They were very welcoming when I dropped Otto and Henry off and I left feeling happy and confident that they would be well looked after. Their house is lovely with planty of space for the dogs and a great garden. Carmen snet me losts of videos and photos over the weekend showing Otto and Henry having a great time in the garden and on walks. I could tell when I picked them up theat they'd been well looked after and had got on well with the other dogs. “Helen looked after both our dogs at short notice, after an initial meeting with the dogs where Helen interacted with both of our dogs and then looked after them a week later Helen communicated with us brilliantly with photos of the dogs on walks and what they were doing in Helen’s house Helen administered our larger dogs medication as he’s just had an operation and also was great as we were waiting for scan results for him and could easily of not looked after them but Helen loved the company and both of our dogs loved the attention We would have no hesitation in recommending Helen or booking again and have already seen about them going back to Helen for when we move property Thanks Helen for doing a brilliant job with them both much appreciated”

“Eleni, is just a dream. From initial contact she was proactive with her responses, accommodating and very welcoming. Frieda is a very shy dog with strangers, but within seconds, she was wagging her tail, trying to get kisses and cuddles. She settled into the house very quickly. I do believe this was due to the warm and kind aura Eleni gives. Freida had a very nice time over her weekend stay. With lots of reassurance for me with photo and video updates, kept my mind at rest. When it was time for Freida to come home, she didn't want to leave an ran upstairs to hide lol....that's how much she enjoyed her stay.
