My first was a Norwegian Forest Cat we adopted — he was wonderfully playful, a joy to care for, and very receptive to training, quickly becoming a beloved member of the family. About: They say you can tell if somebody is a good person when animals feel safe in their presence... Well, not to blow my own trumpet, but... toot toot! Animals really do seem to love me :-) I think it's because they know that I love them back! I've previously had a dog of my own, and then inherited my mum's dog a few years ago, who I'd bought & trained for my mum in the first place. I trained him off-lead too before giving him to her, so I think he'd always seen me as his real mummy & maybe thought my mum was just his girlfriend, ha! I'm a firm believer in making sure dogs get plenty of outdoor time & exercise- having moved up to Peterborough from London, my dog was previously an apartment dog so was used to being walked at least 3 times a day, and we've continued that up here, even though we have a large garden. I just don't think it's fair to dogs to let them sit indoors all day, so I'm always out walking with my dog, Baby. Family & friends have also always relied on me to take care of their dogs when they've been away, and I regularly meet up with friends & their fur babies for lots of dog socialising & fun. I work from home Monday to Friday until 2pm, which is when I pick up my 13month old daughter from nursery, but the nature of my job means I'm around for lots of cuddles & play throughout the day (even when I'm on Zoom calls!), and regular walks in the morning, at lunch time and in the evenings. I have a fenced garden and a fur baby of my own to keep your fur baby company if needed. My daughter has been around dogs since she was born, so she is used to patting dogs gently & not doing anything to annoy them. Dogs are welcome on the furniture and in any room that I'm in - it's their home too! However, if your dog has a tendency to moult, I'm afraid they won't be allowed on the beds.

About: I've had pets for about 15 years. I've had rabbits, guinea pigs and family dogs. Ive looked after family and firends dogs when they have gone on holiday and I have looked after neighbours pets when they have been away. We have a lovely cavalier king charles spaniel. He is very friendly with other dogs, very energetic and playful. I feel like I'm good at helping train puppies as the dogs I have had, have learnt really well with command's. Me and my partner bith work hybrid jobs so we will always have plenty of time to give to your dog, as one of us will always be hime. I Will normally take short notice bookings as I understand things can be planned last minute. We have a kitchen/diner that has patio doors straight onto the garden. The garden is all enclosed. Every dog I have looked after, runs around with Bailey playing in the garden. We love going on long walks and walking around the lakes. If they get mucky then I'll be happy to give them them a quick bath or just wash their paws.

For over three years, I've been a regular, trusted carer for my cousin's dogs, looking after them across all stages of life — from energetic puppies and playful adults to more gentle senior dogs. This has given me a well-rounded understanding of how differently dogs need to be cared for depending on their age and personality. I’m looking for a lovely dog that I can take for walks and am able to dog sit at their house .I’m usually available on weekdays in the daytime and evening, at weekends and for holidays. I am a First year university student who is home for the holidays where I have all the time in the world, if I have no prior arrangements, I am available 24/7, any day of the week and any time. Unfortunately, my own cat doesn't get on with dogs so I will only be able to walk dogs and dog-sit at the owners home, where I will utilise the resources available to me as instructed.
About: I've taken care of multiple dogs since I was small, with variations in size and breed. I have experience with energetic young mixed-breed dogs as well as older dogs with special medical needs. Nothing is too much to provide the care, affection, and training our furry friends require! New to official formal sitting, hence the "1 year". I'm a researcher and a writer working from home in the middle of Peterborough, so I can easily fit let care into my weekly and daily routines. My time is my own to organise, so if a pet needs full attention and care I can give them that, or if they just need company I can bring my work to them! About: Premise: my experience is mainly dog-related and I am unable to look after dogs less than 1 year old. My family always had a dog when I was growing up, my first memory would be time with my dad’s Rottweiler, named Bullet. During my teenage years, we adopted a mixed race dog that my youngest sister named Barbie! They had different needs, be it attention, care, exercise or health, and very early on I have been taught to look after our furry companions as part of the family: respect them and their space too. More recently, I have helped many families by boarding their pet while on holiday and I have also had regulars for day care: mainly dogs that cannot be left alone due to anxiety. “Eleni, is just a dream. From initial contact she was proactive with her responses, accommodating and very welcoming. Frieda is a very shy dog with strangers, but within seconds, she was wagging her tail, trying to get kisses and cuddles. She settled into the house very quickly. I do believe this was due to the warm and kind aura Eleni gives. Freida had a very nice time over her weekend stay. With lots of reassurance for me with photo and video updates, kept my mind at rest. When it was time for Freida to come home, she didn't want to leave an ran upstairs to hide lol....that's how much she enjoyed her stay. About: I have had dogs all my life and I'mexperienced with a variety of breeds. I have an 8 yearly old rescue springer spaniel who is my world. He had broken legs that weren't treated properly and I have given everything and more to make sure he has the best life and treatment he deserves. Your dog will be well cared for in a home from home environment with regular updates and photos, and given all the love that I give to my own pets. I am a registered paramedic and work shifts. I will only be accepting bookings on my days off and annual leave, meaning I will be home the majority of time with your dog during their stay. I will require a meet and greet prior to the booking to ensure our dogs get on well and make sure we are the right fit. This will also hopefully put you at ease before the booking. I'm very experienced with senior dogs with medical conditions such as arthritis and joint issues. I work as a paramedic and do shifts. I have blocks of days off and will only be accepting bookings on my days off and annual leave. This ensures I am home for the majority of time for your dogs stay. I have a fully enclosed and gated garden with a lock. I also have the ability to separate off my stairs and lounge area if needed. However, there are no restrictions in my home and dogs are allowed on the sofa and bed (if they wish)
About: I have a amazing lurcher Nala and I have also had pets in my life ever since I was a baby,I have been all through collage getting every thing I need to work with animals expecially my 4 legged friends.I think its amazing the bond we can all have with out pets and I want to see every animal happy and thriving in life.I believe animals are anyone's best friend and we could all do with one to complete our lives and create special memories with them and our other baby's as I know the bond between them is everything to see. “Matteo and Ema looked after our German Shepherd and Chihuahua for 2 weeks and had an absolutely brilliant time! They settled in straightaway and were given lots of cuddles, playtime and of course lovely long walks. Matteo gave me daily updates and lots of great pictures of the dogs. They were smiling from ear to ear in every picture. I would definitely recommend leaving your dogs with Matteo, we had complete peace of mind that they were getting excellent care.
