“Sonia took Pernod in as a last min booking and she was really warm and welcoming. Pernod took to her straight away and was really happy to go with her. I had little updates during his stay and which was great for me. She had many other pooches in her beautiful home which is spacious and secure. It was a perfect environment for Pernod to socialise with other doggies as well as have his own independence to play if he didnt want to be around other furbabies. Pernod was shattered when he left due to all of the playing which was really warming to know that he had a fun time. Thank you Sonia.”

“We are so glad we left our dog Lola with Nitya recently when we went away for a short break. Prior to leaving Lola, we organised a meet and greet which went very well as we found that Lola straight away felt at home being with Nitya and her husband. In fact on the day of Lola’s stay, as soon as we got out of the car, she was pulling to get to Nitya’s place as quick as possible. Nitya and her husband are friendly, kind and caring and Nitya is very good at communicating promptly. Lola was super clean when we collected her and I could tell she was very happy during her stay as they gave her a soft blanket to sleep on at nap times and unknown to them Lola loves soft blankets. We will definitely book with Nitya again and I am sure Lola would love to see her again.”

She sent lots of pictures and videos, which I absolutely loved—it gave me so much peace of mind seeing Toffee happy and relaxed. She also kept me regularly updated, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. It’s safe to say Toffee had a wonderful time, and she even made a new friend called Fluffy, which was adorable to see! “This was the first time I had used a Cat sitter as opposed to a cattery and did have some reservation but in the initial stage Sherwine (Sherry) fully explained how it would work and what I needed to do which eased my initial concerns. While I was away she then kept me up to date on how he was doing and even sent a couple of videos. He had plenty of room to run around, far more than he would have had at the cattery and when I came to get him he didn't want to go. Unfortunately I am moving away from London but would most certainly have used Sherry again rather than a cattery”

They did their very best for him given he is old and frail, and we felt secure in knowing that he was in a loving home. Olivia was very attentive to Arnie making sure she was always near by to give him love and attention. Not a negative comment from our behalf but perhaps being up a level in an apartment made it more work for Olivia and her partner than we have experienced. Given that Arnie needs to be lifted outside to pee quite frequently, it was made slightly more challenging for them to do so than just opening a back door. We sincerely thank them for all of the love, care and attention they gave to Arnie and we can recommend them to others. Also, their dog Gigi was very sweet and always posed in the photos alongside Arnie which was super cute.”
