Friendly and experienced (ADTB) dog trainer
We are an experienced pet loving family, having owned numerous dogs and cats over many years. Trevor is a qualified canine behavourist/trainer. Amanda spent many years working full time as an animal care assistant, where she gained experience walking/training a wide range of dogs including those that can be reactive and nervous. We love all animals and have a special place in our hearts for giant dog breeds (having owned several) but very happy to care for animals of all shapes and sizes!

Amanda had been absolutely amazing with Poppy. Poppy is quite nervous dog and Amanda went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, give her plenty of time to get familiar with new surroundings and involved her family which Poppy really liked. Daily updates were very informative and detailed. I highly recommend Amanda for your four legged friends and will be definitely using her services in the future.
Jac had a lovely day with Amanda and we came back to a very happy boy. Amanda kept us updated throughout the day with messages and pictures of how he was getting on. Would definitely recommend :)

Amanda, Trevor, and their family took excellent care of our two large, quirky dogs. They were very communicative, organized, and thoughtful - all the pictures we received during the stay showed eminently happy pups. Any dogs would be lucky to stay with them!
Amanda took great care of blaze, and gave me daily updates on what they got up to. We’ll happily leave him in her care again.

Schedule
I’m home most of the day, so dogs in our care get regular exercise, playtime, rest and plenty of attention in a calm loving environment.

Safety, trust & environment
We both have up to date DBS checks, first aid trained, insured and hold a license with the council for boarding. (Licence number HB114) We have a fenced garden and live only a few feet away from a large lake, with fields and woods nearby. Our house is air conditioned (ideal for hot summers). We don't have any other pets at home at the moment (sadly) but that does mean we will provide your pet with our full care and attention.
A typical day
Plenty of love, care and attention. Walks, games and exercise as defined by you - we can also offer basic training. If there's something in particular you want us to do with your pet please ask.
