About: Im currently getting everything set up and will be available for dog sitting from the 20th of September. I’m a university student so I have lots of free time. I live next to Palmer Park and do my daily walks there anyway! I get my fitness in and to be accompanied by a dog would be lovely. I have a car so I am able to get to homes and take the dogs for walks. I have grown up with my grandparents dogs and my friends dogs have experienced many cuddles, dog walks, dog feeds and nap times. I love learning new tricks for the dogs and making them happy. I have a flexible schedule, I study part time at Reading university so I am always free in the evenings, weekends and around my lessons in the morning and afternoon. About: I have been lucky to care for a wide range of animals from cats/dogs to zoo and farm. At home I am the go to person for anyone looking after their pets. I have a higher diploma on animal management, having the wider education for looking after your pets. I am currently taking my bachelors degree on veterinary nursing. We currently have a 3‑year‑old Shiba Inu and two bunnies, so we’re very familiar with daily routines, personality quirks, and the importance of tailored care. Our Shiba would absolutely love a furry friend to keep her company! We can also offer holiday care for small animals—just send me a message if that’s something you’re looking for too! Either of us work from home on most weekdays, and we’re able to offer weekend boarding as well. We’re home the majority of the time, so your pet will have plenty of company. We’re also quite flexible with drop‑off and pick‑up times to make scheduling easy for you. We live in a quiet cul-de-sac with a fully fenced garden, and there are lovely open fields just behind our house for plenty of walkies and exploring. P.S. The enclosure shown in our cover photo was only used temporarily while our bunnies were bonding — they are never kept caged. Our dog is only allowed into the bunny room under close supervision to ensure everyone stays safe and comfortable.
