Millie answered queries very quickly before the visit, and kept me up to date with photos and videos during the visit. It really felt like a home from home for Annabelle. My dogs are rescue and unfortunately were unsettled during the night (absolutely no fault of Eszter) but she reassured me that this can happen occasionally.
