my own 3-year-old French Bulldog, Rex, who I’ve cared for since he was young. Before Rex, I owned a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and a Labrador × Rottweiler, both of whom were part of my family for around 10 years. This has given me experience with different breeds, personalities, energy levels and needs. I understand that every dog is different, so I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, whether that means lots of walks and playtime, plenty of cuddles, or simply giving them space to settle in. I’ll always treat your dog as if they were my own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable and loved while you’re away. I’m currently on maternity leave, so I have a very flexible schedule and am available most days, including weekdays and weekends. I can be flexible with times and am happy to work around your pet’s usual routine and needs. I’m available for walks, drop-ins and pet sitting, and I’m happy to discuss specific dates and times to find what works best for you and your pet. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing will always be my priority. I’ll take the time to understand their routine, personality, likes and dislikes before caring for them, and I’ll follow any instructions you provide. I have plenty of experience caring for dogs and understand the importance of keeping them secure, supervised and comfortable. I’ll make sure they’re never left in an unsafe situation and will keep you updated so you know how they’re doing. I’ll treat your home and your pet with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I want every pet to feel relaxed, happy and at home while they’re in my care. 🐾

About: I’ve taken care of pets ever since I can remember. Having been raised around dogs of all sizes, and my family’s love for having many cats at home, I have accumulated years of experience from home alone. This includes pets with special requirements, and those who just prefer more attention to others! I grew up spending most of my time at my uncles farm, spending a lot of time with his farm animals and sheep dogs. I have volunteered frequently at Stourbridge cat rescue over the years, and having 6 of my own at home, the care required came naturally to me. I currently study full-time at university, however my schedule is very flexible! I have filtered my availability to show for this, so any days you see free means I am able to accommodate to your pet full-time or whenever required! As someone with pets of my own and an understanding of how clumsy some pets can be, I can ensure that I will keep a permanent eye on your pet during sittings- and that all small objects are kept away and doors/ windows are checked frequently. Personally, my dog loves to sprint out the door whenever he hears the handle go, so I have mastered how to leave the house without any flight-risk. Any special requests shall be adhered to also.
About: I’ve been a dog lover for most of my life, so much so I’m allergic to them and have two of my own! I’d pick dogs over humans any day, There is no warmth like a dogs💌. I am currently off my main job for the summer so my current routine is fairly flexible! I can work around you. On a day-to day basis when it’s not Summer, I’m still pretty flexible with enough communication. I have an interest in dogs behaviour and pride myself on the training I have completed with my own. I’m happy to go with the flow or follow the needs of an already established routine, whatever works for your fur baby.
About: Hi, I’m Alicia! I got my first dog, Bear the Shih Tzu, back in February 2022 and it is safe to say that I am now dog obsessed (Bear even has his own Instagram account😆)! I have lots of experience in caring for my own dog including: taking Bear on lots of fun walks over the fields, completing beginner and level 1 training classes, going to lots of dog shows and as bear is a full coat (long haired) Shih Tzu he requires lots of grooming to keep him clean and tidy - I am confident that I can transfer my skills to looking after your doggos too! I have gained experience in dog walking through shadowing a local dog walker and also have my own dog accessory business where I meet a wide variety of dogs at events - I love meeting all of the cute pooches! I am always reading about dogs, including canine nutrition and behaviour with the hopes of becoming a clinical animal behaviourist after my degree. Dogs are my entire world - Bear has more outfits than myself 🤣- and I can’t wait to look after your fur babies! I also have experience in looking after other animals too: I grew up with cats since birth and have looked after both of my neighbours’ cats several times whilst they have been on holiday; I also had 2 guinea pigs. I am fully insured for dog walking, boarding, and pet sitting. I am a student at The University of Warwick, I commute here from home, which means that I am still able to look after your pooches on my days off, on weekends, evenings and during the holidays! I have a fenced garden, and the house is dog heaven - full of dog toys and lots of yummy natural treats! There are multiple dog beds around the house so your dog can sleep/chill wherever they feel comfortable. My own Shih Tzu is 3 years old and is such a happy and friendly boy, he gets along with all other dogs and will love playing with and meeting your fur baby❤️! I am happy to feed your dog any food (as I have experience feeding raw) and will always cater to your dogs allergies to ensure they don’t consume anything they can’t have! Dogs are more than welcome on furniture and I am always up for face licks and giving them tummy rubs! I am also happy to hire out a private enclosed field for your dog to play in off lead (I also have some agility equipment I could take) if you wanted to arrange this. I also am fully insured personally as well as the rover guarantee.

“Louise and Dee are a lovely couple of genuine 'dog people' with one dog of their own who is well behaved and sociable. They had our Weimaraner, Diesel, for a week and they updated me daily with photos. Diesel said he had the best dog holiday ever and made a new friends, had tons of walks in various woods and enjoyed vocalising how happy he was on the car journeys. Diesel would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay there again. 10 paw rating.”

“I can’t recommend Mitali enough! Super friendly and great with my dog Annie who I genuinely believe is slightly disappointed to have left! Great communication with a few photos sent during the sit. It’s always slightly unnerving when leaving your dog with a new sitter, but please don’t have any reservations here. Highly, highly recommended.”

“My dog has never boarded before using Rover and Courtney was great ! We had photos and messages My dog is a rare breed and very reactive so I was worried about how he was going to behave in a home with another dog ! I felt awful about this but reassuringly Courtney was lovely about it x would recommend use again !!! Thank you Cavapoo Mum”

“Reached out to these guys for regular dog sitting for our two cocker spaniels. Met up and had a lovely walk and our dogs got on with their dog instantly. About: It’s a tad cliche but I am truly a crazy dog woman who prefers them to humans. It’s my life mission to meet as many furry angels as possible! I get the joy of meeting many dogs who come to hang out while their parents are doing a show and would love to also meet your fur baby! ✨🫧✨ My love for dogs came from my childhood dog Rosie who lived until the big old age of 16 and a half. She grew with me as I went through high school, college, uni and my dream career in theatre. With Rosie’s age came a few medical conditions that have given me the skills to care for elderly/sick dogs. Giving them oral medication and monitoring their overall health. Recently, my family and I adopted our first Romanian Rescue pup called Ringo. He’s a bundle of energy, requiring two walks a day and hours of attention/enrichment. Quite the contrast to our old girl Rosie! But a great way for me to learn how to train a younger dog and also how to tire out a dog with endless energy. ✨🫧✨ I am Halesowen based and without a car at the moment but I am happy to fund my own travel where it is fitting. Any questions, please message! I am currently working in Birmingham on shifts that work like a 0 hour contract. Please message me even if it says that I am booked as sometimes I am not at work until the evening and I could work my schedule around yours! After working in professional theatre for ten years I have travelled around the country/world and I have stayed in a lot of homes for my digs with no complaints. I am very respectful in someone else’s home and I am very vigilant when it comes to making sure a space is safe for a pet as my own dog will find anything that isn’t nailed down for him to play with. I will always ask for a Meet and Greet if it’s possible, just so I can meet you and your dog before you commit to having me care for your pet. I understand just how much our dogs mean to us and want you to feel as comfortable as possible with me caring for them and your home if you choose a sitting service. (If it’s needed, I can also bring my dog Ringo with me to see if our dogs are compatible for boarding)
