Leanne, Gavin and her family were brilliant from start to finish! After having problems with previous sitters, who had lots of experience, had found it difficult to look after our frenchie. I reached out to Leanne and found her very easy to communicate with and really listened to our previous issues and concerns. I had met Leanne and her family with my dog and immediately felt reassured and grateful for her quick response. Our dog had spent the day with them today and at no point did I have any concerns. Leanne kept me updated along with photos. I could see how really happy our dog was with Leanne. He settled in so well, so quickly, due to Leanne and her family being knowledgeable and understanding of our previous issues. I cannot thank them enough!
