I was so nervous and anxious about leaving my baby boy Kaiser for the first time but they were so reassuring and accommodating that by the time we actually left him, we were as comfortable as we were ever going to be. We met with them both beforehand at their home and they instantly took to Kaiser once we stepped in. He’s an extremely big (75+kg) but quite nervous and clingy dog, but he felt comfortable with them both right away. They even agreed to take him on a little walk near their home just to make sure that both him and they were comfortable with each other. Liz and Alex sent me multiple pictures and videos every single day while I was away allowing me to see exactly how happy and content my dog was the entire time I was away which was an amazing help for me. I could see that they showed him all the love and affection that he needs and is used to receiving from me when at home. Rather than me collecting my dog at the end of the boarding (like most people would), I required him to be dropped off to my friends home to which again, Liz and Alex were extremely accommodating and agreed to do so with absolutely no hesitation whatsoever. Liz and Alex made what I thought would be a really tough time, an absolute pleasure and allowed me to enjoy my holiday away completely relaxed and stress free. I would 100000% recommend them to anyone wishing to have their precious dog(s) looked after. About: Neil and I are passionate animal lovers offering a calm, loving environment for dog boarding. We cared for our Beagle for 12 wonderful years before she sadly passed away due to illness, which gave me valuable experience with dog care, routines, and companionship. We’ve also looked after family dogs including Cockapoos and Labradors, and regularly care for our neighbours’ cats and dogs while they are away on holiday. Since we’re not quite ready for another dog of our own yet, Rover feels like the perfect way to continue sharing our home and care with dogs. I work from home full-time, and Neil predominantly works from home as well, so there will almost always be one or both of us at home with any boarded dogs throughout their stay. We have a large living area with patio doors leading to a secure, fenced grass garden that dogs can enjoy all year round. Because we work from home, we’re able to give dogs plenty of attention, companionship, and regular toilet breaks throughout the day. We can also take dogs out for walks during breaks, lunch, and in the evenings, so it’s very normal for dogs staying with us to enjoy up to three walks a day depending on their needs and routine. We’re also happy to adapt to older dogs or those who prefer a slower pace and quieter routine. Neil and I provide a safe, calm, and loving home environment where dogs are treated like part of the family. As one or both of us work from home most days, dogs are rarely left alone and receive plenty of attention, regular walks, playtime, and care throughout their stay. We have a secure fenced grass garden and always follow each owner’s routines and preferences carefully, including feeding, walks, medication, and any special requirements. We’re also happy to provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind while owners are away.

Our dog Zoey is usually really hesitant to meet strangers, but Wendy won her heart in no time. Wendy was so good over the weekend that when we went to pick up Zoey, she jumped out to greet us and jumped back in to Wendy’s house. (I think Zoey wanted to stay a little longer..!)”

I've had dogs in my life from a very young age and understand that they are not just a pet; they are equal members of a family and have their own individual personalities and characteristics. Over the last few years I have helped out a few friends while they were away by looking after their dogs and also cats. The dogs have at least two one hour walks a day and are cleaned after each walk as paws can get very muddy sometimes! I have been helping with feeding cats while their owner is away. I stay a little while at the owners house to play with the cats, make sure all 3 cats have eaten their food and that they have fresh water. I monitor their well being and make sure they have no injury or sickness (checking poo for dogs).

Otherwise we can talk about any behavioural issues. I'm currently available 24/7 so I can take your dog for night walks or day as long as I'm given some notice and that's it. About: I have had dogs and loved them since a child, I started dog sitting for family and friends 25 years ago, I have dealt with puppies, seniors, medication and weak bladders I love all dogs and currently have a 10 month old lab cross. I have trained mine from puppies and have a good rapport with them. I currently work 100% from home so will be available all day to look after your pet. I have the flexibility to be able to take my dog out everyday. I will be at home most evening so your dog will not be left unattended, for more than 2 hours if at all I have a spacious home, with a large enough garden for them to play in. There is plenty of room for a crate should your dog need this. I do have cats, but they are upstairs and the dog will not interact if they are not used to cats. I have a 10 month old female lab/spaniel cross to keep them company- she loves all dogs and has no problem with sharing her space- though she might invade their personal space. However she does understand that when a dog is in their crate that’s their space and will not enter. She is not spayed yet so currently couldn’t accept male unneutered dogs. I've had dogs in my life from a very young age and understand that they are not just a pet; they are equal members of a family and have their own individual personalities and characteristics. Whenever I see a dog my eyes light-up and I want to interact and talk to it. I have previously been told by some dog-owners that their dog behaves more open and socially towards me when meeting me, and I believe that this is because dogs have a sixth sense; they just know when they are meeting a true lover of dogs. Cats I adore for their often independent behaviour. I have previous experience of caring for friend's and neighbour's cats (both roaming and indoor-cats) and I understand that they also can have their own habits and ways of living. I'm a Stage Manager who works evenings and some afternoons, so I often am available on mornings and early afternoons, and my full day-off is always a Sunday. Missing dogs immensely in my life as I am sadly unable to make the commitment to having one of my own, I hope that I can fill that void by making new furry friends for hang-outs when our schedules allow. About: I have loved dogs my whole life. My family got our dog when I was only 3 years old. So, my whole life I cared for him, trained him, walked him and loved him. He was a small dog, but I also have experience walking bigger dogs as I’d help my friends walk their dogs occasionally. However I only take dogs below the knee and under 25Kg. I have experience with senior dogs and puppies, big dogs and small dogs. I can follow any guidance or rules you give me. I always send lots of pictures and can give updates during their stay with me. I am home all day and have lots of free time so I can give your dog my full attention and care. There are lots of parks in my area that I would love to take them to. I live with my parents and older sister who love dogs just as much as me and can help with caring for them when they are home. If you choose to book with me I can promise that your dog will be safe, cared for, and loved. I am a university student, back home for the summer, so I have plenty of time on my hands and looking to earn some extra money. The front door stays closed and there would be no way for a dog to escape or be in any danger. I live with my parents and older sister who would happily help in taking care of pets.

About: I grew up with a couple of mixed breed dogs, I've walked my neighbours dogs as a teenager and also more recently. I enjoyed volunteering at a few local animal rescue centres where I walked dogs needing homes and also played with pups. Over the last few years I have helped out a few friends while they were away by looking after their dogs and also cats. The dogs have at least two one hour walks a day and are cleaned after each walk as paws can get very muddy sometimes! I have been helping with feeding cats while their owner is away. I stay a little while at the owners house to play with the cats, make sure all 3 cats have eaten their food and that they have fresh water. I monitor their well being and make sure they have no injury or sickness (checking poo for dogs).

I was so nervous and anxious about leaving my baby boy Kaiser for the first time but they were so reassuring and accommodating that by the time we actually left him, we were as comfortable as we were ever going to be. We met with them both beforehand at their home and they instantly took to Kaiser once we stepped in. He’s an extremely big (75+kg) but quite nervous and clingy dog, but he felt comfortable with them both right away. They even agreed to take him on a little walk near their home just to make sure that both him and they were comfortable with each other. Liz and Alex sent me multiple pictures and videos every single day while I was away allowing me to see exactly how happy and content my dog was the entire time I was away which was an amazing help for me. I could see that they showed him all the love and affection that he needs and is used to receiving from me when at home. Rather than me collecting my dog at the end of the boarding (like most people would), I required him to be dropped off to my friends home to which again, Liz and Alex were extremely accommodating and agreed to do so with absolutely no hesitation whatsoever. Liz and Alex made what I thought would be a really tough time, an absolute pleasure and allowed me to enjoy my holiday away completely relaxed and stress free. I would 100000% recommend them to anyone wishing to have their precious dog(s) looked after. About: Neil and I are passionate animal lovers offering a calm, loving environment for dog boarding. We cared for our Beagle for 12 wonderful years before she sadly passed away due to illness, which gave me valuable experience with dog care, routines, and companionship. About: I have had my dog for 6 years and love to take care of her, although it sums to be difficult during moments, it is a joy and not so hard most times. Family members have regarded me to be amazing to take care of their pets as I can provide anything they need. I am able to provide medication necessary at the right times( if given medication) and can take your pet on walks and such! I am currently in school so I am able to take care of your pet on any weeks and weekends that are needed. Your pet will be looked after 24/7. Although I don’t have a fenced yard, my neighbourhood is very safe and it is very unlikely that your pet will be disturbed in the outside, My home is a safe environment where your pet can be in comfort at all times!
