About: Three years ago, while studying at university in South Africa, I was a dog sitter for the Canine Club. Now, in the UK, I work in marketing during the week, but on weekends, I still love to dive back into dog walking and pet care whenever I can! I work full-time as a local marketing manager at the Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts—three days in-office, two days from home. Weekends, though, are completely free for all your pet-sitting needs! 💕 I’d ensure they’re safe by providing all the love, care, and attention I’d give my own pets, while carefully following any instructions or briefs the owner provides. Your home and your pet would be in trusted, attentive hands!

“We’ve just completed our first year of James looking after Biffy. I cannot recommend James enough! He’s so kind and caring with Biffy (and me!). We’re looking forward to 2025 and more dog sitting with James ❤️”

About: I’ve always been around dogs and naturally took on caring for them, whether that was helping out friends, neighbours, or family. Over time, I’ve gotten used to different personalities. From really energetic dogs who love to play to quieter ones who just want company. I genuinely enjoy spending time with them, making sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and not stressed when their owners are away. I’m someone who pays attention to the little things and treats every pet like they’re my own. I’m available for pet care through drop-in visits, dog walking, and house sitting in the owner’s home. My schedule is flexible, and I can accommodate mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends with notice. I provide care in your home so your pet can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I follow your routines closely, ensure doors and gates are secure, and give regular updates for peace of mind. I do not host pets at my own home.

About: I've had dogs since my childhood. My recent dog has passed away after 12 years and I would love some canine company. I've looked after friends' and neighbours dogs before in the past and find the experience enjoyable; for me it is not a job! I work in a student college Mon-Thurs. I am currently (July 2026) on summer holidays so have weeks off until 19th August when i return. Adhering to routines, making sure I always am keeping an eye on your furbaby, and making them feel as comfortable as possible. I love dogs so can offer lots of love and cuddles.

About: I own a large dog with epilepsy for nearly 14 years and have loved taking care of him. I understand that pets can feel stressed and nervous when their owners aren’t with them so I understand wanting to have someone look after them, or take them on long walks to give an enjoyable and fun experience. Although I don’t have much professional experience, I have looked after pets for family whenever I could. I’m currently taking a Dog Grooming course for a Level 3 Diploma and have recently completed my Pet First Aid course so I’m ready for an emergency should one occur. I’m available to pet sit on any day or night you wish. I’m also available to dog walk at any time whether it is early in the morning, or later in the evening! My pet is my top priority, and so is any other pet I look after so I always make sure they’re safe and well cared for (and spoiled). I’m trained in Pet First Aid so I am prepared for any emergencies

About: I've always had a love for animals and have looked after many different pets since the age of 5 - from rats, guinea pigs and hamsters, to dogs and cats. I also have a qualification in Animal Care, as well as a certification in Dog walking technical competence and most importantly, I am a certified pet first aider! In addition to the animals previously mentioned, I've also got lots of experience taking care of many exotic species, including reptiles like snakes and geckos, to parrots as well. In short, my love for animals combined with my deep understanding and passion for animal welfare and their needs means I am ready to give any pet the highest level of care and attention that they deserve. I'm just out of a temporary job working at a private animal collection meaning I have lots of time to care for your pets! Afternoons would work best for me, however I am highly flexible with my timings. If you have a routine for your pet then I'll happily follow any instructions given to me, otherwise I'll look after them to the best of my ability while keeping the house safe, clean and tidy. And of course I'll be sure to provide updates including photos, videos and facetimes, if needed, so you can see for yourself just how well your furry (or scaly) friend is getting on!

About: I have always lived in a house with both cats and dogs and have enjoyed their company and every aspect of taking care of them since I was a young child. I have looked after dogs and cats of every single age and stage, so I am very used to understanding all of their needs. I am a stay at home mum in a quiet home of older children, so I walk dogs after I have done the school drop-off and before I do the school pick up. I’m usually in the house all day apart from brief grocery shopping trips out. Specialising in overnight Dog Boarding I previously worked for an agency for a number of years, and now I am an independent dog boarder. As a result I have lots of experience with dogs of all ages and I have experience giving medication, and various grooming needs, such as the funny job of wiping out the wrinkles of an English bulldog!

About: I have a wide range of experience caring for pets, from looking after my family’s animals to helping friends and supporting pet owners in my local community. Over the years, I’ve provided services like dog walking, feeding, and general day-to-day care for both dogs and cats, as well as looking after my own bunny. Most of my hands-on experience comes from dog walking during the summer months, where I built strong bonds with energetic pups of all kinds. I’m Isabella, a biochemistry student at university with a lifelong love for dogs. Growing up with them has made me confident and comfortable handling pups of all breeds and sizes. While studying, I make time in my daily and weekly routine to care for pets—whether it’s fitting in morning or evening walks, play sessions, or drop-in visits around my classes. I also have experience walking dogs in London and genuinely enjoy spending quality time with them. Your dog will get not only attention and exercise but also companionship and care tailored to their needs. Pet care isn’t just something I do—it’s something I genuinely love being part of my routine. I’ve cared for a variety of pets over the years—including bunnies, guinea pigs, and dogs—and I’ve even helped build their hutches and living spaces to keep them safe and comfortable. Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, or just a calm presence, I’m committed to making your pet feel truly at home. How I Care for Pets When pets stay in my home, I make sure they have a clean, cozy space to relax in, with plenty of enrichment and regular routines to help them feel safe. I keep feeding times consistent, clean up promptly, and offer lots of love and attention tailored to their personality. In a pet owner’s home, I treat the space with the same respect and care as my own. I stick to your pet’s established routines and preferences, making sure they’re fed, walked, played with, and comforted just the way they’re used to. My goal is to make sure your pet stays happy and relaxed while you’re away.
