About: James and Zoe here 😇 We bring several years of hands‑on experience caring for dogs through BorrowMyDoggy, looking after neighbourhood pets, and raising our own dogs. I’ve grown up surrounded by animals—dogs, rabbits, hamsters, rats, fishes and more—and I also worked with animals, giving me a strong understanding of behaviour, welfare, and individual needs. We currently have a 3‑year‑old Shiba Inu and two bunnies, so we’re very familiar with daily routines, personality quirks, and the importance of tailored care. Our Shiba would absolutely love a furry friend to keep her company! We can also offer holiday care for small animals—just send me a message if that’s something you’re looking for too! Either of us work from home on most weekdays, and we’re able to offer weekend boarding as well. We’re home the majority of the time, so your pet will have plenty of company. We’re also quite flexible with drop‑off and pick‑up times to make scheduling easy for you. We live in a quiet cul-de-sac with a fully fenced garden, and there are lovely open fields just behind our house for plenty of walkies and exploring. P.S. The enclosure shown in our cover photo was only used temporarily while our bunnies were bonding — they are never kept caged. Our dog is only allowed into the bunny room under close supervision to ensure everyone stays safe and comfortable.

About: I've spent over 20 years as a Physio and Rehabilitation practitioner for dogs in Australia. I've worked with thousands of dogs of all ages and breeds. I specialise in older dog care and am happy to share my experience to take the best posisble care of your dog. I'm now back in the UK with my Swiss Shepherd called Shen Bear and our young Leonberger called Kiana. I'm reliable, honest and here to help your dog. I work from home most days with a flexible schedule, leaving me time to fit in visits, walking and minding. I'm available early mornings and evenings if needed. If minding a dog at home. I have a secure large back yard and two friendly dogs to keep your dog company. They have plenty of room to play and relax. I also have a seperate space if they need time out.

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 10 years old. I have lived with cats and dogs and love spending my time with them whether that be feeding, stroking or keeping them entertained. I bond well with most pets and treat them like they’re my own, so you can be sure they will be getting the right care and love. I work a 6 on 4 off shift pattern which are two early shifts, two late shifts and two night shifts so I always know what shifts I’m on well in advance. I live in a two bed ground floor flat. The second bedroom is a room for furry visitors. If you use a crate or bed, I am more than happy to put them in there along with any toys or other items they may need.

About: I've loved dogs for as long as I can remember and for the last 11 years I have been the proud dog mum of a Cavapoo called Louie. About: I attended the University of Plymouth studying Conservation Biology and qualified from Moreton Morrell College with a Distinction. It has given me experience and knowledge about handling and caring for a range of animals, including rabbits, dogs, cats, reptiles, and others. I am passionate about working with animals which led me to my university degree which has expanded my knowledge further about animal behaviour, welfare, and management. I have been walking dogs where I grew up for 6 years and for neighbours and friends and now I would love to do this professionally and with a range of dogs who would love playing and exercise. I volunteered at the Dog’s Trust in Kenilworth for around 2 years as part of my Duke of Edinburgh Gold award as well as volunteering at the RSPCA for over a year. At the Dog’s Trust and RSPCA I had many roles, from cleaning kennels to food preparation to walking and socialising with the dogs in my job at the Kennels I cleaned kennels, walked the dogs as well as cleaning the cattery, and socialising with the cats. About: I’ve always loved animals. I don’t personally have one, but I have a lot of love to give. I used to be an au pair, and the family had a puppy at the time, so he was also part of my care. I’ve previously helped other friends with dogsitting/housitting, and we’ve all had a great time :) I work from home, with an hour lunch break, depending on distance, I can ofer walks/drop-ins for cats or dogs, either morning, lunch, or evenings. Only available at pet owners home. I make sure to ask what the main risks are, is the garden fully enclosed, and make sure I’m minimising the risk and keeping the pet safe.

About: I absolutely love dogs, to the point that I'm considering dog caring as a new career option. I have owned a pedigree Westie for the last five years since he was a puppy and took him to puppy training classes locally. I am very friendly and enjoy meeting people as well as getting to know their dogs and often chat to other owners and stroke their dogs when out walking my own. We have lots of great walks nearby and I also love exploring! I have a dog-flap installed so your dog can access a fenced garden as they need throughout the day so that's one less thing for them to worry about. About: I have loved animals since I can remember. As a kid, I became an active member of the RSPCA, raising money where I could. I have adopted and successfully raised 5 dogs, and have also been the proud carer/owner to several cats, hamsters, fish, rats, a guinea pig and hedgehog. I was a Rover sitter in the US for several years and have recently relocated back to the UK and would love to carry on my caring carer. If you pick me I will provide regular photo/video updates, so you can be rest assured your fur baby is safe and being loved. I wake up early, usually by 5 AM. I have a full-time job from 9:00-17:30 currently, but I will go home for my lunch to check on your baby. I don't have kids and am currently single and staying with my parents, so this would be doing me a favour by getting me out the house. You would also be helping me reach my goal of owning a place here in the UK, and making this my full time job.
