We had to book a last minute sitting for our dog whilst we were out for long periods during the day and Natasha was such a huge help. Her responses to messages were so quick and she even helped me navigate the website as I had made an error with my request. My dog Buffy immediately made a new friend when they met and photos that Natasha sent me me showed me Buffy was having the time of her life with all the love and pets she got x Thank you again x

About: I have a Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming and Salon Management that includes a first aid course. I help my boyfriend run his successful dog day-care business, (open 10 years this year), which has had many different breeds and temperaments of dogs. From Dachshunds to Ridgebacks. I have experience with boarding at home for pre-existing clients, and I am branching out to offer sitting in your own home. I have specialised in nervous and anxious dogs in my dog grooming business. I work from home as a dog groomer, and so working for myself means I can work around your dog's needs. Ideally I would work on bringing them to work with me, but only if I was sure about their safety and happiness. For cat or small animal visits, I would discuss with you what your normal routine is around feeding and socialising with them and mirror what I can to keep them as calm and reassured as possible in their own home. I have my own car that is suited to transport cats and dogs . I have carriers, collars and leads as well as contacts at 2 different local vets. I am aware of some very safe dog walk locations. I am used to medications and dietary requirements as well as physical needs (one of my dogs had a metal plate in his legs and then eventually had it removed, another has had issues with her cruciate ligament) I will also not post any information on social media about where I am or who I am looking after until you are already back from your holiday. I will obviously update Rover whilst you are away and stay in regular contacts so that you have peace of mind. As I am also a god groomer, I can continue any grooming routines you have and may be able to sneak in a cheeky bath, face tidy and nail trim if you needed it.

James was responsive to messages and was able to accommodate us at short notice. He completed a meet and greet ahead of our visit times for our 9 week old puppy, and I felt instantly assured. He sent us pictures from the visits, and everything went smoothly. It really took the stress out of us leaving Darla for the first time. We have since rebooked James for ongoing visits. Thanks again :-)

About: Hi, I’m Lorron – a friendly, reliable dog lover with over 15 years of experience caring for animals. I’ve always had pets in my life and currently share my home with my crazy (but lovable!) dog, Mowgi. I studied Animal Science at university and now work in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry. Before that, I completed a BTEC diploma in Animal Management and worked in a busy boarding kennel—so I’m confident handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Since having my daughter, I now work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility for dog walking during the day. Whether your dog loves long adventures or just needs a quick stroll, I’m happy to cater to the length and type of walk that suits them best. I always treat dogs like part of the family and make sure they get the attention and care they deserve. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry companion! I’m usually available after 6 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends. I often have some flexibility during the week as well, and may be able to adjust my schedule to fit a regular walk for your pet. Feel free to send me a message — I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs! Fenced garden with fields near by. We have one entire male springador called Mowgi. Usually he is pretty indifferent to other dogs but does prefer small to medium over big dogs. We also have one chinchilla.

About: I have been raised on a farm, with dogs, cats, cows, pigs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, one turtle and even a goat. I love all creatures small and big, except for spiders (terrified of them). Since I was little I took care of the animals mentioned above, I had dogs, cats and rabbits as my responsibility. I would ensure they are kept alive and well taken care of including, grooming, feeding and walking. I also occasionally help with my friend's dogs (pug and Yorkie), but they do not need me as much just for occasional walks and feed. I have recently pet sat for a Main Coon for a week, and I was responsible even for administering medication. I do not shy away from that and I am happy to learn if that is required. I would like to assure you that taking care of pets is not just sitting with them and keeping them fed and walked. It is much more for me. I believe that all pets need attention, and they need to be played with actively. I work full time, however, for three out of 5 days I work from home so I am able to look after your animal, including going for walks during lunch time. I also am happy to have your pet in my bedroom whilst I work. I am available over the weekends as well , and happy to help. I do not mind early mornings and late evenings either. I have a fenced garden in my house, so your fur baby can have plenty of space to run around. I am happy to follow any instructions given by pet owners when in their house so that their pet receives the best care. I do not deeply leave them to be (unless that is how they prefer to be) I like to play with pets and get their energy out if needed.

About: I have had my own dog - Ethel, for 13 years (she’s an old girl) so I have personal experience in looking after dogs. I’ve also looked after family cats and dogs when family have been away. I love being around animals and know what makes them tick, you can trust me to take good care of your pet. I have experience volunteering at an animal rescue centre which has brought me a lot of hands-on experience in looking after dogs and cats. I have a big passion for animals but have not been able to make it a full-time career! I look after animals when I’m not at work, so weekends or in the holidays for extra income. My bookings will fit around my full-time job. I decided to pursue this as I have always enjoyed being around animals and caring for them. Safety and trust is key when I make bookings. I always meet the client and dog first to ensure that we are a good match. I always ensure that my clients are happy with the arrangement and ensure they know about me and my background before bookings take place. I only currently do sitting in the owner’s home but can walk wherever needed. I always keep owners in the loop when I am sitting or walking their dog, or when looking after their cat.

About: I have several years of hands-on experience caring for my own pets including dogs, cats, rabbits etc. I have successfully managed aspects of pet care, from daily walks and playtime. During the workweek, I focus on maintaining my own pets and following routines to ensure they stay active and healthy, which directly translates to how I care for your pets during the weekends. Even though I’m only available on weekends, I ensure your pet’s routine isn’t disrupted, giving you peace of mind while you work during the week. I believe pets feel safest in their own familiar surroundings. When caring for your pet in your home, I make sure to maintain their routine and comfort while you’re away. I understand that every pet is unique, and I tailor the care to their personality and needs. • Comfort & Security: I ensure your pet is comfortable in their own home, keeping their environment safe, clean, and familiar. I also take steps to secure your home, making sure doors and gates are locked and your pet is safe. • Daily Updates: I keep you informed with pictures, videos, or messages during each visit so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. About: Since the age of 10, my life has been dedicated to animals. Growing up on a farm in Portugal, I was surrounded by the heartbreaking reality of stray animals, which sparked a lifelong mission to help. I couldn't turn a blind eye; I brought home every animal in need—from dogs and cats to injured birds. Eventually, after endless ignored "no more animals after this one" pleas, my parents finally accepted their fate and helped me build dedicated kennels on our farm. Together with the local community, we provided food, medical care, and a safe haven for these animals until we could find them their forever homes. Through these 17 years of rescue work, I didn't just provide care; I studied animal behavior deeply, learning how to communicate with and comfort dogs of all temperaments. Currently, I am the proud parent of two dogs—a Husky and a rescue Collie/Lab—who are my entire world. I know how difficult it is to leave your fur-babies behind, which is why I treat every guest like a member of my own family. When your dog is with me, they can expect: * 🌟 Endless Love & Cuddles: No shortage of affection and sofa time. 🌟 Active Adventures: Frequent walks and play tailored to their energy levels. 🌟 Paddock Time: I live 10 minutes away from a secure paddock where I take my dogs all the time; I'm happy to take yours for a run there too! 🌟 A "Spoilt" Experience: I promise to love and spoil your pups just as much as I do my own. I truly miss the feeling of being surrounded by "fur" and making a difference in an animal's life. I can’t wait to meet your best friend and give them a home-away-from-home experience! I'm currently studying full time from home so your fur baby will never be alone. Walks 3x a day - morning after and evening I go paddocks often especially in good weather and I am happy to take yours along. I offer a safe, loving environment with a fully fenced-in garden for secure playtime. My two friendly dogs provide great company, ensuring your pet never feels lonely. I am experienced with crate training if needed for sleeping or quiet time. Whether in my home or yours, I prioritize a consistent routine, plenty of supervised exercise, and constant attention to keep your fur baby happy and secure.

About: I have dog and cat-sat since I was 12, including elderly cats, for my neighbours as well as being brought up with 7 dogs, I also have my own cat right now who I have had since being a kitten thus giving me experience with babies. In terms of dogs I have taken care of a Jack Russel puppy, a Golden Lab, Dalmatian and Shih Tzu's. I have also been in households with dogs and cats at the same time, which has given me experience with handling multiple animals and different animals at the same time. I currently am seeking part-time employment to save up for uni, but I am unemployed as of right now. I also have a car so I am free to travel and as a student on summer break I have much free-time and any plans which do come up are always flexible around your needs. I can always be trusted in your home as a long-term pet sitter and babysitter as well as previously working in two school environments. Myself and my Husband have never used a dog sitter before and we hit the jackpot when we found Benjamin x He answered all of my questions and really helped with the nerves of having someone new and different look after our dog. Buffy loved him from the second I opened the door. He came to meet her before we booked him, suggesting this as a good opportunity to get to know her and help alleviate and nerves and stress for her. We made the right choice and now that we have opened to the idea of dog sitters, will be booking Ben again and again going forwards x Thank you again sir x
