About: My name is Nina and I have just moved to Bedford from Australia. In Australia I worked at a wildlife park and I’m missing that animal interaction so much since moving here. My last pet was treated like my own child, I was extremely in tune with his health and needs and he even had his own bedroom. I'm so excited to meet more fury animals and help them to live their best lives! I am currently working from home and have plenty of time to spend with fur babies outside of my work hours. About: I've been around all animals since I was a child from big dogs to cats to caged animals to birds. I love caring for pets as it brings me so much joy knowing they're in safe hands and you don't have to worry. I'm home every day of the week as I have a daughter of 1 year old. She too loves animals as I've had her around pets since she was born (safely obviously). I can work this job around my parenting. About: Ive been taking care of pets in different capacities since I was a pre teen. I’ve had pets in my life since I was a baby from all stages of infancy till full grown through out their lives. I work a 9-5 where I sit all day so activity in the weekday evening and on the weekends are very welcomed haha. I like to plan my weeks in advance to best ensure that all possibilities can be properly accounted for. In owners home I intend to stick to usual routines as much as possible to allow the pet to become comfortable with my presence in their space but also to put a small personal touch to best bond with them and build a rapport. This of course will vary from animal to animal which is why I require a week to plan/ match activities to what the pets are used to and what I am able to execute.

About: I’ve looked after a few dogs I have also used to foster dogs and every single one of them have brought a smile on my face each day My special skill is being patient whilst training they will always get their in the end no matter how long it will take to get where your fluffy friend want to be I used to have a black lab since he was a puppy it was quite challenging at first when he wanted to chew everything in the house I would always try keeping him distracted like putting treats in chewy toys spent a lot of time outside playing and telling him no when he tried to and praised him when he had listened I am currently not at work as I have been struggling with my mental health and pets always bring the light back I don’t currently have any pets so it’s a struggle to be in a schedule but most of the time I am always at home and sometimes my neighbors cat comes and visits me I am always free I live in a flat and share a garden with my neighbor who lives downstairs however the garden is split into 2 and fenced so we have our own space When I used to foster dogs I would go for about 20 to 30 min walk in the mornings and about an hour in the afternoon/evening time I would also play with them a lot of the times if they haven’t gotten all their energy out during the walks

I have a small fenced area outside they can go out to during the day. I live and equal distance to Primrose Hill & Hampstead Heath, so lots of space to take them for long walks. I work from home and have lots of flexibility to take them out during the day. I am very adaptable to the needs of every dog I take care of. I have a nice lower ground floor flat with a walled off terrace outside. I usually keep the door open for them during the day to wander in and out as they please. Dogs are allowed to sleep in bed with me, except if the owner prefers otherwise if they are crate trained, etc.

About: I have worked with animals for almost half of my life and its all I've ever wanted to do. I have a BSc degree in Zoo Biology and have an in depth knowledge of animal care and welfare. During my university studies I worked part-time at a kennel/cattery and absolutely loved looking after different breeds from daschunds through to Irish wolf hounds. Faye looked after my silver Labrador, Coco and was absolutley excellent. It was our first time leaving our dog for the day and with short notice, Faye had offered to help us. Faye constantly updated us with photos and messages and made us feel extremely comfortable leaving our puppy with her. Could not recommend Faye enough!

I was very fortunate to be able to book Sammy to dog sit in my home whilst I was away for a week. From the start Sammy put me at ease, seeking a comprehensive understanding of my dogs needs as well as promptly coming to meet us. She did an amazing job looking after my greyhound and provided me with plenty of updates whilst I was away, even going so far as to making my dog's birthday special for her!
