First time boarding our 2 dogs with Roxy. She was brilliant. She had prepared some forms for us to fill in, very official, professional. One of our dogs (Maple) is nervous of strangers but Roxy obviously did a great job because Maple goes to her for attention which she has never done before to anyone else. We loved tht Roxy would send us updates constantly, it does help us feel better knowing the dogs are in great hands. Highly recommend and would use her again.
Ruoxi took great care of my dog during the heatwave weekend, was easy to contact and sent me photos regularly. Strongly recommend! And two Miatas on the driveway are definitely a nice bonus to look at during pick up and drop off 😉
She kept me informed all day, and took great care of our dog. Fey seemed to have had a great time, and was taken for a couple of walks. Came home happy, tired and clearly well looked after. Would 100% recommend!

Ruoxi was a lifesaver for us as we needed someone to watch our 2 dogs following our move from Australia. She was willing to meet with them on relatively short notice and they took to her straight away. We were so pleased with the constant daily updates and that she would ask us before giving them any treats we wouldnt usually give. With our female dog, she really boosted her confidence around guys by introducing Wrangler to her partner & we could see when we collected them just how comfortable with him she had become. Ruoxi was willing to take our dogs on seperate walks daily as Bentley is in his senior years whereas Wrangler is a young high energry cattle dog. Not every sitter would have been open to do this but we really appreciate that she would take him on shorter walks that would over exhaust him at the tender age of 16. The photo updates while we were on our cruise warmed our heart & the fact she does this full time put us at so much ease knowing that they would have constant company to compact any anxiousness. This was the longest we'd ever left our dogs & we're very grateful that Ruoxi took the care & attaention that she did. We would happily book with her again :)

Planning
I'm a full-time sitter now, I stay at home all day. My partner Anthony covers the time when I'm out. I accept same day booking (no extra cost for the last min dash!) as long as the distance and time is manageable.

Fenced garden, all walls are more than 2 meters high. Completely secured area for dogs to take toilets or sniff around. The indoor area dogs allowed to play is living room, kitchen and hallway which is plenty of space. Dogs can stays on the sofa anywhere they want. We even have a sofa specially for dogs! I will make sure I give lots of attention, gentle company, and keep you closly updated (you may get lots of funny moments and beautiful pictures!)
Een typische dag
- 1 x 40 mins in the morning, 1x 20-30 mins at night before feeding. Mutiple garden enrichment activities a day. - strictly following owner's feeding schedule - A bit brain gmes and enrichment：Kong, Find the treats, command refreshing - Watching TV and lots of cuddles!
