Hi! We are Sofi and Dave. We are both very familiar with cats, as well as dogs and have been offering Rover services since December 2022. As your pet sitters, we will always: - Arrange a free Meet & Greet to get to know you and your pets. This is also a good opportunity for you to show me where you keep any walking accessories, food, treats litter/litter scoop, toys etc. - Provide fresh food and water for your pets daily - Clean the bowls and litter trays - Enjoy plenty of play time and cuddles - Send daily photos and detailed updates We are comfortable with kittens as well as older cats. We have 2 cats of our own that are 1 year old, who have bundles of energy for zoomies, and our family cat is a senior boy, he's 19 years old and diabetic so we are used to injecting insulin, if this is something that your cat requires. We both have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes and feel comfortable with all kinds of breeds. Our family dog is a 11 year old yorkie, that we've had since a pup, so we are used to adapting our care to meet the needs based on age. Sofi: I’ve had my own family dog for the last 12 years, and trained her from a puppy so I’m very comfortable around dogs of all ages! I’ve been relied on by family friends to look after their dogs, including playtime, walks and mealtimes. I’m also a Communications Manager for a cat charity called London Inner City Kitties, so I’m very knowledgeable of cats and their care needs. Dave: I had big dogs growing up so I’m confident and comfortable with dogs of bigger sizes, as well as smaller breeds. I have 2 cats of my own and can administer insulin to our senior kitty. I'm often relied on for mealtimes and drop in visits for my family cats and dog. As a duo, we can usually adapt our routine to meet yours and your pets’ needs. Your pets’ safety and happiness are paramount and we aim to provide stress free and fun services for everyone. Your pets’ trust and comfort is important to us, so we will always do everything we can to follow their regular schedules so they feel comfortable and familiar. Feel free to reach out anytime. We are quick responders to all forms of communication. We can’t wait to meet you and your pets!

Safety, trust & environment
We always follow an owners instructions on the care requirements when within their home and will ask questions if we are unsure. We will always provide photos from any services that we provide and leave you a detailed note on what we did and how the service went.

Excellent service, no notes. My wife and I were anxious about leaving our cat Aphrodite alone for the first time, so the reports and the photo updates were really appreciated. Would definitely use Sofi and Dave again.

Really lovely service. Great pictures of our cats who clearly took to them really warmly. Will absolutely look for Sofi and Dave next time we go away and hope they’re still available.
Sophie and Dave are brilliant. This is the second time we’ve asked them to feed our cats. The cats are used to them now and so no upsets when we leave them . They don’t just get fed but fuss and attention too. We’re grateful to find such lovely caring people who obviously love animals as much as we do . Can’t thank them and Rober enough.
I use Sofi and Dave two or three times a year and they are great. I get lots of photos and a good update. I know my cat is happy with them

Schedule
Sofi: I work as a marketing executive so I’ll mostly be available on evenings and weekends to drop-in on your pets 😊 Dave: I’m a freelancer working from home, which means that I’m available most days, and weekends to drop-in on your pets!
