We left Cica with Juliet for 10 days. She and her family took care of her and cuddled and loved her as if she were their own dog and part of the family. Cica was great, she was calm and spoiled. We immediately felt happy and reassured about leaving Max with Chloe during our week away. Chloe arranged a meet and greet beforehand which went really well. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018.
