“Sonia took Pernod in as a last min booking and she was really warm and welcoming. Pernod took to her straight away and was really happy to go with her. I had little updates during his stay and which was great for me. She had many other pooches in her beautiful home which is spacious and secure. It was a perfect environment for Pernod to socialise with other doggies as well as have his own independence to play if he didnt want to be around other furbabies. He had a great time meeting her cats and jury is still out on her very friendly dog but think that’s a normal cat reaction 😆 had his own room to acclimatise to his new surroundings but made himself at home isn such a short amount of time. Luby was very nice and very good at communicating with daily updates, videos and photos at the end of each day. Been nice to see our boy making friends and gaining some confidence. About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 14, and over the years I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience with a wide variety of breeds. Growing up in a family that loved dogs, we always had multiple pups in our home, which taught me how to care for different temperaments, sizes, and needs. “From the very first introduction with Jade it was very apparent that she is very much a dog lover and our Marley lost no time in snuggling up to her. During his stay he was obviously pampered and given lots of attention. We received daily updates and photos' from Jade of Marley out for regular walks in different country parks and fields and also of him crashing out after those walks on Jade's lap. He was obviously very content with his surrounding and that made us feel at ease to enjoy our holiday. About: I have taken care of dogs since a young age and love them.I have got experience with all different Types of dogs and different breeds as well.I have also had time with younger dogs such as puppies. I am currently at uni but only have a few days of lectures a week and these lectures have big breaks in between so am able to care and look after for your pet with love and attention in that time I have a fenced and an enclosed back garden for your pet to enjoy and feel safe in the environment and I make sure I can see your pets so that I can look after them with the care they deserve in your home as well and make sure they are safe and protected

About: I regularly walk all the neighbours dogs. Live close by to Ruislip woods and love to go for long walks. I love all dogs …. I am retired but play golf regularly so am not available on some days but am more than happy to accommodate reasonable requests. Love all breeds Happy home , we are used to dogs, we regularly look after the neighbours dogs for days and or weeks . Reasonable sized garden to keep them happy.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs ever since i was little and still have two dogs now that are very loved and cared for. I love all breads of dogs and am very flexable to work around the owners needs. I am currently studying at brunel university, i only study a few days a week so my days are very flexible and i have a lot of free time to spend with your pets and to give them then love and care they need! I will respect the owners house and privacy when entering their house, unfortunately i cannot have dogs or cats where i am living as currently in student accommodation but in a couple of months i will be moved into a house with a safe and enclosed garden. I am also very organised and clean so nothing is ever left lying around!

Lily was extremely accommodating and very professional. We have never had a sitter in our home previously and we were very nervous. Lily exceeded our expectations. She took our two dogs to the park and sent photos of our fur-babies daily whilst we were away. Her love of animals is evident by the care she showed towards our pets not to mention she was a very respectful houseguest. Andrei was great at accommodating Dusty as a last minute request and was very reassuring, communicative and sent photos and videos showing Dusty having a wonderful time too. His set up is great and completely secure and Dusty seemed to be having a wonderful time, especially with the other dogs, and was well taken of. I would be happy to recommend and book again!
Kelli was absolutely wonderful looking after our cavapoo! She is such a lovely, caring person, and it was clear from the start that our dog was in the best possible hands. She kept us updated every single day with photos and videos, which really put our minds at ease while we were away. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
