About: Taken care of my parents 3 pooches - Beau is a German shepherd x giant poodle, Barney is a old English sheepdog x poodle and Ozzie is an Old English sheepdog - safe to say I am confident with big dogs!! Full-time worker but partner is in the Royal Navy so spend a lot of weekends alone so I’d be more than happy to look after your pooches !! Pets will be treated as if they are my own! I’ll ensure your pooch has the best time so you can be at ease while you are away

About: Dog owner for 40 years, (having a break at the moment) rural location on the edge of a large wooded area suitable for long or short walks twice daily. I'm retired, I spend most of my days looking after our four acre garden which is fenced off, me or my wife Jackie is home pretty much all the time. We have a secure garden in a rural location off a country lane close to wooded area, we would walk your dog twice daily (age dependant) or it can a have a run around in our secure garden/meadow.

About: I am a Dog Trainer, with a Level 4 certification. I started my career with dogs volunteering in a Grey Hound Rehome Kennel and then became a Dog Handler in 2020, since then I have completed my Dog Trainer qualification and have trained numerous working dogs in different specialised roles, from Search to Police. I currently own a retired working dog, called Rocco, a 6 year old LabX and a Belgian Malinois, Arya, who is a year old. My dogs are very well behaved and tolerant of all temperaments. They are a playful, high-energy bunch however will respect a dogs space if they are more timid. My daily work as a Dog Trainer includes addressing behavioural cases, from reactivity to human aggression cases and troubleshooting handler issues. I have aided with pet and sport dog owners providing guidance on obedience, tracking and scent-work training. Experienced with a wide variety of breeds and temperaments. I have a very flexible schedule at the moment so can give my full attention to the dogs in my care. I am available weekends and most days with prior confirmation. I have a two bedroom house with an enclosed garden, all fences are 6 ft high other than one side, which is slightly over 3ft and both neighbours either side have dogs. They are friendly, often playing and interacting with my two dogs through the fence. I have space for my dogs to be crated separately from any visiting.

“Alice was great with Wilf. We had a meet and greet first, then Wilf stayed for an overnight. There's plenty of room, a very large garden and lots of land. Wilf had walks and played with Alice's dog. He came back very tired! We'll certainly be using Alice again.”

I can provide lots of long walks, cuddles, play and company. Please feel free to ask me any questions you have! I'm currently working part time, so have flexibility during the week for walks, drop ins and sitting. I can do regular appointments or one offs to suit your needs. I offer lots of attention and company, interesting walks, play time, and work with you to understand your pet's needs and preferences so you have peace of mind that they are being cared for in the way you want.

I have experience in training young puppies right through to adapting my time to suit a mature dogs lifestyle. Most importantly I love walking in all weathers and am happy to adapt my routine to meet the needs of your dog/s. I am available Monday to Friday and have some availability at weekends too. I would consider dog sitting in the comfort of your own home if this was your preferred option. I have a large, secure, fenced garden and have lots of floor space in my house to ensure your dog has everything they need to feel relaxed and at home. I also have room for a dog crate if required.
