About: I've owned a dog and also had experience with friend's dogs. I love to walk in nature, so would be able to walk your dog in pretty places, with lots of stimulation :) I currently work from home, so always have time for animals in my care. I am also available at short notice and also at weekends. I have a fenced garden and secure house, so your pet will be safe with me. I dont have a dog crate, so you will need to provide this if required.

About: I've taken care of multiple dogs since I was small, with variations in size and breed. I have experience with energetic young mixed-breed dogs as well as older dogs with special medical needs. Nothing is too much to provide the care, affection, and training our furry friends require! New to official formal sitting, hence the "1 year". About: I have grown up with 3 dogs which makes me experienced and on multiple occasions I’ve watched them for a week. I love walking and will happily take animals on walks. And I love a cuddle as much as the pet does. I also volunteer for the cinnamon trust walking and looking after elderly and terminally ill people’s pets. I also have a DBS certificate I study at university and am only in for an hour or 2 at a time so taking care of an animal fits into my schedule easily. I work in a bar 2 days a week. Friday I work 5 hours and Saturday I work 9 so I wouldn’t be able to look after pets on Saturday but I could always begin after my shift. I do not care for pets in my home as I am in a flat and pets are not allowed. In terms of looking after pets in your home. I would like to be told anything important or to know if your pet likes to try and escape so I can be more aware of this. I would never try and put contact with a pet if they are uncomfortable. Shannon looked after our dog hazelnut whilst we were away, hazelnut is a mastiff cross and is a very bouncy energetic dog who can be too much for just about anyone. Shannon had absolutely no issues with looking after her and did a superb job she ticked all of the boxes possible, she fed her, gave hazel her daily medication, opened the door for her to pee, played with her, kept her company and didn’t leave until she was settled We received daily updates, photos and a summary of how she was, Shannon even brought in our parcels and fed our fish, when Hazel ripped up a cushion Shannon cleared it up. Shannon was nothing but attentive and kept us at ease whilst we were away, she’s a very friendly and kind woman, Hazel has been waiting by the door this morning checking if she is coming back to given her breakfast We hope to have the opportunity to hire her again!

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm.
