My registered vet is Medivet Bedworth (Heath Road). -Only me who got dog walking insurance will walk your dogs outside. -I do daily records for health check, feeding, waste and behaviour, I will give your photos or video updates every day. Mixing Dogs Policy: -Up to 4 dogs (got 4 different rooms to separate dogs) -Feeding, sleeping, playing toys in different rooms prevent from resource guarding - I only let them interact when I'm watching - Up to 4 dogs for walking

We couldn’t be happier with the care our dog received. He was very well looked after, happy and relaxed when we picked him up. Left My 3.5yr old Rottweiler with Rouxi for 10 days while on holiday in Canada. She kept in contact with pictures and videos. The dog was happy and could see she was cared for. Before my holiday, I found Rouxi through the app couple days before flying out, so was a little short notice kinda thing. But we did a meet and greet and made everything easy for me from the beginning. Thanks soo much 🙏
Ruoxi gave me updates and photos every day, she is very professional, she got her own ID tag for every dogs, multiple water bowls in different places. And she looks very experienced handling different dogs from different family, she got 4 different rooms to separate her boarding dogs, every dog has their own space. She gave 2 walks every day, I can see all the updates that when she gave my doggy for walk. Highly recommend!
Ruoxi had our boy Milo for 10 days whilst we were away on holiday, and he had the best time! We have never used a dog sitter before so we were really nervous/worried but Ruoxi was amazing with our baby, regular updates with photos/videos -especially during the heat the UK had and being a french bulldog! We did not worry once as we knew he was before very well looked after and loved so we could enjoy our holiday! Thank you Ruoxi we will be back again! X
I used Ruoxi for the 1st time. She collected my two dogs and returned them 8 days later as I don’t drive. Doggies had a wonderful time with no issues, il’ll definitely use her again..

Schedule
I'm a full-time sitter now, I stay at home all day. My partner Anthony covers the time when I'm out. I accept same day booking (no extra cost for the last min dash!) as long as the distance and time is manageable.

Safety, trust & environment
Fenced garden, all walls are more than 2 meters high. Completely secured area for dogs to take toilets or sniff around. The indoor area dogs allowed to play is living room, kitchen and hallway which is plenty of space. Dogs can stays on the sofa anywhere they want. We even have a sofa specially for dogs! I will make sure I give lots of attention, gentle company, and keep you closly updated (you may get lots of funny moments and beautiful pictures!)
A typical day
- 1 x 40 mins in the morning, 1x 20-30 mins at night before feeding. Mutiple garden enrichment activities a day. - strictly following owner's feeding schedule - A bit brain gmes and enrichment：Kong, Find the treats, command refreshing - Watching TV and lots of cuddles!
