“Caitlin come to provide company for Albie as he has separation anxiety and struggled to be left alone for any length of time. Albie really seemed to enjoy the time spent with Caitlin, which helped him to relax in the house while I was out. Caitlin was so nice, very professional, reliable and super punctual. I would definitely recommend.”

“Sabrina is excellent. Attentive, punctual, thoughtful - and goes beyond the extra mile, for example, closing the windows we'd left open for the weekend, as well as ensuring our kittens were ok, keeping us informed. Will be booking Sabrina again in the near future.”

“Sophie and Dave are brilliant. This is the second time we’ve asked them to feed our cats. The cats are used to them now and so no upsets when we leave them . They don’t just get fed but fuss and attention too. We’re grateful to find such lovely caring people who obviously love animals as much as we do . Can’t thank them and Rober enough.”

About: We're an active family who adore the company of dogs. We miss our beloved rescue English Foxhound who accompanied us on long walks and runs. We have over 15 years experience as dog owners and sitters for friends and family. Our adult daughter Eden is also studying Animal Management and Welfare. We also have experience of caring for older dogs who've required regular medication and a slower pace of life. We're used to all shapes and sizes, we had our lovely English Foxhound Willow for 8 years; she was 38kg, and we now regularly sit for a lovely small terrier. We've cared for dogs from 2kg to 54kg, from a Chihuahua to an Akbash and Rottweiler! Pets are family and your pet would be treated as one of our own whilst with us. We can board or provide day care Friday through Sunday. We have a reasonably sized enclosed garden with high fences. We have 6 rooms we'd make available for your pet to make themselves at home in. We also live on the doorstep of Upton Country Park for lots of walks and runs on the lead. We're also happy to do meet and greets so you can pop and see us ahead of your pet staying
About: I have worked with animals in various settings over the years, such as veterinary, rescues and with service animals. I am confident in my animal handling - as part of my previous experience I have undertaken assessments in administering medications, diet, handling and restraint and general health care. I am also very interested in animal behaviour and have rehabilitated my own cats to be lap cats. I have also worked on behavioural skills with service dogs which included things like recall, food manners and basic commands. Please feel free to get in touch for more information, or to ask for references. I work from home throughout the week, so I can be around for your pet when needed! I do not work weekends, and finish work at 4pm throughout the week leaving lots of time for cuddles and attention. My work is flexible and I can take breaks throughout the day for walkies and playtime. When we meet, I will go through house security with you and emergency numbers. Transparency is key, so if there is anything that you need me to do or not do, please be upfront and I won’t be offended! I have been responsible for up to 40 dogs before at once, so know how to keep my wits about me and what to do in certain emergencies for example if there is a dog fight, how to administer first aid, etc. Depending on dog size, and recall, I might use various harnesses or a longline so they’re not off lead. This will be discussed with you of course for your preference.

About: With experience in caring for dogs that have come from animal rescue services, I’ve always felt the need to ensure they live the happiest lives possible. I work from home most of the week and office days are flexible, so there’s always time to walk a dog during lunch breaks or quiet periods. Walking someone else’s dog is a massive responsibility, so it’s all about making sure the owner feels relaxed and the dog stays happy. You’ve got to stay alert with what’s happening nearby to keep things safe. By staying alert and sticking to the owner's usual routine, you’ll show them their dog is in great hands.
About: Key Information: - only dogs from the same household will be walked/provided daycare/boarding together - (for daycare/boarding) we live in a flat with no garden but there is green space about 10m from the front door for toilet breaks - (for daycare/boarding) the flat is located on a cut through so very often there are people walking past, and cars frequently arrive and leave so please consider if this will distress your dog in any way - (for daycare/boarding) similarly, despite our flat being self-contained, there is a shared hallway/entrance so people can be heard moving around the building/we have a neighbour above us - we have no children or pets of any sort Despite currently being unable to have a dog of my own, I’ve been walking and caring for others’ dogs for many years as I love spending time with them and find the whole experience very enjoyable, and a great excuse to discover new areas. I live with my partner, Tom, and he often joins me on these adventures as he’s a dog lover too! I volunteered for two years at an animal sanctuary back home in Norfolk where there were a variety of dogs of numerous breeds and sizes, many who were reactive/had behavioural issues. Since moving to Northampton, I have also volunteered at Wellidogs, who also have a wide variety of dogs with differing needs. As well as friends and family, I’ve also helped care for work colleagues’ dogs and those in my local area, covering many breeds such as Labradors, French Bulldogs, Cocker Spaniels, terriers, and an Akita to name just a few :) Besides walking, this has included: feeding, bathing, light grooming (brushing/filing nails), administering oral medication and, of course, plenty of fuss and play! I currently work full-time but work from home 3 days a week so am usually available all day/lunchtimes when I’m at home, as well as most evenings and weekends. This can be flexible depending on the amount of notice given. I will always try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate differing needs and requests. Please reach out and we can discuss! I’m more than happy to accommodate your dog’s current routine/preferences, and will discuss these with you prior to our first walk/daycare/boarding, e.g. no dogs/no off lead/loves to play fetch etc/can or can’t have treats etc. We only have animals from one household at a time for familiarity and peace of mind.
About: Hi, we’re Alex and Caitlin — a couple in our late 20s with a big love for animals! 🐾 What sets us apart from other sitters is the hands-on experience we’ve built up over the last five years living with and caring for dogs. I (Alex) spent two years living with my sister and her dog, and then three years living with friends and their two dogs, where I regularly helped with feeding, walking, playtime, and general care. This gave me experience with different personalities and energy levels, as well as the patience and consistency dogs need. Caitlin grew up with a dog and five cats and now works from home, so there’s always someone around to give plenty of love and attention. Together, we’re reliable, caring, and make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and part of the family while their owners are away. I work part time, which means I have a flexible schedule and can give pets plenty of attention and care throughout the day. My girlfriend, Caitlin, works from home, so there’s almost always someone here to keep your pets company and ensure they’re happy and well cared for. Pet care fits easily into my routine—whether that means regular walks, playtime, or simply being around to provide companionship. I really enjoy having that structure in my day, and it gives me the chance to focus on each pet’s individual needs. When caring for pets in our home, we make sure they have a safe, comfortable, and stimulating environment. We have a fully fenced back garden, which is perfect for supervised playtime and exercise. We stick to each pet’s routine for feeding, walks, and rest, and we give plenty of attention, play, and affection. If we're caring for pets in their own home, we follow the owner’s instructions carefully, making sure their pets feel safe and comfortable in familiar surroundings while maintaining their normal routine.
About: I enjoy long adventurous walks & hikes with your pup! I have had family dogs and cats since a young child and always been heavily involved with the care process and training within the home since I was around 15/16. Since then I have gone on to care for friends and family members pets of all sizes, big dogs, cute cats and even some funny bunnies! I enjoy big outdoor walks and finding new exciting spaces for your woofers to sniff! I am also not new to close protection dogs and their specialty needs or exotic house cats such as Bengals and Maine coons. I can be available daily for your dogs needs! I am looking for this to become a more permanent role for myself and to eventually transfer over to this being my main occupation. I am more than happy to follow close and detailed instruction's provided by you or am happy and confident to provide exemplary care and take initiative to keep your pets and yourself satisfied.
About: Growing up I’ve had numerous large breed dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and hamsters. Our house never lacked animals! Now, I’m a cat mum to my ginger boy and have 2 high energy large dogs in the family home that I often look after and walk. I’m currently between jobs so I have plenty of time to help with your furry friends. When I return to work I will still be available around my work hours and over the weekends While i am unable to offer care in my home, i will ensure a calm and caring atmosphere is provided in your home, making sure your pet feels loved, respected and safe in my care
About: I’ve spent lots of time in veterinary hospitals. Through this, I am confident in being able to spot medical emergencies and have learnt to deal with dogs of all temperaments. Working at kennels has also taught me patience and a love for walks with pups! I’m currently attending part-time school so have lots of time to give fuss to your furry friends. My weekends are completely free so your companions won’t feel alone around me! I am able to follow instructions very well and am confident handling animals no matter the size or personality, and am able to take a gentle, patient approach when needed.
“This was my first experience with a pet sitter and I was anxious to leave my pets. Adrienne was amazing since the start she tried to understand their needs and how we would make Boston get used to her. She communicates super well and seriously has put my mind at ease. My pets absolutely loved her. She was gentle, patient, and made my dog feel totally comfortable during my time away. It’s such a relief knowing my pets are happy and relaxed while I’m away. Highly recommend — the whole experience has been smooth, caring, and stress-free. I will definitely book again with Adrienne Thank you so much for all the support to my pets I am forever grateful”

About: I've had a dog since I was a young girl and have looked after friends/families pets too. I am also a student paramedic which whilst not being pet care, is an example of caring for others (plus I meet many interesting pets each day). I know how to care for shy dogs well, as my dog was a rescue greyhound who was very anxious. I am a student paramedic and being at uni makes me miss having a furry friend to care for. Studying at Uni means I miss my pets at home, so look forward to taking care of yours! I am able to care for pets when I'm not on placement, my schedule is not fixed so I may be able to work around your requirements. When I care for your pets they'll be getting my full attention. The eveniornment depends on the service being used, there are many open fields and parks nearby for dog walks. I have a car with a large boot space, so can take dogs on walks. If the care is in your home I will play with your pet or if they prefer, I will keep an eye on them whilst they keep to themselves. Each animal and pet is different so I cannot subject my answer.

I’m attentive and reliable, and I plan my day around the animals’ needs so they feel comfortable, settled, and well looked after at all times. My garden is fenced. I have large living room and dining room, plenty of space for dogs to play. When I care for pets they spend time with my family and my dog. They never feel lonley

About: I do have 9 Years of experience looking after pets as I’ve had pets of my own in the past. I’m open to learning how to look after your pets the way you’d like! I’m currently working part-time, so I tend to have a lot of availability throughout the week! Around school holidays is also when I’m the most available as a student :D I’d love if a full list of what you’d like done is set out as well as some general rules you’d like followed in your home! I’m also okay with any cleaning you may like done or just general upkeep
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my genuine lifelong love and experience with animals. I grew up with five cats and a Springer Spaniel–Jack Russell cross called Eddie, so I’m very comfortable with pets of all kinds and personalities. My boyfriend and I also regularly take care of our friends’ two dogs — one small and one medium-sized — so I’m used to handling different sizes, temperaments, and routines. I’m patient, reliable, and make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and well looked after while their owners are away. I’ve always dreamed of having my own pet day care, surrounded by lots of happy animals every day. Caring for pets is something that truly brings me joy — it’s not just a job, it’s something I love doing. Whether I’m walking dogs, playing with kittens, or just keeping pets company while their owners are away, I always treat them like my own. Pet care fits really well into my routine, I’m not working at the moment so I have lots of flexibility for house sitting and pet care. I can easily fit in walks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. I’m always around to keep an eye on your pets and make sure they have company, comfort, and attention. When caring for pets in a pet owner’s home, I always follow their normal routine — including feeding times, walks, play, and any special care instructions. I know how important consistency is for animals, so I make sure they feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I give them plenty of attention, affection, and playtime, and I’m happy to send regular updates and photos for peace of mind. When pets stay with me, they have access to a secure, fenced garden that’s perfect for safe outdoor time, as well as several nearby parks for walks and play. I’m around throughout the day to keep them company and make sure they get the care and attention they need. I live with my boyfriend who also has a Rover account and is experienced in pet care. I also have a basic DBS.

Engin has been amazing with us. Our cat escaped some weeks before our holidays but we yet asked him to come just in case our cat came back. Unfortunately our cat is yet missing but Engin did a wonderful job checking every day and communicating what he was doing. 100% recommended!

Rob was fantastic! After a last minute request, Rob came round the same day to perform a meet and greet at such short notice and having been at work the full day! We were so grateful that he agreed to take care of Maverick for an hour the following day! We received some beautiful photos of Maverick during the visit and were kept well informed… it looks like Mav had a great time and trusts Rob already! We will definitely be using your services again Rob, thank you ☺️

Lucy came for a meet and greet which was really lovely, I felt comfortable and confident she would take good care of our cat. We got detailed descriptions of each visit with photos, and a very happy cat. We would definitely ask Lucy to look after our cat again, thank you!

Jamie was great! Really helpful in looking after my very anxious cat. I arranged for an additional visit beforehand, so that he was aware of exactly what was needed. He updated me after each visit with detailed and reassuring reports. I most certainly recommend Jamie and will definitely be asking for his help again in the future.
