About: I've looked after cats and walked dogs ever since I was a teenager. For cats, I can look after them at any stage, from kittens to senior cats, and I love going on long walks with dogs and checking on them throughout the day. I am a fully work-from-home desk employee, so I'll jump at the chance to come out and give your pets all the loving and care they need! I work from home full time with very little timed responsibilities, so I will be available throughout the day to check on your pets. From cat feeding, playing and general looking after to dog check-ins and walks, I'm flexible. I'll jump at the chance to come out and give your pets all the loving and care they need! I will follow all the rules of your home as required. I am happy to spend a lengthy amount of time with your pets at least once a day to ensure they are getting the social time they need while you are away.

About: I own a large dog with epilepsy for nearly 14 years and have loved taking care of him. I understand that pets can feel stressed and nervous when their owners aren’t with them so I understand wanting to have someone look after them, or take them on long walks to give an enjoyable and fun experience. Although I don’t have much professional experience, I have looked after pets for family whenever I could. I’m currently taking a Dog Grooming course for a Level 3 Diploma and have recently completed my Pet First Aid course so I’m ready for an emergency should one occur. I’m available to pet sit on any day or night you wish. I’m also available to dog walk at any time whether it is early in the morning, or later in the evening! My pet is my top priority, and so is any other pet I look after so I always make sure they’re safe and well cared for (and spoiled). I’m trained in Pet First Aid so I am prepared for any emergencies

About: As someone who uses Rover for our own dogs, I completely understand how daunting it can feel to leave your dog with someone new. We truly get it and are here to make the experience as reassuring and positive as possible. I started looking after dogs because they bring a kind of purity and simplicity to life that is hard to find elsewhere. It's a kind of love that can be communicated without the exchange of words or fancy gifts. In their own quiet way, dogs give us everything - muddy paws on clean floors, unwavering loyalty, and a love that asks for no words at all. We share our life with our two gorgeous Beagles, Basil and Rufus, who are full of mischief, full of heart and never far from our side. They are Father & Son but also best friends (and partners in crime). When they meet your dog, they might howl when they first see them (classic Beagles) but once they sniff they are all good after a few minutes. They are unphased by new dogs coming into their home, and are more than happy to share beds and space. They are used to this and not territorial. Myself and my partner Cam have both grown up in homes with dogs (more specifically Spaniels), and caring for them has always been a natural part of our lives. As both of our dogs were rescues, we have worked through challenges with separation anxiety and nervousness with time, patience and consistency. Additionally, my sister has a reactive Frenchie, which has given us further insight into the needs of nervous or reactive dogs. Because of these experiences, we genuinely understand how to support anxious or reactive dogs, tailoring our approach to suit each individual’s unique personality. Schedule We both work from home full-time, so dogs are a core part of our daily routine. Our two are always by our side - whether we’re working, relaxing, or out in the garden. We are used to providing structure, enrichment and plenty of company throughout the day with lots of nice places close by to exercise. We occasionally pop out without them, but it’s rare and never for long (much to their delight) because they have separation anxiety. Safety, trust & enrichment We have a very "dog proof"/"Beagle proof" home as our two can be mischievous at times. When our own dogs go to a sitter, safety is always at the top of our minds. That’s exactly the same approach we take with every dog we look after. Our home has a fully fenced garden that’s safe for play and exploration, and we carefully supervise all interactions between dogs to keep things calm and stress-free.

About: I work full time from home therefore I am around to play, cuddle and love your doggies all day! We have a "go where you like" policy here. If you'd like to snuggle on the sofa then that's fine with us. I have 3 children ages 7, 13 and 16. They all adore our bullmastiff Maggie. We have had bull breeds for over 16 years. We have some wonderful walking spots on our door step (literally) South hill park, Swinley forest to name a few. Maggie our Mastiff is a big softy and loves other dogs for sleep overs. We lost our English bulldog before Christmas 2025 so she loves other dogs company even more so when we have visitors to stay. She is super chilled. All my children are calm and attentive to all animals, my eldest will most likely accompany on walks and help out with over night stay etc. He is a massive dog lover, he even picks up the mess!!!! We have an fully enclosed dog friendly garden. There is always someone at home, I work 9-5 Mon-Fri and my hubby works nights, so if I am popping out to shops or school pick up, hubby is here (sleeping but with one ear open) My work is flexible to allow for toilet breaks and walks, and cuddles are available always! If a pet comes for day care or sleep overs then we will treat them just like we do our dog, part of the family. They can go on the sofa and snuggle up, or if they need time to reset and be alone, we have crates here if needed, or separate rooms if not crate trained. There will always be space for them to rest alone if needed. Walks will be dependant on the dog, If you need 3 walks a day then we can do that, if they need one we can do that too! We all work together to make sure everyone is cared and accommodated for. If we visit for a drop in at someone's home, we will be respectful and mindful of your home and adhere to your house rules and ways for the dog, ensuring everything is left as we found it and locked up safe and sound.

About: Hi I'm Hannah and I have been an animal lover since the day I could talk and all I would do is pester my parents to get me a pet! I have 2 beautiful Maine Coone boys myself and they are my absolute world (don't worry they will be looked after whilst I am away!) I have always had such a soft spot for animals and whenever I get the opportunity to be around them more I run at the chance! I understand how important it is to know that your fur babies are safe, comfortable and - most importantly - LOVED, whilst you are away! I will absolutely treat your home like it was own and actively keep things spick and span whilst making sure that your pets are taken care of as a priority, I am more than happy to spend time going on walks, feeding, grooming, playing etc - whatever is needed! You can expect daily updates, neat and tidy housekeeping and peace of mind knowing that your loved ones are safe with me I currently work during the week Monday - Friday, but I am more than happy to look after your babies after work and on any weekend! I have decided to use any holidays I have from work to dedicate my time towards pet sitting so I can help out anyone that needs it as I understand how difficult it can be! I am an extremely tidy and organised person who takes pride in her home environment, and it would be no different in your home if you needed me to come over. I can assure you that everything would be left spick and span and my top priority would be keeping your babies happy, whilst keeping your home nice and clean and being respectful of privacy of course.

We create a home from home environment for your dog, whilst you’re away. I work from home, and so I can ensure your pooch has company all day. We live right next to a dog park, for a good lot of exercise, and I have a garden for free flow access throughout the day and night. On weekends, we may go on bigger adventures, so let us know how active and mobile your dog is, so we can ensure they keep up. About: I've been surrounded by dogs since I was 10 years old, and caring for them has always been a huge part of my life. I also grew up with a Miniature Schnauzer and now have a Pomeranian and a rescue Spitz, so I understand the love, patience, and commitment that every dog deserves. When I was younger, I also volunteered as a dog walker for a local animal shelter, giving me experience with dogs of different breeds, sizes, and personalities. This taught me the importance of patience, building trust, and adapting to each dog's individual needs. As a dog owner, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pet. Whether your dog needs an energetic walk, plenty of playtime, or a calm, relaxed walk, I'll provide them with the same care and attention I'd want for my own. I'm experienced with dogs of different personalities and understand that every dog has unique needs. I'm happy to follow your dog's routine, including feeding schedules, exercise, and any special instructions, so they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind, knowing your furry family member is in caring, reliable hands and treated like one of my own. I'm currently between jobs, which means I have plenty of flexibility and availability for dog walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week. When I start my new job, I'll have a rotating schedule, allowing me to offer availability on different days each week. I'll keep my Rover calendar updated so you can always see when I'm available, and I'll do my best to accommodate regular walks and bookings wherever possible. I'm happy to discuss your pet's routine and work with you to find times that suit both you and your furry friend. Your pet's safety and wellbeing are my top priorities. Before every booking, I'll take the time to understand your pet's routine, personality, and any specific needs, including medical conditions, dietary requirements, and any behavioural quirks. During walks, I'll keep dogs on a lead unless you've requested otherwise and it's safe to do so. I'll tailor each walk to your dog's age, fitness level, and energy, while avoiding unnecessary risks and ensuring they stay safe and comfortable. When caring for your pet in your home, I'll treat your property with the same respect I would my own. I'll carefully follow your instructions, make sure doors and gates are always secure, and maintain your pet's usual routine to help them feel relaxed while you're away. For extra peace of mind, I also hold a valid DBS check and will provide regular photo and message updates throughout your booking, so you always know your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.

Leonie and Anthony were superb. I had not used Rover (or dog walkers I didn't previously know), so I was a little apprehensive. I need not have worried. They came to meet my dog in person before the dog walks were scheduled to start. Whilst we were away, they walked our dog 1 hour per day and sent lovely photos and feedback on each of the walks. Their communication was superb. Would highly recommend.
