I taught him all the basic commands just by watching YouTube videos — and my love for dogs only grew stronger from there. Unfortunately, I had to leave my furry best friend behind in my home country with my parents where he loves it the most and I miss that kind of companionship every single day. About: I am a veterinary surgeon who has had immense experience with a variety of animal species to include neonatal and senior care. I have also looked after various animals with special needs, medical issues and disabilities which I can accommodate for if needed! Blake helped me out last minute when I was going away for my Easter break. It was my first time leaving my kittens at home so I was really anxious but she kept me updated, uploaded lots of pictures with every visit and was amazing to deal with. We had an issue with the digital key I gave her meaning she had to ask receptionists to let her in during every visit which is extremely frustrating however she was super understanding about it. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
