Stan has just had another holiday with Millie, he adores her! Millie is so attentive to Stan’s needs (& quirks!) she administers his medication, as an older boy, she happily goes with the flow regarding his walks (he can refuse sometimes ☺️) we feel so relaxed leaving him with her as she treats him like her own, which means the world to us. He equally loves his holidays with her & always returns home a very happy boy. Thank you Millie for being so wonderful with our boy x

I can't thank Chloe enough for taking good care of my cat. Chloe was very easy to communicate with, we had to change times and dates due to me moving house too and she really helped and was very flexible. I was constantly updated on how my cat was settling and really nice pictures. Made me happy and I could just relax knowing she was being well care for. Will 100% book again!!

Molly recently had her trial day with Ann and her husband and loved being with them. Ann’s attention to detail with Mollys routine was exceptional and she came home a happy little doggy. Her next stay is already booked and I know I can go on holiday feeling reassured she will get the best love and care that she does at home. Thanks both.

Liga provided the perfect home for our dog, Jack, while we were away for 2 days. He has very specific dietary needs and she was meticulous following them even with other dogs to care for as well. Her communication was stellar and Jack had an amazing time. Would absolutely recommend her as a dog sitter/boarding.

This was our first time using a dog sitter, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the start, communication was great, and we got daily updates with pictures and videos of him playing with the other dogs — that put us at ease knowing he was enjoying himself. He came home happy, tired, and clearly well cared for. We’ll definitely be booking again!

About: I am happiest when with dogs, they really are man’s best friend. I am always pottering in the garden when it’s nice, or reading by the fire when it’s not! We also have lovely woods to walk in nearby. I have had dogs for as long as I can remember, but no longer have my own. I am retired and love spending time with dogs. We live in the beautiful Burghley estate so are truly spoilt for walking spots. I am up early to feed the chickens and more often than not, tending to my garden. Would be happy to have some canine company. I have a fully dog proofed garden with large lawn and plenty of space to explore. We have a long driveway, and gate, not that many cars come this way! We walk a minute to beautiful wooded areas

Mango had the best time and was well looked after. We received updates and pictures and if dogs could smile Mango certainly was! The setup is perfect for dogs with a secure fence and perfect for dog walks. It made us feel a little less guilty for having a night away without her. We could relax knowing she was in safe hands. Would definitely recommend and will be rebooking in the future if we are in the area.

Tango spent a week with Victoria and when we picked him up he was of course happy to see us. But importantly he was also happy to run back to Victoria and this is telling he was looked after well. About: DBS checked. I provide reliable, home based dog care in your home or mine, including sitting, boarding, daycare, and walking, tailored to each dog’s individual needs. I’ve been caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes from a young age, with experience ranging from newborn puppies and energetic young dogs to older dogs requiring a calmer, more attentive approach. I hold a Level 3 CPD Award in Veterinary Support Assistance, with training in animal handling, first aid, health awareness, and emergency situations, allowing me to prioritise safety and wellbeing in every booking. Dogs in my care benefit from a calm, structured environment with access to quiet walking routes and open countryside, ideal for both exercise and relaxed time. Experienced with active dogs who enjoy longer countryside walks and consistent outdoor exercise throughout the year. Confident handling high energy breeds who require structured exercise and stimulation. I work fulltime in a professional role and bring that same reliability, organisation, and communication to my dog care. Owners can expect consistency, regular updates, and a dependable service they can trust. I’m particularly suited to owners looking for regular, longterm care or a safe, stable home environment while they are away. I plan my day around the needs of the dogs in my care. I provide consistent care throughout the day, including morning walks, daytime exercise and stimulation, and evening wind-down time. I’m flexible and adjust my routine depending on each dog’s usual schedule and energy levels. My focus is on keeping routines as familiar and stress free as possible so dogs feel settled and comfortable during their stay. Whether in my home or yours, safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm, structured environment where dogs can relax and feel secure. I ensure all spaces are safe, clean, and free from hazards, and I follow each dog’s routine closely, including feeding, walking, and any medication requirements. Dogs are always supervised and kept secure during walks, with careful attention to their behaviour and surroundings. I also provide regular updates so owners can feel confident and reassured while they are away.

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs and have always been a big animal lover. I always am first to volunteer to look after family & friends dogs - I have a lot of love to give! I understand the importance of consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement, which I use to help dogs feel comfortable and cared for. Whether it’s energetic puppies who need structure or older dogs who need gentler care, I know how to adapt to their needs. Having raised two dogs of my own with my parents, I treat every pup as if they’re family ◡̈ Right now, I do work a 8.30-5 Mon-Fri job, however I can give your pets plenty of time and attention when I am not working whether that be in the evenings or at weekends. I love spending time with animals, please message me if you would like my help and we can discuss! Whether it’s a walk, drop-in, or longer visits, I can be there when you and your pets need me most. I’m more than happy to look after your pets in the comfort of their home. This way, they can stay in a familiar environment and keep to their usual routine. I’ll make sure they get plenty of exercise with walks in their local area, along with playtime, cuddles, feeding, and anything else they need to feel safe and happy while you’re away.

I can’t recommend Gabriella enough, she is incredible! Milo is elderly and arthritic, so it made such a difference having someone with veterinary nursing experience caring for him. She quickly recognised when he was becoming uncomfortable on his walk and adapted immediately by using his pram, which showed such great understanding and compassion for his condition. She also gave me really helpful diet and nutritional advice, and I felt completely reassured knowing that if anything seemed off with Milo, she would recognise it straight away and know exactly what to do. Her knowledge around illness, medication and senior dog care really sets her apart from a standard pet sitter. Milo was so well cared for, I received frequent photos and updates and I’ll definitely be using her again. Highly recommend! ⭐❤️

About: As a dog handler in the Army, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of breeds, each with their own unique personalities and characteristics. My passion for understanding animal behavior has led me to pursue extensive education in the field, including achieving a Level 3 animal care and welfare assistant certification for working dogs, as well as a Level 3 diploma in canine care, behaviour, and welfare. I have two lovely dogs myself and I can assure you your loving member will get the same experience when they stay with me. My dogs come first and routine, enrichment, walks and lots of fuss is a must ! I do currently work full time but with work being round the corner I am able to check with them frequently. Mondays I start later, Wednesdays and Friday I finish earlier. I come home on lunches to walk my own dog for toilet breaks and as I would with any dogs I look after. When I’m at work, dogs will get walked in the morning before I go to work (45mins - 1hour), lunchtime (10-15mins) and in the afternoon (30mins-1hour) I also do one last time about 2000 in the evening as my dog doesn’t always toilet in the back garden. I do my best to stick to this routine just so they are settled in the house. I always give my own dog enrichment when I leave the house. If there’s no issues with resource guarding I can do this too. This can be discussed further on meets or over message. I live in the country side with a lot of safe places to walk the dogs. Plenty of open areas. I have fenced back garden and a friendly dog. I love providing my dog with a structured routine so you can be assured that your furry member will be treated the same.

About: I am currently looking after a dog for a friend on a weekly basis, often going to the park, looking after him overnight, and sometimes day trips. I have raised my family dog since he was a puppy, so am fully aware of what that entails. When I go back home, I walk and take care of him. I live with my boyfriend who has had cats in the past, so I am used to having them in the house and how to take care of them. With this, I have lots of experience of walking, feeding, bathing, and keeping pets happy! I'm currently working from home full-time, so can look after pets at any time! My hours are also very flexible so I'm able to go for walks during my working day. I live in a flat, with a secure back garden that is fenced in. The front door to the flat block is always kept locked. I am happy to do whatever is needed to keep your pet safe and happy!

About: I’ve been involved with animals ever since I can remember! From owning 3 horses and 2 beloved rescue dogs! I know how to adapt and change to each animal understanding not all of them are the same. I am also a qualified nurse so from my animal experience and nursing experience I’ve learnt how to communicate with both owner and animal. I work as an nurse as hoc and have enjoyed taking a break from the hospital!! And I have a wide range of availability and will most likely be free! I can communicate effectively with you the owner to understand where your pet is allowed. From owning two rescue dogs I’m also aware of certain dogs being afraid or aggressive to other dogs so I would walk on other side of the path to keep dogs away. I have had a huge experience around poorly pets- My current rescue has to have regular medication including injections and eye drops, I have also had experience with strokes amongst dogs and post operative care. My being a vet has enabled me to pick up critical information for dealing with emergency’s and the general health and well being of animals. I am also aware that dogs love company and like other dogs so I’m suited to all pet needs. I also give great cuddles and I seem to have a good track record with pets and they seem to always want more! I have plenty of time to play with your pups or cats due to being a newly graduate from university. I am available weekdays, weekends and all times of the day. I will ensure your dog remains in eye contact to make sure there’s no escapes. My sister is a qualified vet and my experience and knowledge of emergency care has grown from her. I will have your vets contact number in my phone before any visit/sitting.

I’m always attentive to making sure Toby is fed, has access to water bowls, and acknowledging communication and signals for their biological needs and play schedules! Very happy to do a meet and greet to see how you, and perhaps most importantly, your dog feels in our environment!

Carl looked after Conan on 04.12.23 whilst I was away with work. We met up before the day for initial introductions and agreed that he would visit Conan at home several times across the day. He connected well with Conan and was able to give him a morning run and fuss and an afternoon walk and put down his dinner. He sent me photos of the activities across the day. Would recommend as an excellent dog carer and will be using him again.

About: I am a registered veterinary nurse with 6 years of experience, including 4 years serving as a veterinary nurse in the army. During this time, I worked with a wide range of dogs, including large and high-energy working dogs, giving me strong handling skills and confidence in different environments. I have experience administering medication and providing care at all stages of a dog’s life—from young puppies through to senior dogs with more complex needs. I am also trained in canine first aid, so your dog’s health and safety are always a top priority while in my care. I’m available for boarding, please contact for availability. Your pet will never be left for more than a couple of hours, so your pet will have plenty of attention and care Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I have a fully secure garden with a 6ft fence, providing a safe outdoor space for play and exercise. I also have two friendly dogs at home who are well-socialised. However, I understand that every pet is different, so I’m able to keep them separated if needed to ensure your pet feels relaxed and secure at all times. I aim to provide a calm, caring environment where your pet can feel at home while you’re away 🐾

About: With a lifetime of experience caring for all manner of animals, I provide home-from-home care tailored to each pet's unique needs. I’m skilled in administering medication and always treat any pets in my care as if they were my own. I will always follow your pets’ routines in your absence, in order help them feel safe and secure. I’m accustomed to caring for animals of all ages; from the very young to the more senior, I love them all and their gorgeous unique personalities. I thoroughly enjoy making connections with my furry friends and their owners alike. I have many returning clients and go above and beyond to ensure both your pets and you are completely satisfied with all the services I provide. I have received many five star wonderful reviews from pet owners over the years. One of my greatest pleasures is walking in nature with the dogs in my care; whether it’s a woodland adventure or a splash by the water, I offer diverse walks for your fur babies to enjoy, that include opportunities for socialisation with other dogs and humans. I am home full time as I have an online tutoring business working with students around the world. This enables me to be very focused on the animals in my care throughout the day as my lessons are spread out across the working week. My home is ideally set up to care for your fur babies. I have a large enclosed garden perfect for your fur babies to run around in; they have full access to the garden as they desire as my back door is rarely closed. I have crates, should your pet need crating or you may of course provide your own. I adhere strictly to any special requirements you have regarding the care of your pet. I also have my own private walking field where all dogs are safe to run freely.

About: I have always had a strong love for animals, especially dogs, as I grew up surrounded by lots of different pets. Being around animals from a young age has helped me develop a natural understanding of how to care for them, be patient with them, and make sure they feel safe, happy and comfortable. My experience as a dog sitter is something I really enjoy because I love spending time with dogs and getting to know their individual personalities and needs. I understand the importance of giving them plenty of attention, exercise, fresh air and companionship while their owners are away. One of my favourite parts of dog sitting is taking dogs out for walks. I enjoy giving them the opportunity to explore, exercise and have fun, while also benefiting from being outdoors myself. Going for regular walks with a dog helps me stay active and supports my own health and wellbeing, making it something that I find both enjoyable and rewarding. Overall, looking after dogs is something I am passionate about. Growing up with pets, combined with my experience caring for animals, has taught me to be responsible, caring and attentive. I would always treat someone else's dog with the same care and respect that I would give to my own pets. Working from home allows me to provide dogs with the attention, care and companionship they need throughout the day. Because I work remotely, I have the flexibility to take regular breaks to feed them, let them outside, give them attention and take them out for walks. Being at home also means dogs are not left alone for long periods of time, which can help them feel more comfortable and settled. I can easily fit walks and playtime around my working schedule while still making sure my work commitments are met. I really enjoy being around dogs while I work, and I believe my home-based routine is ideal for dog sitting. It allows me to give each dog plenty of care and attention while providing a safe, calm and loving environment for them. Although my garden is on the smaller side, it is fully fenced and provides a safe and secure space for dogs to have regular toilet breaks and get some fresh air throughout the day. I understand that the garden is not intended to replace proper walks and exercise, but it is a convenient and secure space for quick toilet breaks whenever needed. I also live next to a beautiful bank and walking area, which is perfect for giving dogs plenty of exercise and outdoor stimulation. I regularly take my family’s dog there for walks and really enjoy spending time outdoors with him. The area provides a lovely environment for dogs to explore, get some exercise and enjoy their surroundings. Having both a secure garden and such a beautiful walking area nearby means I can provide dogs with regular toilet breaks, exercise and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.

About: Experienced and reliable dog carer with a strong background in both independent and structured settings. Previously ran a successful dog-walking service and also I’ve spent the past three years pet-sitting and working with dogs across Asia, Australia, Central America, and South America. My experience includes caring for dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and needs, as well as hands-on work in dog shelters in Mexico and Australia. Confident in handling multiple dogs, maintaining routines, and ensuring each animal receives attentive, individual care. Working full-time ( mon- fri) with a remote job, the job is not very demanding and doesn’t need me at my desk the whole time so in between tasks I can play around and let them out for a potty break. I care for pets in the owner’s home by maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible, keeping feeding times, walks, play, and rest consistent to reduce stress. I make sure they feel comfortable in their own environment by giving them attention, exercise, and mental stimulation suited to their personality and energy levels. I keep the home clean and organised, follow any specific instructions closely, and monitor their health and behaviour throughout. I also provide regular updates so owners feel confident their pet is safe, settled, and well cared for in their absence.

About: I'M BACK! After taking 6 months off to breed and train my next generation of Rhodesian Ridgebacks, I am happy to say that I am available again! I own two dogs, one cat and two horses, some of whom you can see on my profile! I would definitely say that I am an animal person haha! Over the years, I have learnt dog training skills such as how to remedy a dog who pulls on the lead or jumps up. I am experienced in administering medication for both dogs and cats and can even bathe them for you if needed! I am more than happy to do drop-ins for cats to feed and top up their water when needed if you don’t need me to stay over night! If you have any other small pets, I'm more than happy and experienced in looking after them for you whilst you're away (I grew up with mice, rabbits and Giant African Snails)! If you have horses, there is no need to put them into livery either, as I can look after them too when you go away! A bit about myself: I work from home which fits in great with dog sitting, as all I have to do is remember to bring my laptop with me! Don't worry, your pets will get plenty of exercise, socialisation and of course lots of love and care with me! Working from home means I am able to be around your pets all day, as long as I remember to bring my laptop with me! Our home has a fully secure terraced garden with 6ft+ old stone walls, so there is no escaping! We have many wonderful walks on our doorstep and our house location is quiet and safe. We take the dogs on secure, off-road country walks, and especially enjoy going for walks in the woods!

I have experience looking after dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities, from energetic puppies to senior pets and those who are a little more nervous. My priority is making sure every pet feels safe, relaxed, and comfortable in their own environment while sticking as closely as possible to their usual routine. I take the time to get to know each pet and their individual needs, whether that’s taking things a little slower on walks, keeping to a structured routine, or giving extra care and patience to older or more anxious pets. Occasionally, my partner will join me during a house sit to keep me (and the pets!) company. If that isn’t something you’re comfortable with, or you think it wouldn’t suit your pet, just let me know beforehand and I’m more than happy to work around it. While you’re away, I’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pets are happy and well looked after. About: I have had various pets growing up - a dog since I was 11. I previously worked for a dog kennels, walking the dogs and helping with feeding and cleaning. Prior to using Rover, I had lots of experience looking after neighbours and friends dogs whilst they were away. I currently work freelance from home so have a flexible schedule. I like to travel but in between travelling I’m always eager to help with dog walking, drop in visits or home stays. I currently can’t offer home boarding at my own home as I live with my family’s pets, but hope to open this up again in the future. I always adapt to each pet/owner, when it comes to eating and daily routines, as I understand everyone and every dog is different. I will treat your dog with as much love and care as if they were my own. I care massively about the welfare and happiness of every animal I meet ❤️

About: Hi, my name is Sim, I'm 25 years old, I work full time but on shifts so I have a range of availability based upon my shift patterns. I've got experience in sitting and walking different breeds, and I'm a big breed lover having my own 3 at home! (3 German shepherds!) Currently I do occasionally dog sit for friends and family, typically their dogs stay over with my 3 dogs who love having friends over! So what sets me apart from other walkers and sitters? Well, I love dogs, I've had 5 years of experience (on and off), all my dogs have been adopted and rehomed - so I've worked with a variety of different dogs with different needs. Recently fostering a dog for 3 months and got her trained up before she went to her new home which she's succeeding in! I own a car so I'm happy to travel. And with your permission if you leave your dog with me over night or for a few days, I can take them to locations such as the Peak District to get some quality time in, otherwise to the local parks and nature reserves. 😁 I do have a really big garden which is fenced off. If we require use of a create then we can encourage that with your dog, we just request to provide a bed or item that your dog is currently familiar with to keep in the crate if crate time is required, we want to keep the environment as familiar as possible to help reduce anxiety. My house has multiple cameras situated throughout the property, inside and outside for peace of mind. I work full time but I work different shifts weekly but I know what I'm working well in advance, and I have my partner to lend a hand. Large garden fenced off, cameras around the house and the outside the house so we have eyes on the property at all times. But someone will always be home.

About: I’ve had dogs since the age of 2. I’ve dog sat for my friends, auntie, and new clients through Rover. Including, walking, feeding, grooming/bathing, playing, etc. I’m a loving dog mum who’s done tonnes of researching on various breed fulfilment. I enjoy researching about the needs of various breeds and will cater to your doggo. I’ve done various dogs trust training classes with my pups as well as working with a private award winning dog trainer. I love to meet up prior to providing services to get to know both owner and dogs, this way I create a great relationship and learn more about your pet directly… especially if they are quirky like mine! 😁 Currently my schedule is wide open. I’m undergoing an online course that can be completed in my own time. On the weekend, generally I wake up early, play some games with my dogs, they nap, then we go for a walk, I feed them and then do some training, and finally bedtime. I love to take them hiking or swimming or to a private dog park to do some agility too. I have plenty of spare crates and a fenced off garden that the dogs can run around and play in. If our dogs don’t get along which can sometimes happen, I have a separate household that can take care of mine whilst I take care of your dog(s). Although this is dependent on the timescale, I’m willing to compromise. I have plenty of enrichment games such as snuffle mats, food dispenser games, dog treat puzzles and various toys. So your dog will not be bored!

About: I have cat sitted several times over the last few years for other owners and thoroughly enjoy it! I have also dog sitted and walked dogs of all sizes. I offer services from dog and also cat boarding to drop in visits/house sitting and dog walking. I have a family pet cat who I adore so much! I adopted Milo since he was 10 weeks old and he always makes me smile everyday. (He does live with my family) if I were to look after your cat or dog I could either attend to them where they live or to my flat (where I live alone with no pets) I enjoy being around cats and although I have not had dogs as a pet before, I have been around friends who do have some. I think having pets always cheers people up as they’re full of life. I groom my cat, bathe him, comb his hair, clean his food tray, litter and also feed him twice daily. I have dog and cat sitted before so have experience doing both. Please get in touch and feel free to ask any questions! Thank you I am on here to look after cute pets that need taking care of and would be more than happy to help out the owner. I would describe myself as someone who is caring and outgoing. I currently reside in Leicester near Glenfield and they’re are a lot of nice parks nearby for the doggies (also me). I would also be interested in house sitting, cat or dog sitting, day care and also walking. Can take last minute bookings and if needed my services for a longer period of time more than a week, I could negotiate the rate. Currently working for the NHS but over the holiday Christmas period I’m available to sit. I could work around my schedule. I genuinely love pets and it’s nice to unwind to have a little play time and to care for them. I have a family cat that if full of energy, loves going out to play in the garden! Everyday is a routine when looking after Milo and first thing making sure his food bowl is cleaned and he is fed.. grooming everyday as his hair sheds a lot. Days consist of lots of cuddles and neck scratches and making sure he is well looked after.

Cordelia did an amazing job looking after our dog, Hera. It’s the first time we’ve left her with anyone and as a rescue dog I was especially apprehensive of leaving her anywhere, but I needn’t have worried, Hera had the absolute best time with Cordelia and her dogs. It was brilliant to receive photos and lovely updates and we will be rebooking next time we go away, we’d recommend Cordelia in a heartbeat.

After dropping Latrell off I received regular updates and photos from Paige which really put my mind at ease and it was clear Latrell was happy and having lots of fun with her and her extremely cute cockapoos Malibu and Cleo. When I picked Latrell up he was relaxed and in no rush to leave which was great to see. I’m very grateful for the updates and attention Paige gave to Latrell throughout his stay. I will defiantly book again when I needs someone to look after him and I would highly recommend Paige to anyone looking for someone that they can trust to look after there dog like there own.

Julia was absolutely amazing with Safia ❤️ From the very beginning, she was caring, attentive, communicative, and incredibly thoughtful. She kept me updated throughout the stay with detailed messages about walks, food, water, playtime, and how Safia was doing emotionally, which gave me so much peace of mind, and the most thorough report about her day. She even washed and dried Safia’s blanket after a little accident without hesitation, such a kind gesture that truly shows how much she cares! Safia clearly felt comfortable and loved with Julia and her family, and it made me so happy to hear how well she got along with everyone 😊 I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person. I would trust Julia again without a second thought and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, warm, patient, and genuinely loving with dogs. Thank you again for taking such wonderful care of Safia 🐾
