About: I’ve grown up with dogs ever since i was little and still have two dogs now that are very loved and cared for. I love all breads of dogs and am very flexable to work around the owners needs. I am currently studying at brunel university, i only study a few days a week so my days are very flexible and i have a lot of free time to spend with your pets and to give them then love and care they need! I will respect the owners house and privacy when entering their house, unfortunately i cannot have dogs or cats where i am living as currently in student accommodation but in a couple of months i will be moved into a house with a safe and enclosed garden. About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I’ve had the joy of caring for many of my own over the years, as well as other people’s. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
