I have been around animals all my life, we always had pets in the house growing up and as a teen I would often cat and dog sit for friends and family then I went on to study animal care at college for 2 years, volunteered at an animal shelter for 3 years and have had many kennel and cattery jobs since then and done plenty of dog walking on the side and currently still working part time at a kennels and have my own dog at home Having been around and worked with animals so much I enjoy being around them more than people, animals are my passion and I am experienced in reading animals body language and understanding them as best I can, I am also experienced in working with both puppies/kittens and senior dogs and cats

Since I have a dog at home that is not always a fan of other dogs I won't be taking care of dogs in my home and due to my work I no longer do overnight house sittings but I'm always happy to drop in and check up/hang out with your dog or cat when available and I'm happy to do dog walks. I understand having someone else in your home can be unnerving but I pride myself on being respectful of other people's property when in your homes. As for pet care I will do whatever tasks you ask, I love instructions so any info you have on your pet and their routine is much appreciated so I can offer the same level of care their owner usually would

We have used Verity to help look after our dog Lola on several occasions now. Lola can be shy of strangers but took to Verity straight away. She is always on time and gives great feedback and photo updates. I feel very happy leaving Lola with her. Would recommend!

Couldn't be more happy! Myself and my partner were getting married, and due to a last-minute cancellation by a friend, we were desperate for someone to come and pop in to see our cat, Verity was available very last minute and couldn't have been more helpful, she came to meet Roe a few days before the visit and we came home to a very happy cat! Verity's update and photos were also very much appreciated reassuring us that our baby girl was happy, we will definitely be booking Verity again in the future.
Very happy with Verity. Easy to book and confirm, arrived punctually, kept us updated and seemed to genuinely enjoy looking after Kibou. Nice to meet somebody so reliable and trustworthy.

Schedule
I'm now currently working full time so I may not always be available during some weekdays, I try to keep my rover calendar updates around my work rota

- I'm happy to take on any dog so long as they are generally non aggressive, fine with nervous or shy dogs but I'll need to know ahead of time if they've had any aggression issues or bitten anyone in the past
