Archie has never we stayed in kennels and we wanted a family environment, preferably with children as he adores children. The stay was particularly challenging given the recent excessive heat but Paul made sure he was as comfortable as possible. And the wet towel to lie on will be a trick we use at home. I live alone and work from home, so I’d absolutely love the company of a furry friend during the day or overnight. Your dog would get plenty of attention, cuddles, playtime and company rather than being left on their own for hours. About: I am a licenced home boarder based in Kettering and run my own boarding, daycare and dog walking business. I've worked with dogs professionally full-time for 6 months and part time for over a year. I now care for dogs every day and also have a 2 year old miniature labradoodle named Ziggy. About: Hi My name is Kat. I have moved to Corby in March 2023this year and shortly tha cat distribution system sent me my first cat "Mister". He was stray with de-gloved tail. Fast forward he is now living with me like a king 👑. The second boy who I adopted from the street is "Coco" who was "Mister's" friend and he worn me out waiting for me after work everyday, giving me a kiss on my cheek after racing me to the front door. I grew up in Slovakia on the farm with my grandparents looking after farm animals as well as farm cats. Our family tradition was to always have barn cats which I used to sneak in at night and let them sleep in my bed. I find cats so interesting and cool. Their purring is so therapeutic and I love every cat I see. I do think animals communicate with us, but not always we hear them. Cats have a special place in my heart.

I've taken an interest in dog training and although I'm by no means an expert, I do understand dogs behaviours and body language well. I think I want to pursue this as a career in the future but looking to get as much care experience in as possible. Being a dog owner myself I know what it's like to want the best for them. They're family ❤️ Pet (dog) care is my full time job so if I have availability, I will definitely be able to take care of your furry family! After a bad experience putting my own dog into a kennel, I personally always feel more at ease knowing my dog is safe in his own home with someone I can trust. I also understand that some animals can be timid and nervous, I will do my best to gain their trust and companionship at a pace that suits them. I am calm but assertive and very aware of my surroundings so you (and your animals!) will feel safe and secure with them under my care.
About: I’ve been involved with animals ever since I can remember! From owning 3 horses and 2 beloved rescue dogs! I know how to adapt and change to each animal understanding not all of them are the same. I am also a qualified nurse so from my animal experience and nursing experience I’ve learnt how to communicate with both owner and animal. I work as an nurse as hoc and have enjoyed taking a break from the hospital!! And I have a wide range of availability and will most likely be free! I can communicate effectively with you the owner to understand where your pet is allowed. From owning two rescue dogs I’m also aware of certain dogs being afraid or aggressive to other dogs so I would walk on other side of the path to keep dogs away. I have had a huge experience around poorly pets- My current rescue has to have regular medication including injections and eye drops, I have also had experience with strokes amongst dogs and post operative care. My being a vet has enabled me to pick up critical information for dealing with emergency’s and the general health and well being of animals. I am also aware that dogs love company and like other dogs so I’m suited to all pet needs. I also give great cuddles and I seem to have a good track record with pets and they seem to always want more! I have plenty of time to play with your pups or cats due to being a newly graduate from university. I am available weekdays, weekends and all times of the day. I will ensure your dog remains in eye contact to make sure there’s no escapes. My sister is a qualified vet and my experience and knowledge of emergency care has grown from her. I will have your vets contact number in my phone before any visit/sitting.
