About: Since birth I have always lived with pets. Fish, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, cats and dogs. From an early age I helped out with an elderly gentleman neighbour who walked dogs for cinnamon trust, I went on to volunteer at events to raise money for the charity. I rescued my 2 year old Jack Russell x English bull terrier and had her until the ripe age of 18. Since then I've always had pets and currently have a fun, playful cockapoo. I am very used to caring and training puppies as well as looking after dogs in their senior years. I understand the nature of dogs, when they need feeding, exercise. I've cared for dogs with extra needs, for example medications or hip issues requiring further assistance/lifting etc. I'm currently working part time from home. I have 3 boys age 7, 11 & 13 who are all huge animal lovers and brilliant at helping out. I am at home during the day, I take my own dog out for a long walk to the park and she gets an afternoon or evening walk. She has constant access to our fenced garden. The weekends we take trips to country parks so the dogs get to explore different places but I am completely flexible and adaptable to the dogs needs. Pets staying with me experience a home from home stay and are fully welcomed into our home and family life. They'd be treated as if they were one of our own!

I have experience looking after all different types of dogs, taking them for walks, administering medication, encouraging play and stimulation! I have experience looking after nervous dogs and dogs with different temperaments. Aswell as walking and spending lots of time with family and friends dogs and looking after them for extended periods too. I have had cats my whole life so I am very comfortable looking after them and the duties that come with that! I will send you pictures and updates of your furry friends throughout my visit to keep you notified of our time together. My availability is extremely flexible and I would love to spend time with your pets giving them all my love and attention!! I have experience with injecting a diabetic cat, so would be comfortable giving injected medicine if needed. For day sits exceeding 8 hours, where constant care is required (unable to leave) and the house sit option is selected, an additional charge of £5 per hour will apply for each hour beyond the 8-hour limit. I am extremely flexible and can do any weekday / times for any length of time! Weekends are available too with more notice. I’m local to Tilehurst and Reading so can do multiple drop in a days if easier. I’m happy to work with whatever is best for you and your pets :) I will leave the house as I find it, and will follow all guidance and instructions you have for me when looking after your pets and being in your home! Happy to look after plants, put out the bins etc to keep everything running smoothly for your return!

About: Since day dot, I have always been fascinated with the natural world and all the creatures in it. From a tiny flea to a humpback whale, each creature has its place in the ecosystem. I grew up watching my hero David Attenborough who to this day still educates me about everything wild and how we need to help save the Earth. Animals have always been my lifeblood, having vast amounts of pets over the years, to creating a mini ecosystem in my garden. Each animal I hold in high regard and love each and every one of them. I have worked for the last 20 years with disadvantaged children in social care and in schools but this wasn't always my passion. My passion has always been with animals. I have just started venturing into the world of dog boarding, having looked after my friends Chug for extended periods for approximately 3 years. I also home boarded my brother's 2 cockapoo's and golden retriever and I have since gained further experience home boarding a friend of a friends pair of Chugs. Each dog is treated as if they were family, I want to recreate a home from home experience for every dog in my care including daily walks,sleeping in my bed (if customers are happy for this to take place) brushing, playtime and lots of love and affection. In time i'm looking to gain qualifications in dog care/boarding and well as in dog training. I already have my own pets, and have had numerous small animals in my lifetime including budgies, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and my most favourite pet of all... rats. I currently have 12 pet rats who are super affectionate, highly intelligent and just all round beautiful! I've owned rats for 19 years and I don't think i'll ever not own them. I also have 3 cats. The first Sula is our more timid cat. The 2nd cat Flopsy had 4 kittens during covid (due to neutering being unavailable) which was a beautiful experience to support during the birth and I extensively researched the needs and dietary requirements ensuring they had a healthy start in life before I found exceptional homes for them. Our 3rd cat Henry is a fairly recent addition to the family, having adopted him from an elderly neighbour who could no longer care for him. All three cats were warey of dogs and are now beginning to accept them. They are all outdoor cats and I plan on building them a shelving/sleeping area at the top of my staircase to give them a natural environment indoors. Every animal deserves love, care and affection, they will certainly have that with me! I’d be delighted to meet you and your dog beforehand and spend some time getting to know you both, ensuring I’m the right match for your dog’s needs. I also hold an Enhanced DBS check for added reassurance. I currently work full time, term time in a local school. I have lots of free time over the school holidays and also most weekends. I can offer any hours/overnights you require during this time. I have a long fenced off back garden, access to a field over the back of my house and I am also situated within walking distance to a large grass/wooded area called Prospect Park. I have previously, (with the dog owners consent) taken their dog to the beach with my family. Wherever me and my family go, the dog will come with us, whether that's for dinner, shopping or any other recreation purposes that allow dogs. All activities we do as a family, when we have a dog in my care, will never be excluded or left on their own. I will follow any instructions given by you, including feeding, medication, brushing teeth, walking or any other routines you have for your beloved dog. I own a 3 bedroom house and have 3 children of my own and my partner has two. They vary in age from 4 to 17. Our children are not always at home and spend equal amounts of time with their other parent. All our children are besotted with animals and treat them with the love and respect they deserve.

I used to look after my nan's puppies every day after school. At my parents' house we've had a cat for as long as I can remember, so I've got plenty of experience looking after cats too.  My first graduate job was working in frundraising at Guide Dogs. We had a dog friendly office as well as a training center on site, so I was surrounded by pups on a daily basis and learnt vital skills about their care and behaviour.  I'm experienced and confident around dogs and cats of all breeds, shapes and sizes. 😊 I have a lot of experience looking after puppies, rescues and senior pets. As I work remotely, I have a pretty flexible schedule and I'm available to take care of your pets most weekdays/weekends. I'm offering doggy daycare at my home, dog walking (30mins+), house visits and house sitting services at your home. I'm comfortable with staying for longer periods of time and looking after the house too, including holidays. About: I have grown up with dogs and other pets since I was a baby. I am a lover of all animals and regularly cat sit and dog sit for family members, including Lucky a 1.5 year old poodle mix who is full of energy. I also own 2 cats of my own. Growing up I had a Westie and a chocolate Labrador. I work from home so I can stay with your pet within your home during the week. As I have two cats of my own I cannot stay overnight unless located close to Reading town centre. I cannot drive so you will need to be located within walking distance of Reading town centre or easily accessed via public transport. I am happy to look after your pet in your own home as well as take them out for local walks and play with them as required.

About: I love taking care and walking dogs because I've lived with them all my life. These days, I feel comfortable taking care of and walking up to three dogs at the same time. I am currently studying a Master in Loughborough, so I have pretty much time to take care or walking pets through the week without problem. About: I’ve been always a dog lover and taking care of my home dog, recently adopted Luka who is now 13 months! I’ve got experience with reactive dogs and can be both walked or staying only with me or with another fur friend! I work on a shift pattern so availability usually will be: Week 1: Thursday and Friday all day Week 2: Saturday and Sunday all day I can be flexible if asked in advance I’ll be taking care of the dogs at my house as I’ve got plenty of room and is adapted for them! I understand how to handle large, energetic dogs as well as the gentle needs of seniors. I will strictly follow your instructions regarding on-lead or off-lead walking and any specific dietary or behavioral requirements.
