Dog mum without a pup!
I had 5 years experience with my gorgeous rescue cocker spaniel Lilly. When she arrived I worked to train her and boost her confidence in a home environment after a sad start in life. I matched her energy and always had time to play and run around with her. Due to a relationship split, I don't get to see her but still have all the love to give. I have looked after dogs overnight, am happy to provide long walks, games, cuddles and have even taken pups to private fields for off lead fun! Dogs in my house are part of the family and would be allowed on my furniture (please state otherwise if that's not ok for you).

My two dogs had a lovely day with Stacey. One of my dogs was a bit anxious but Stacey really looked after her. She kept me informed all day of what was going on with lots of videos and photos. Totally recommend and I will Be booking her again. Good to find someone u can trust with your babies
Another fantastic stay for Cleo with Stacey. She went absolutely above & beyond for Cleo - even managing to get some eye ointment in for a corneal ulcer she currently has. Stacey is always so lovely, really flexible & gives Cleo the best time. This is the second time Cleo has been completely uninterested in my return & not wanted to leave which tells you everything. The best sitter anyone could ask for.
We chose one of the hottest days of the year to leave our black and white border collie with Stacey. She was so good with him. He just wanted to stay cool in the hall and she gave him a fan and lots of water. Communication with Stacey was excellent from start to finish. As we were travelling a distance, we were unable to have a meet and greet but it was so reassuring when Stacey was keen to enquire about Robbie’s likes and dislikes before he boarded with her. I would have no hesitation in asking Stacey to look after Robbie if we are in the area again.
Stacey looked after Rupert for the first time, as a very last minute booking. She is great and made sure she knew as much as possible about Rupert & what he likes. I received updates throughout the day, and would definitely recommend Stacey.
Stacey looked after Cleo at really short notice after a previous sitter cancelled, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. She was so flexible, communicative, and genuinely lovely from the start. She asked all the right questions about Cleo’s routine, habits and preferences and it was obvious she genuinely cared about giving her the best possible stay. When I picked Cleo up, Stacey gave thoughtful updates about how she’d been, including noticing Cleo hadn’t been drinking much and giving her cucumber to help keep her hydrated after I’d mentioned it was her favourite treat. That level of attention to detail and care was just amazing. Cleo has stayed with a lot of sitters over the years, and Stacey is genuinely one of the best - if not the best - she’s had. I felt completely reassured leaving her there and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. I cannot recommend Stacey highly enough!
Stacey is amazing! So fantastic with communication and Luna absolutely adores her. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be using Stacey again!

Schedule
I work from home 2-3 days of the week and have an hour lunch break for walks. During the day, I move between desk space and the sofa so can sit with your pup and keep them company if they need a companion. I'm happy to play fetch, tug or any other games to keep your family member entertained. I work occasional weekends and occasionally head out with friends but this would be planned in advance. I'm more than happy to take care of dogs over a weekend should you wish to go away. I will respect your meal and walk times and try to keep your routine going.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in private garden, one gate wouldn't be suitable for really small dogs such as chihuahuas but I can adapt this with notice. Until i know your pups habits, I would accompany them at all times in the garden. I keep water bowls accessible in multiple rooms and make homely areas for your pooch to snuggle up in at any point of the day. I will always provide walks come rain or shine, however, I will not walk pups in the day if the temperature reaches 20 degrees and over.
