She quickly recognised when he was becoming uncomfortable on his walk and adapted immediately by using his pram, which showed such great understanding and compassion for his condition. She also gave me really helpful diet and nutritional advice, and I felt completely reassured knowing that if anything seemed off with Milo, she would recognise it straight away and know exactly what to do. They looked so happy and well taken care of in the daily updates / photos she’d send. You can tell she genuinely loves animals. She even did extra visits for me / stayed longer hours at times to keep them company when I asked . She would also message me straight away if she felt anything was off, such as they were eating less, seemed bored etc and she would be willing to whatever was needed to make sure they were okay. About: My wife and I both grew up with dogs and have always had them in our lives, so looking after them just feels natural to us. We both work from home, which means there's always someone around for company, cuddles and keeping an eye on things throughout the day. We have a friendly Goldador called Ripley who loves other dogs, so your dog will have a sociable playmate if they enjoy company. At lunchtime, we usually head straight out from our house onto the local fields and footpaths, giving plenty of space to explore, sniff around and burn off some energy. We're also big on keeping dogs mentally stimulated. Ripley has a ridiculous number of puzzle toys and enrichment games, and we're happy for visiting dogs to join in if it's something they'd enjoy. More than anything, we just want dogs staying with us to feel relaxed, have fun and be treated like part of the family while you're away Since we both work from home, your dog will have company all day. We take a proper lunch break walk, usually through the nearby fields. The rest of the day is a mix of play, puzzle toys, and cuddles, just a calm, happy routine that fits around yours. Ripley loves having doggy friends, so if your dog enjoys company, they'll have a built-in playmate. And of course, we always supervise Your dog's safety and comfort are our priority. We have a secure fenced garden for outdoor time. We're happy to follow your dog's normal routine and any training cues you've got. If needed, I can do a morning walk, a walk during my lunch break and an evening walk. On Fridays I work an evening shift at a pub, so I would only be available with your pet from around 5pm–6pm before leaving for work and returning around midnight. Because of this I usually avoid Friday bookings, but I’m happy to discuss it with owners if this schedule still suits their pet. On Saturdays I work at the pub from 12pm–6pm, so I’m available in the morning and again in the evening. I am fully available on Sundays. I currently offer pet care in the owner’s home rather than bringing pets to my own home. I find that many animals feel much more relaxed and comfortable staying in their familiar environment, where they have their usual routine, smells and surroundings. My priority is always making sure pets feel safe, calm and well cared for while their owners are away. As a veterinary nursing student, I am confident handling animals safely and recognising signs of stress or illness. As a qualified dog groomer, I also bring additional expertise to caring for your pets. My dogs and I regularly participate in training classes, including hoopers and scent work, so I’m always learning and staying active in the pet community. We have a fully enclosed garden and access to nearby secure dog-walking fields, along with plenty of toys and activities to keep your pet entertained. Previously ran a successful dog-walking service and also I’ve spent the past three years pet-sitting and working with dogs across Asia, Australia, Central America, and South America. I keep the home clean and organised, follow any specific instructions closely, and monitor their health and behaviour throughout. I also provide regular updates so owners feel confident their pet is safe, settled, and well cared for in their absence.

He can be a bit full on when you first meet him, but Jade handled his energy with ease and made him feel right at home. She kept in great contact leading up to his stay and throughout his visit, sending a lovely video and some adorable photos that showed me he was settling in well.
