Feel free to message me if you’re unsure I’m always happy to discuss it. I’m a newly qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with experience caring for a wide range of animals. Alongside my veterinary nursing training, I have been pet sitting through Rover for the past few months, giving me the opportunity to care for dogs and cats of all ages, breeds and personalities. I have been around dogs and cats for most of my life and currently have an English Bull Terrier puppy called Moose, along with my two cats, Cookie and Colin. Cookie is a senior cat with arthritis, so I also have personal experience caring for an older pet and understanding that every animal has their own individual needs and routine. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles on the sofa or simply sticking to their usual routine, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of love, attention and care while you’re away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and will always keep you updated with regular messages and photos, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. 🥰🐾 I currently work part-time as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, usually working Monday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30am–5pm or 10:30am–7pm. I’m available for drop-in visits and dog walks in Melton and surrounding areas on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, depending on my shift times and the location of the booking. I’m also available for drop-ins and walks in Corby on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and weekends, I would also be happy to do drop ins on my days off in melton and surrounding area if needed! (Additional charge for petrol over 10 miles). I’m happy to work around your pet’s usual routine wherever possible, including feeding, walks, playtime, medication and plenty of cuddles. I’m particularly happy to discuss individual routines with owners beforehand so we can make sure the arrangement works well for your pet. I’m still available for house sitting, although my availability depends on the individual pet and their needs. For example, I may be able to accommodate a dog who is happy being left for part of the day while I’m at work, whereas pets who need someone at home throughout the day may not be suitable for my current schedule. I’m always happy to discuss this with you before booking. I also have some flexibility depending on the length of the booking and the care your pet requires, so please feel free to message me with your dates and what your pet needs. I’d much rather discuss your pet’s individual routine and make sure I can provide the level of care they need than accept a booking that isn’t the right fit. My availability can vary slightly around my veterinary nursing rota, so I always keep my Rover calendar up to date and will confirm availability before accepting a booking. 🥰🐾 I currently offer pet care in the owner’s home rather than bringing pets to my own home. I find that many animals feel much more relaxed and comfortable staying in their familiar environment, where they have their usual routine, smells and surroundings. My priority is always making sure pets feel safe, calm and well cared for while their owners are away. As a veterinary nursing student, I am confident handling animals safely and recognising signs of stress or illness. I am experienced in administering medication, following specialised diets and making sure pets receive the care and attention they need. I will always follow the owner’s instructions closely to maintain their pet’s normal routine, including feeding, walks, playtime and rest. I am also very happy to arrange a meet and greet beforehand, such as going for a walk together with the owner and their dog. This allows the pet to get to know me first and helps everyone feel comfortable and confident before any booking.

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover and owner of three spaniels. I’m comfortable caring for dogs, cats and small pets, including rabbits and hamsters. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, so I always take time to get to know them. I offer dog walks and drop-in visits through us with a free meet & greet before the first booking. I’ve also completed a Pet First Aid course, and your pet’s safety and comfort will always come first. I have flexible availability for dog walks and drop-in visits throughout the week, with some weekend availability too. I keep my Rover calendar updated and arrange each booking around your pet’s normal routine. A free meet & greet is preferred before a first booking. I provide walks and drop-in visits from your pet’s own home rather than boarding. I follow your instructions carefully, check doors and gates are secure, keep dogs safely on lead unless agreed otherwise, and make sure fresh water is available. I have completed Pet First Aid and will always contact you if I have any concerns about your pet.

I hold a Level 3 diploma in Animal management with Distinction* grades, as well as qualifications in pet sitting, dog walking and dog grooming. About: I have had various pets growing up - a dog since I was 11. I previously worked for a dog kennels, walking the dogs and helping with feeding and cleaning. Prior to using Rover, I had lots of experience looking after neighbours and friends dogs whilst they were away. I currently work freelance from home so have a flexible schedule. I like to travel but in between travelling I’m always eager to help with dog walking, drop in visits or home stays. I currently can’t offer home boarding at my own home as I live with my family’s pets, but hope to open this up again in the future.
