“Carla and Jim looked after our 6 month old puppy for the weekend and we couldn’t have been happier with the love and care our Betsy received. We had lots of pupdates with pictures and could see our fur baby was really cared for. We will definitely be using these lovely people again and would highly recommend them.”

About: We have always had a dog as a family pet, from a puppy to a senior dog, Currently we have Daisy who is a 13 year old English Springer Spaniel. We have been the go to ones for both our family and friends whenever their dogs have needed looking after, overnight stays, walking etc. I hold a dog walking certificate. As we are currently not working we have plenty of time for playing and walking your dog, we are available to take boarders at a time to suit your working arrangements and are very flexible, for as short as 1 night. We have a large fully enclosed garden for lots of play, which your dog will have the run of , and as we have Daisy there will be always someone to play with.
About: We’ve both grown up with dogs and have experience caring for them from a young age, so we understand the importance of routine, exercise, patience and plenty of attention. We’re comfortable with dogs of different personalities and energy levels and can provide regular walks, playtime, feeding and companionship. What sets us apart is that your dog will have a calm, home-based environment with someone around regularly. I work from home a couple of days a week, while my partner works night shifts, meaning there is usually someone at home. We also have a secure, fenced garden with plenty of space for playtime. We’re happy to follow your dog’s usual routine and reinforce basic training, including commands such as sit, stay and recall, using positive reinforcement. Most importantly, we’ll treat your dog as part of the family and make sure they feel safe, settled and well cared for. “Evellin has looked after our dog Evie several times, and she is always excellently looked after and has a great time. We love getting updates and photos, and don't have to worry about Evie while we're away as we know she's in great hands.”

“The meet and greet before Billy’s stay was really appreciated and put my mind to rest knowing he would be in safe kind hands. Billy has separation issues and does get anxious but Scott was aware and managed this well whilst he was with him. Great to receive status and photo updated from Scott whilst Billy was with him 🤗”

“Our labrador Roxy, spent a week at Lucy's for the first time and was very happy and cared for. Even during the heatwave, she ensured the dogs kept cool and safe which was really important to me. I would recommend anyone to use Lucy's boarding service :)”

“Milena was absolutely wonderful with my kitten! ❤️ I left him with her for 3 weeks and she took such great care of him. She kept me updated every single day with lovely photos and videos of what they had been getting up to, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. From the photos and videos he looks so happy, healthy and very well cared for, and he’s growing so well. You can really tell how much love and attention she gave him. 🥰 I would definitely recommend Milena to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to look after their pets. Thank you so much, Milena! ❤️”

“Kelly and her family were fantastic! It was my first time using Rover but it was perfect. I was kept updated with messages and pictures throughout the week I was away which was perfect and Kelly listened to everything that was needed as my dog has specific food allergies. I would definitely use again, thank you!”

“What a lovely and friendly family I found to look after Cleo for me. Gya was very welcoming and sent regular updates and pictures to keep me reassured everything was fine. Would happily recommend to others.”

“Molly recently had her trial day with Ann and her husband and loved being with them. Ann’s attention to detail with Mollys routine was exceptional and she came home a happy little doggy. Her next stay is already booked and I know I can go on holiday feeling reassured she will get the best love and care that she does at home. Thanks both.”

About: What sets me apart is my hands-on experience caring for dogs with different needs and personalities. I've confidently looked after multiple dogs at the same time and have experience providing longer-term care, including looking after dogs for three weeks while their owners were away in Canada. I understand how important it is for dogs to feel safe, comfortable, and loved when their family is away.I enjoy keeping dogs active and engaged, tailoring their care to suit their breed, age, and energy levels. For dogs that enjoy adventure, I love taking them on longer walks and exploring new places, giving them plenty of exercise, stimulation, and fun. I treat every dog as if they were my own, ensuring they receive lots of attention, affection, and the highest standard of care. I work from home 4-5 days a week and then don’t work weekends. I can look after dogs whilst working, after work, before work and at the weekends. I do this with my own dog. By feeding them, playing with them, checking in on them, rubbing their bellies and stroking/cuddling them. Creating a safe and cosy place for them to feel comfy and at home.

Stan has just had another holiday with Millie, he adores her! Millie is so attentive to Stan’s needs (& quirks!) she administers his medication, as an older boy, she happily goes with the flow regarding his walks (he can refuse sometimes ☺️) we feel so relaxed leaving him with her as she treats him like her own, which means the world to us. He equally loves his holidays with her & always returns home a very happy boy. Thank you Millie for being so wonderful with our boy x

Thank you Lily for looking after my dog Scout this weekend! Lily was super flexible and accepted our booking request quite last minute. She made time for us to visit and meet scout ahead of the boarding to ensure everyone was happy. She kept in touch to let us know how she was doing without overwhelming us with messages. Scout was super happy and relaxed when I picked her up. Definitely recommend!
