About: I have just completed my undergraduate degree in social work. I have grown up with dogs and cats all my life and looking after them is now just second nature to me. Back at home I have three dogs, Two Jack Russells and Border Collie cross; a very busy household! I have has caring responsibilities all my life growing up with these animals as we've never been without a dog in the house. I also have a cat, and so am familiar with looking after feline friends too! I am currently working a part time job in a social care sector. I am currently working a part time job, in a social care sector Wednesday to Friday. So am available Saturday to Tuesday to help look after your furry friends. I am honest and reliable, with great experience walking and keeping dogs entertained. I am looking forward to meeting your pets and getting to know their wonderful personalities.

I’ve only ever left our Boston Terrier, Edie, at a kennel because she can be a real handful; a novice would definitely struggle with her high energy and strong prey drive. However, Simon was an absolute expert in his interactions with her and handled her with ease. Beyond his responsibility, he’s been incredibly kind, patient, and understanding in all of our interactions. About: As a dog handler in the Army, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of breeds, each with their own unique personalities and characteristics. My passion for understanding animal behavior has led me to pursue extensive education in the field, including achieving a Level 3 animal care and welfare assistant certification for working dogs, as well as a Level 3 diploma in canine care, behaviour, and welfare. I have two lovely dogs myself and I can assure you your loving member will get the same experience when they stay with me. My dogs come first and routine, enrichment, walks and lots of fuss is a must ! I do currently work full time but with work being round the corner I am able to check with them frequently. Mondays I start later, Wednesdays and Friday I finish earlier. I come home on lunches to walk my own dog for toilet breaks and as I would with any dogs I look after. When I’m at work, dogs will get walked in the morning before I go to work (45mins - 1hour), lunchtime (10-15mins) and in the afternoon (30mins-1hour) I also do one last time about 2000 in the evening as my dog doesn’t always toilet in the back garden. I do my best to stick to this routine just so they are settled in the house. I always give my own dog enrichment when I leave the house. If there’s no issues with resource guarding I can do this too. This can be discussed further on meets or over message. I live in the country side with a lot of safe places to walk the dogs. Plenty of open areas. I have fenced back garden and a friendly dog. I love providing my dog with a structured routine so you can be assured that your furry member will be treated the same.

About: I have always loved dogs and have grown up around them. I started by looking after my parents dogs and then started to look after family and friend dogs too. I now have a 1 year old Labrador that I am gundog training. I have a dog training qualification, pet first aid and have always loved being around, caring for and training dogs. I currently work from home with my Labrador, Brie. We love long walks and getting out into the great outdoors and I always have extra time for play and cuddles! I have a new build house, with a hard floor throughout the downstairs. All dogs are welcome downstairs and on the sofas. About: I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs and have always been a big animal lover. I always am first to volunteer to look after family & friends dogs - I have a lot of love to give! I understand the importance of consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement, which I use to help dogs feel comfortable and cared for. Whether it’s energetic puppies who need structure or older dogs who need gentler care, I know how to adapt to their needs. Having raised two dogs of my own with my parents, I treat every pup as if they’re family ◡̈ Right now, I do work a 8.30-5 Mon-Fri job, however I can give your pets plenty of time and attention when I am not working whether that be in the evenings or at weekends. She quickly recognised when he was becoming uncomfortable on his walk and adapted immediately by using his pram, which showed such great understanding and compassion for his condition. She also gave me really helpful diet and nutritional advice, and I felt completely reassured knowing that if anything seemed off with Milo, she would recognise it straight away and know exactly what to do. Her knowledge around illness, medication and senior dog care really sets her apart from a standard pet sitter. About: I have had various pets growing up - a dog since I was 11. I previously worked for a dog kennels, walking the dogs and helping with feeding and cleaning. Prior to using Rover, I had lots of experience looking after neighbours and friends dogs whilst they were away. I currently work freelance from home so have a flexible schedule. I like to travel but in between travelling I’m always eager to help with dog walking, drop in visits or home stays. I currently can’t offer home boarding at my own home as I live with my family’s pets, but hope to open this up again in the future. I always adapt to each pet/owner, when it comes to eating and daily routines, as I understand everyone and every dog is different. I will treat your dog with as much love and care as if they were my own. I care massively about the welfare and happiness of every animal I meet ❤️

About: I’m currently working part time term time only so have plenty of time to look after animals! i’m available all day saturday sunday and wednesday in mornings/evenings every other day I have 3 cats at home and have a family full of cat and dog owners that i spend plenty of time with. I am used to keeping them safe on leads/crates or keeping animals apart if needs be. I am highly trained in cat cuddling also :)

About: Hi, my name is Sim, I'm 25 years old, I work full time but on shifts so I have a range of availability based upon my shift patterns. I've got experience in sitting and walking different breeds, and I'm a big breed lover having my own 3 at home! (3 German shepherds!) Currently I do occasionally dog sit for friends and family, typically their dogs stay over with my 3 dogs who love having friends over! So what sets me apart from other walkers and sitters? Well, I love dogs, I've had 5 years of experience (on and off), all my dogs have been adopted and rehomed - so I've worked with a variety of different dogs with different needs. Recently fostering a dog for 3 months and got her trained up before she went to her new home which she's succeeding in! I own a car so I'm happy to travel. And with your permission if you leave your dog with me over night or for a few days, I can take them to locations such as the Peak District to get some quality time in, otherwise to the local parks and nature reserves. 😁 I do have a really big garden which is fenced off. If we require use of a create then we can encourage that with your dog, we just request to provide a bed or item that your dog is currently familiar with to keep in the crate if crate time is required, we want to keep the environment as familiar as possible to help reduce anxiety. My house has multiple cameras situated throughout the property, inside and outside for peace of mind. I work full time but I work different shifts weekly but I know what I'm working well in advance, and I have my partner to lend a hand. Large garden fenced off, cameras around the house and the outside the house so we have eyes on the property at all times. But someone will always be home.
