Growing up on a farm in Portugal, I was surrounded by the heartbreaking reality of stray animals, which sparked a lifelong mission to help. I couldn't turn a blind eye; I brought home every animal in need—from dogs and cats to injured birds. Eventually, after endless ignored "no more animals after this one" pleas, my parents finally accepted their fate and helped me build dedicated kennels on our farm. About: I have been around animals all my life and was lucky enough to grow up with dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and hamsters- to name a few. I am a very loving, relaxed and laidback pet owner and love being around animals. I happily share my sofa and bed with my pets, so if that is something your dog would like, they would feel right at home when staying with me. My dog Oscar is a friendly and playful British bulldog and I also have 2 x 10 year old cats so any dog visiting would have friends to play with. I also have experience looking after puppies as well as older dogs. I work 4 long day a week but am free over the weekends to look after your dog. I generally walk Oscar once a day for an hour but sometimes he gets an additional half hour walk as well so can easily offer this for your dog. I have a large enclosed garden and space in the house to keep any dog separate from Oscar at nighttime if needed. There is also space for a crate if you prefer your dog to sleep in a crate.

About: I have been around animals all my life and was lucky enough to grow up with dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and hamsters- to name a few. I am a very loving, relaxed and laidback pet owner and love being around animals. I happily share my sofa and bed with my pets, so if that is something your dog would like, they would feel right at home when staying with me. My dog Oscar is a friendly and playful British bulldog and I also have 2 x 10 year old cats so any dog visiting would have friends to play with. I also have experience looking after puppies as well as older dogs. I work 4 long day a week but am free over the weekends to look after your dog. I generally walk Oscar once a day for an hour but sometimes he gets an additional half hour walk as well so can easily offer this for your dog. I have a large enclosed garden and space in the house to keep any dog separate from Oscar at nighttime if needed. There is also space for a crate if you prefer your dog to sleep in a crate.
