First time using Alex as our cat sitter and we would definitely contact her again in the future! She was brilliant, provided daily updates and super easy to communicate with. Would recommend Alex!
Alexandra is just fantastic - I genuinely could not recommend a sitter more than her. Cleo stayed for 2 weeks (and additional week at short notice due to family emergency which was really appreciated) and she honestly had the best time! She was so well looked after and I was kept up to date with her adventures. It was like a little holiday for her as well. Alexandra really takes time to understand each dog, their needs, their routines & ensure that they have the best stay possible. I knew Cleo was in the best hands during her stay & it meant I could enjoy my holiday without worrying about her. I think Cleo misses Alexandra & can’t wait to be back for another stay.
Alex looked after our two cats for one week whilst we were away. She had great communication- lots of pics & vids and cats seemed very fond of her ☺️ Thanks very much
Alex and her family gave our Frank a fantastic home whilst we were away. We had never left him with anyone before so were nervous to do so but he very quickly warmed to his new environment and felt right at home, Alex kept us updated with lots of photos from walks an activities and we had no worries whilst we were away. Thank you Alex- we’ll definitely use you again in the future with confidence that Frank will fell happy and at home with you
Alexandra's updates were prompt. She seemed to easily make friends with our cat. Alexandra did everything we asked. Will probably book her next time.
Thank you Alex for giving Chewy such a wonderful stay! Alex is a really diligent and considerate pet sitter; she really took the time to get to know Chewy - who is an elderly boy - ahead of his stay. During his stay she provided lots of updates that provided a lot of reassurance to us. We wouldn't hesitate to use Alex again.
