I now have 2 young pugs which I adore along with my 4 children. I am blessed enough to work from home, and I home educate one of my daughters who is also passionate about caring for animals. We've looked after friends dogs at times and now know it's time to share the love. We want to build on caring for small dogs specifically. We are a home from home set up and your dog will be as free and loved here as our own. I currently work part time from home, so am always available for cuddles and play and walks every day. Toilet breaks are frequent. I can care for diabetic dogs and administer insulin and medications where needed as I've cared for dogs with needs and had my own diabetic dog. I have a fenced garden, a large garden for play, there's comforts in every room. I have 2 dogs for company and 4 children between 6 and 14 and we all love pugs. I live alone and work from home, so I’d absolutely love the company of a furry friend during the day or overnight. I’d start the day with a morning walk, followed by breakfast and some relaxed time at home while I work. Throughout the day there’ll be regular toilet breaks, attention and little play sessions, with another walk later in the day. My evenings are generally relaxed, so there’s plenty more time for cuddles and company. I’m happy to adapt the routine to suit your dog whether they’re full of energy and need lots of exercise or prefer a slower pace with plenty of sofa time! The aim is for them to feel like they’re having a little holiday of their own while you’re away. 🐶❤️ Safety, trust & environment 🐾 Your pet’s safety and wellbeing would always be my top priority. I want them to feel comfortable, relaxed and at home while they’re staying with me. As I work from home, I’ll be around throughout the day to keep an eye on them and make sure they’re happy and settled. I’ll follow their usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, medication if required, and any specific instructions you leave for me. I’ll make sure doors, gates and windows are secure, and I’ll always supervise them appropriately when out on walks. For example, I may be able to accommodate a dog who is happy being left for part of the day while I’m at work, whereas pets who need someone at home throughout the day may not be suitable for my current schedule. I’m always happy to discuss this with you before booking. I also have some flexibility depending on the length of the booking and the care your pet requires, so please feel free to message me with your dates and what your pet needs. About: I am a licenced home boarder based in Kettering and run my own boarding, daycare and dog walking business. I've worked with dogs professionally full-time for 6 months and part time for over a year. I now care for dogs every day and also have a 2 year old miniature labradoodle named Ziggy. He's full of beans but I've put a lot of effort into his training and it's definitely paid off. I've taken an interest in dog training and although I'm by no means an expert, I do understand dogs behaviours and body language well.
