About: Hi, I'm Lisa, an experienced pet care professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience as a veterinary nurse, dog groomer, and pet nurse. I've dedicated my life to caring for dogs, cats, and small animals, always treating them as part of my family. With my extensive background in animal health and grooming, you can trust that your pet will receive expert attention and plenty of love. I'm a friendly and caring person, passionate about ensuring your pet feels safe, happy, and well-cared for in my home. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! I am recently relocated to Peterborough so have availability Monday to Friday during working hours 8am-7pm. I am available for housing sitting evenings and weekends. When caring for pets in their own home, I prioritise their safety, comfort, and routine. I ensure their environment remains familiar and stress-free, following any specific instructions you provide for feeding, exercise, or special care. I create a trusting bond by spending quality time with your pet, offering them plenty of attention, play, and affection. If your cat enjoys being outdoors, I will ensure they do so safely. My goal is to maintain a calm, secure atmosphere so your pet feels comfortable and cared for, just as they would with you. When caring for dogs in their home, I am flexible and attentive to their individual needs. If your dog is used to being crated, I will ensure they are safe and comfortable, following their usual schedule. For dogs that enjoy walks, I will make sure they get plenty of exercise and outdoor time, always keeping them secure on a leash. If your dog requires a muzzle, I will handle this with care and patience, ensuring they feel calm and comfortable throughout. My goal is to maintain your dog’s routine, while providing the same level of love and care they receive from you.

“Thank you for coming. Simba loved going on a walk with you. 😊”

About: My family have always had dogs and I used to walk my neighbours huskies after school as a teenager, I also often take my two aunts and uncles dogs for walks. Our family dog unfortunately passed last year so any time walking other dogs is always nice. I’m currently working part time on a rotating shift pattern so please feel free to message and see if I am available when is best for you. I unfortunately won’t be able to house any dogs as I’ve recently moved back in with my parents. But am more than happy to take any dogs on short, medium or long walks as needed.

About: I genuinely love dogs and treat every pup like family—because that’s exactly how I treat my own Cavapoo. He’s like my child, and I bring that same level of care, attention, and love to every dog I look after. I understand how important it is to feel confident that your pet is in good hands. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior dog needing a gentler touch, I tailor my care to their unique needs. I also have experience with basic training, administering medication, and creating a calm, loving environment for every kind of personality. You can count on me to keep your dog safe, happy, and loved. Pet care fits easily into my daily and weekly routine. I currently have a part-time job at the University of Cambridge, which gives me a flexible schedule during the week and full availability on weekends. I make time every day for walks, play, and quality time with my own Cavapoo, so caring for other pets is a natural and enjoyable part of my routine. I'm committed to making sure each dog feels loved, safe, and well cared for—whether it's a quick drop-in or an overnight stay. Right now, I offer dog walking and in-home sitting, so all care takes place in the dog’s familiar environment or while out on safe, fun walks. When staying in a pet owner’s home, I treat their space with the utmost respect and follow all care instructions closely—from feeding and routines to playtime and cuddles. I always prioritize each dog’s safety, comfort, and emotional well-being, making sure they feel secure and loved while you're away. On walks, I stick to safe routes, keep dogs leashed, and pay close attention to their behavior and surroundings.

“Narissa was great with Dex, she knew how to put him at ease and they had a great walk together. Will definitely use her next time Dex needs a walk.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention Lisa provides for my dog, Charlie, every week. Charlie is a giant breed who can be reactive around other dogs, but Lisa’s empathy, knowledge, and calm presence have been invaluable in making him feel secure and well-cared for. She has a remarkable ability to reassure him when he’s anxious and is more than capable of managing his strength, which gives me real peace of mind. Every week, Lisa not only ensures he gets a good walk but also checks his water and gives him the attention he loves while I’m at work. I’m so grateful to have found someone who truly understands his needs and makes his wellbeing a priority!”
