About: We have always had a dog as a family pet, from a puppy to a senior dog, Currently we have Daisy who is a 13 year old English Springer Spaniel. We have been the go to ones for both our family and friends whenever their dogs have needed looking after, overnight stays, walking etc. I hold a dog walking certificate. As we are currently not working we have plenty of time for playing and walking your dog, we are available to take boarders at a time to suit your working arrangements and are very flexible, for as short as 1 night. We have a large fully enclosed garden for lots of play, which your dog will have the run of , and as we have Daisy there will be always someone to play with.

About: We are an animal loving family, I have owned and fostered a variety of different pets. My names Hazel, I am a stay at home mum, to a wonderful animal savy seven year old and we currently have 2 miniature dachshunds and 3 ponies. Your pets will be able to enjoy my enclosed private garden, with plenty of space for Zoomies and your pets, will be walked in my local favourite spots. You will recieve plenty of photos during there time with us, even if it’s just for an hours walk or a pup-cation (I understand it can be nerve wracking to leave your animals in the care of someone else & seeing photos helps) Whilst all the member of our family will enjoy giving your fur-babies cuddles, your Fur-babies will always be in my care and won’t be left with anyone else, and I will follow your preferences as they will be my main priority during their time with me. I’m a stay home mum, our dogs come everywhere with us accept on the school run, so your animals will enjoy exploring different places with us, we will always let you know in advance of there stay where we are planning to go and be this might just be coming to the horse yard with us or for a walk along the beach. Our garden is fenced in and we have 2 miniature dachshund our boy still has his manhood. So we will be unable to take girls during there heat but we will be able to care for them in your home, if you are booked in with us in and they happen to go into heat.

About: What sets me apart is my hands-on experience caring for dogs with different needs and personalities. I've confidently looked after multiple dogs at the same time and have experience providing longer-term care, including looking after dogs for three weeks while their owners were away in Canada. I understand how important it is for dogs to feel safe, comfortable, and loved when their family is away.I enjoy keeping dogs active and engaged, tailoring their care to suit their breed, age, and energy levels. For dogs that enjoy adventure, I love taking them on longer walks and exploring new places, giving them plenty of exercise, stimulation, and fun. I treat every dog as if they were my own, ensuring they receive lots of attention, affection, and the highest standard of care. I work from home 4-5 days a week and then don’t work weekends. I can look after dogs whilst working, after work, before work and at the weekends. I do this with my own dog. By feeding them, playing with them, checking in on them, rubbing their bellies and stroking/cuddling them. Creating a safe and cosy place for them to feel comfy and at home.

Well what can I say…..Jakub and his lovely family were absolutely amazing with our Lottie! ❤️ They were extremely accommodating, (even when it was arranged last minute - as we were let down), they made us feel very welcome when we dropped Lottie off, (even Lottie) settled quickly), they listened to our requests re Lottie’s food and care, walked her twice a day and sent us regular updates with pictures - which really helped me not to worry about her, as I could see she was happy and being well looked after. They even including an adorable picture message to my daughter from Lottie - as we were taking her to university!🥰🥰Honestly can’t recommend them enough and we’ll definitely vibe booking again. I would recommend Mandy, she was friendly very helpful as one of my dogs has some health issues. I like the fact she only had my dogs as I have one who’s a bit temperamental with other dogs. Mandy sent me pictures and a video and I could see both my dogs seemed very happy and chilled. I will definitely use her again.
We couldn’t be happier with the care Max received from Shannon and her lovely dog Nala. 🐾❤️ From the moment we dropped him off, it was clear he was going to be very well looked after. Shannon was incredibly attentive, caring and thorough, and kept us regularly updated with photos, videos and messages throughout his stay. It was especially lovely to receive updates on his first birthday! 🎂🐶 Max clearly had an absolutely fantastic time and seemed so happy and settled with Shannon and Nala. Knowing he was having such a lovely time made our holiday so much more enjoyable because we could relax knowing he was in safe, loving hands. Sarah is absolutely fantastic, Oakley (my dog) can be a little tricky with food and nervous around people/dogs but Sarah does such a good job with him that he is completely comfortable there (huge for him) and I can completely switch off knowing he's in the best hands. Sarah gives regular updates with photos that I love seeing and Oakley has the best time with lovely walks and there is literally nowhere else I would take him, can't recommend enough! Very reliable and I completely trust Sarah to not only look after Oakley but to treat him like one of the family!

Absolutely 5 star!! Raya loved her weekend and was treated like a princess. We received lots of photos every day and it looked like she was having the time of her life. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
