Dog Boarding in South Kesteven

About: Dog owner for 40 years, (having a break at the moment) rural location on the edge of a large wooded area suitable for long or short walks twice daily. I'm retired, I spend most of my days looking after our four acre garden which is fenced off, me or my wife Jackie is home pretty much all the time. We have a secure garden in a rural location off a country lane close to wooded area, we would walk your dog twice daily (age dependant) or it can a have a run around in our secure garden/meadow.

“Georgie was absolutely amazing with Beauden. Her communication was great the whole time — lots of updates and photos, which we really appreciated. Beauden clearly had the best time with her and came back super happy (No kidding, he even cried in the car when we were driving off, making us think he’s found his new home!) We’ll definitely be using Georgie again and can’t recommend her enough! ☺️”

“I picked up our Boston Terrier, Edie, today after an overnight stay with Simon, and it was another very positive experience. Once again, I found him to be highly responsible, professional, and kind. He was eager to learn about Edie's habits, likes, and dislikes, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I provided a list of her commands, routine, and little quirks, but I felt that even if I had forgotten something, he would easily handle whatever came up. Simon was also incredibly helpful when I accidentally left a couple of Edie's things behind, generously offering some of his own for her to use. When I collected Edie, she was bright and happy, and they had just been outside playing in the garden together. Additionally, his house and neighbourhood are very safe environments. I didn't worry about her getting into trouble inside because his home is so organised and tidy. The neighbourhood has plenty of green space for walks and feels like a close-knit community. I have already booked Edie in for another overnight stay with Simon. I expect it will go just as well, and I know Edie will be happy to see him again!”

About: Taken care of my parents 3 pooches - Beau is a German shepherd x giant poodle, Barney is a old English sheepdog x poodle and Ozzie is an Old English sheepdog - safe to say I am confident with big dogs!! Full-time worker but partner is in the Royal Navy so spend a lot of weekends alone so I’d be more than happy to look after your pooches !! Pets will be treated as if they are my own! I’ll ensure your pooch has the best time so you can be at ease while you are away

“Sandra went above and beyond when our train was delayed meaning we would struggle to pick up the dogs on time and she drove the 30 mins each way to drop them off at my daughter’s house. Both dogs seemed to have enjoyed their time with Sandra. Such a shame she is over an hour away from my home.”

About: I am a Dog Trainer, with a Level 4 certification. I started my career with dogs volunteering in a Grey Hound Rehome Kennel and then became a Dog Handler in 2020, since then I have completed my Dog Trainer qualification and have trained numerous working dogs in different specialised roles, from Search to Police. I currently own a retired working dog, called Rocco, a 6 year old LabX and a Belgian Malinois, Arya, who is a year old. My dogs are very well behaved and tolerant of all temperaments. They are a playful, high-energy bunch however will respect a dogs space if they are more timid. My daily work as a Dog Trainer includes addressing behavioural cases, from reactivity to human aggression cases and troubleshooting handler issues. I have aided with pet and sport dog owners providing guidance on obedience, tracking and scent-work training. Experienced with a wide variety of breeds and temperaments. I have a very flexible schedule at the moment so can give my full attention to the dogs in my care. I am available weekends and most days with prior confirmation. I have a two bedroom house with an enclosed garden, all fences are 6 ft high other than one side, which is slightly over 3ft and both neighbours either side have dogs. They are friendly, often playing and interacting with my two dogs through the fence. I have space for my dogs to be crated separately from any visiting.
