From the beginning we felt completely at ease leaving him in their care, and it was so lovely receiving photo and text updates throughout his stay so we could see what he was getting up to. It was clear that Hugo was being really well looked after, with walks, lots of attention and some very comfortable looking sleeps. He looked completely relaxed and happy which meant we could relax too knowing he was in good hands. “Bradley is a fantastic dog sitter. When contacting Bradley he was very quick to respond to the boarding request. I wanted to meet before my dog went to stay and Bradley was very accommodating with this. Unfortunately due to illness I had to cancel and rearrange without any problems and Bradley was very flexible to fit in with me. Meeting Bradley and the lovely Lincoln reassured me that I had chosen a great dog sitter. When Maple was staying with Bradley, he communicated regularly and I loved it that Maple was taken out for one of the days and had so much fun. About: We’ve both grown up with dogs and have experience caring for them from a young age, so we understand the importance of routine, exercise, patience and plenty of attention. We’re comfortable with dogs of different personalities and energy levels and can provide regular walks, playtime, feeding and companionship. What sets us apart is that your dog will have a calm, home-based environment with someone around regularly. I work from home a couple of days a week, while my partner works night shifts, meaning there is usually someone at home. We also have a secure, fenced garden with plenty of space for playtime. We’re happy to follow your dog’s usual routine and reinforce basic training, including commands such as sit, stay and recall, using positive reinforcement. Most importantly, we’ll treat your dog as part of the family and make sure they feel safe, settled and well cared for. I currently work from home a couple of days a week, and my partner works night shifts, so there is always someone at home. We’ve both grown up around dogs and have owned dogs from a young age, so we’re very comfortable caring for them. Morning and evening walks, playtime, and plenty of attention will easily fit into our routine, and we’d love to give your dog a safe, happy and caring home while you’re away. I have a secure, fenced garden with plenty of grass and space for dogs to run around and enjoy some playtime. There are no other pets in the household, so your dog can have our full attention and settle into a calm, comfortable environment.

About: I have been raised with dogs since a child, I currently have a 2 year old Labrador myself. I love being in the company of dogs and enjoy teaching dogs new tricks, walks or just cuddling up on the sofa. I currently work from home between school hours, I walk my dog in the mornings to school and back, then he has his breakfast. During my working hours they will have access to the garden at all times for toilet breaks, or can be with me resting, where ever they feel comfortable. After work I walk to collect my son from school, on the way home they are able to have a longer walk. School run walks take 40 minutes in the morning, enough time to stretch their legs in the morning. I have a fenced garden and have a 2 year old male Labrador and two cats. We have two children aged 10 and 13 who love animals, there will be plenty of love, fusses and playtime for all. As our Labrador is entire, we are unable to accept unspayed female, as we do not think it is fair for either dog. We are able to accept entire males, subject to a meet and greet with both dogs. If your beloved dog has any special requirements please let me know, I am happy to discuss these.

About: I am happiest when with dogs, they really are man’s best friend. I am always pottering in the garden when it’s nice, or reading by the fire when it’s not! We also have lovely woods to walk in nearby. I have had dogs for as long as I can remember, but no longer have my own. I am retired and love spending time with dogs. We live in the beautiful Burghley estate so are truly spoilt for walking spots. I am up early to feed the chickens and more often than not, tending to my garden. Would be happy to have some canine company. I have a fully dog proofed garden with large lawn and plenty of space to explore. We have a long driveway, and gate, not that many cars come this way! We walk a minute to beautiful wooded areas

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.

In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018.
