“Lexi, our senior dog, is a rescue and doesn't get along well with other dogs. When we found Vicky and had a chat, we knew Lexi would enjoy her stay while we were away. Not only is it a calm environment, she was well looked after, with extra walks, and engagement. Vicky and her partner were very accommodating, adaptable and had an appetite to welcome Lexi into the household in a very encouraging manner to give her the freedom she needed. Communication was good through out and their were daily updates with photos. It's safe to say you can't really go wrong here.”
About: I grew up around dogs and love to walk. Happy to look after both active and subdued dogs, experience looking after chatty Dachshunds to bouncy cocker spaniels. About: I've always had a love for animals and can't help but to fall in love with every one that I meet! There's many reasons why you may need someone to help out and I understand the importance of finding (and trusting) the right person to care for your beloved fur babies. All I can say is that I will care for and love your pet(s) like they were my very own. I have a cat myself who has completley changed my life for the PAWsitive and in turn I have taught myself all about how their minds work and what helps them to thrive. Love definitely isn't an issue, but I know there are other important factors - I'm very detailed orientated and organised and will make sure that the care your pet receives falls into what you, as their parent, want and need! Working in a vet has given me knowledge about dogs and cats that I can utilise to maintain a happy, wholesome and most importantly, safe environment! I am home most of the time, so my daily/weekly schedule is very flexible. You let me know what works for you and we can take it from there! I can follow any specific requirements, such as dietary needs, specific times for walks/feeding, health issues and medication etc, so that their routines aren't disrupted and there won't be any issues once you are reunited!

About: Growing up I’ve always been around dogs, from little chihuahua‘s to Great Danes. I frequently dog sit my grandparents yorkie when they go away, and shes old and a little reactive. I can confidently say I can care for any size dog, however if your pup is on the larger side and has reactivity issues Im not the sitter for you as I don’t have the experience or knowledge to safely care for your pup. That’s not to say big dogs are a complete no! As long as they’re friendly I’ll be happy to meet a few fur friend of any size I currently work Friday mornings part time, so plenty of time for your pets needs. Im flexible with how long I can spend with your pet, wether they need to be with me 24/7 (there is an option for them to be able to come to work with me, however it involves a lot of car travel. Please feel free to ask more about this!) or just need some company for an hour whilst your busy I currently have one cat, and shes very low maintenance. I get most of my experience from pet sitting for family members or volunteer work at shelters. I currently am able to pet sit in your own home and drop-ins for any animal, as well as solo walks for dogs (group walks can be discussed if the dogs know each other well or live together!) I work from home. i have a big fenced back garden with fields to walk the dogs in on my doorstep. If your dog stays with me they will have a lot of love and attention.
