“Ruby had a lovely stay with Evellin over a couple of days. She had lots of walks and was a very happy dog when I came to collect her and Evellin was very kind and caring. I would definitely book her in again when the opportunity arises and would thoroughly recommend her. Sally”

About: We have always had a dog as a family pet, from a puppy to a senior dog, Currently we have Daisy who is a 13 year old English Springer Spaniel. We have been the go to ones for both our family and friends whenever their dogs have needed looking after, overnight stays, walking etc. I hold a dog walking certificate. As we are currently not working we have plenty of time for playing and walking your dog, we are available to take boarders at a time to suit your working arrangements and are very flexible, for as short as 1 night. We have a large fully enclosed garden for lots of play, which your dog will have the run of , and as we have Daisy there will be always someone to play with.

About: I have always had a strong love for animals, especially dogs, as I grew up surrounded by lots of different pets. Being around animals from a young age has helped me develop a natural understanding of how to care for them, be patient with them, and make sure they feel safe, happy and comfortable. My experience as a dog sitter is something I really enjoy because I love spending time with dogs and getting to know their individual personalities and needs. I understand the importance of giving them plenty of attention, exercise, fresh air and companionship while their owners are away. One of my favourite parts of dog sitting is taking dogs out for walks. I enjoy giving them the opportunity to explore, exercise and have fun, while also benefiting from being outdoors myself. Going for regular walks with a dog helps me stay active and supports my own health and wellbeing, making it something that I find both enjoyable and rewarding. Overall, looking after dogs is something I am passionate about. Growing up with pets, combined with my experience caring for animals, has taught me to be responsible, caring and attentive. I would always treat someone else's dog with the same care and respect that I would give to my own pets. Working from home allows me to provide dogs with the attention, care and companionship they need throughout the day. Because I work remotely, I have the flexibility to take regular breaks to feed them, let them outside, give them attention and take them out for walks. Being at home also means dogs are not left alone for long periods of time, which can help them feel more comfortable and settled. I can easily fit walks and playtime around my working schedule while still making sure my work commitments are met. I really enjoy being around dogs while I work, and I believe my home-based routine is ideal for dog sitting. It allows me to give each dog plenty of care and attention while providing a safe, calm and loving environment for them. Although my garden is on the smaller side, it is fully fenced and provides a safe and secure space for dogs to have regular toilet breaks and get some fresh air throughout the day. I understand that the garden is not intended to replace proper walks and exercise, but it is a convenient and secure space for quick toilet breaks whenever needed. I also live next to a beautiful bank and walking area, which is perfect for giving dogs plenty of exercise and outdoor stimulation. I regularly take my family’s dog there for walks and really enjoy spending time outdoors with him. The area provides a lovely environment for dogs to explore, get some exercise and enjoy their surroundings. Having both a secure garden and such a beautiful walking area nearby means I can provide dogs with regular toilet breaks, exercise and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.
“We would highly recommend Cat to take care of your beloved dog. She is absolutely amazing and her love and devotion for dogs shines through. It was our first time leaving our Stanley on his own and she made his stay so wonderful. She gave us constant photos and updates which gave us confidence to enjoy our time away. He always looked so happy. We can’t thank her enough. Stanley is already looking forward to his next visit.”

“Jo and Ian were the perfect sitters for our Millie. They keep us updated throughout her stay re how she was getting on and sent photos so we could see how relaxed and happy she was, as well as being perfectly spoilt throughout her stay. We would definitely use them again.”

“Scott looked after our Samoyed Yuki for 10 days, it was our first time leaving her. Looked like she had an amazing time and I’m surprised she even wanted to come home as she made so many new friends. He sent regular pics and video & now I have to go get her a glow in the dark neon collar because she looked so cute in the one he used! Excellent sitter, would recommend & use again.”

“A lovely young couple who came to our rescue after we were let down by family at the last minute. We contacted them that morning, and they welcomed Evie into their home just a few hours later. They gave us frequent updates and photos, took our very energetic Australian Shepherd on lots of long walks, and stuck closely to her routine. When we collected her, they gave us a detailed rundown of her stay and even gave us some candles to thank us for choosing them! They seemed genuinely delighted to have Evie and made her feel like part of their family, rather than simply treating dog sitting as a business. We’d happily book with them again!”

“Kaos really enjoyed his time away, he has some issues with having 1 eye and needing some meds but they looked after him well, even when he got stressed on day one. Calmed and enjoyed the rest of his stay. I would definitely recommend Billie and Kane as they were so understanding and he came back feeling happy and he was so excited when we got back which was lovely as he is heading to 16 years old but can be puppy like but needs the support too, Thank you both, can’t wait to book again..”

“I’m sure if our dog Miro could talk he’d say how much he enjoyed another lovely stay with Linda and Craig. He comes back really relaxed and I’d recommend Linda always as she’s so tuned into the needs of Miro.”

“Kelly and her family were fantastic! It was my first time using Rover but it was perfect. I was kept updated with messages and pictures throughout the week I was away which was perfect and Kelly listened to everything that was needed as my dog has specific food allergies. I would definitely use again, thank you!”

“My labrador peanut had a lovely stay with Irina, i was kept upto date with messages and pictures over the few days peanut stayed, Lovely lady and will definitely book again with Irina.”

“Dougal had a lovely time with Ayesha and her puppy Pumpkin. We received daily updates with pictures and videos and will certainly rebook with her the next time we are away.”

“Sandra went above and beyond when our train was delayed meaning we would struggle to pick up the dogs on time and she drove the 30 mins each way to drop them off at my daughter’s house. Both dogs seemed to have enjoyed their time with Sandra. Such a shame she is over an hour away from my home.”

“Absolutely amazing car for my parent’s dog, Winnie. My parents are so comfortable leaving her in their care - they get regular updates and reassurances. Winnie loves her time away. Thank you so much!!”

“What a lovely and friendly family I found to look after Cleo for me. Gya was very welcoming and sent regular updates and pictures to keep me reassured everything was fine. Would happily recommend to others.”
