We booked Tetiana to look after our rescue Elune while away on holiday abroad, we needed someone calm and empathetic for this one day to take over from the first sitter that Elune is very familiar with but had availability for 3/4 days. Tetiana is very lovely, calm, you can tell she has lots of experience with dogs and she can figure things out. Tetiana came to see Elune 1 month before the booked stay and then again about a day just before so Elune can familiarize herself with her. Both times she stayed calm during Elune’s barking and over excitement. She listened carefully to my concerns and showed understanding of Elune’s behaviors and routines. On the day of the booking, Tetiana arrived on time and was very flexible and accommodating with our variable travel plans due to travels and the other sitter’s plans. She sent us loads of photos and updates and was quick to reply to my messages regarding Elune or the house. She left the house in a perfect state and she treated our home with utmost respect and care. Elune seemed very calm and relaxed after Tetiana’s visit and we are very grateful and happy with the experience. 😊
We had a fantastic experience with Alice. She took amazing care of our ridgeback puppy, which is no small task given how young he is still and stubborn he can be! She stuck to his schedule, reinforced his training, and showed real patience and consistency throughout. It gave us huge peace of mind knowing him and our home were in such capable and caring hands while we were away.
Charlotte was a god send to us planning a last min getaway. She was in contact whilst we were away and put us at ease after leaving our needy bracco Otto who loves his walks and being around people. Otto absolutely loved her and was looking for her around the house when we got home. Charlotte stayed at our house and left the house very clean and with a happy dog for our return. Charlotte is very patient and kind, and I would highly recommend anyone who needs a trustworthy and dog loving sitter or walker! She just loves dogs and they love her! Otto misses you already! Xx
Pavla was a real superstar for us. Our dog is not the easiest of pups. He’s a sensitive soul. It was always going to take a little while to learn his quirks but she did it and you could tell he really got on well with her. She sent regular updates whilst we were away - which really helped us feel comfortable. We will be working with her again soon.

Having someone stay in our home can feel like a big step, but Rhiannon was so easy to work with. We came home to two very happy dogs and a stress-free experience. Nicola did a house sit for me and looked after my cat and two Guinea Pigs whilst I was away for 6 days. I could not have asked for anything more from her, she was excellent. She came over a little while before my trip to meet my pets and see the house; knowing my pets and I had met her already made me feel very at ease and comfortable when I left for my holiday. She arrived shortly after I left on the first day of her sit, and communication with me was excellent - letting me know she’d arrived and keeping me updated throughout her stay. Hannah is the best sitter we have ever had for our big dog, Odinn. I was able to completely enjoy our two-week holiday knowing how well she was taking care of him. Not only did she cook his favourite meals and take him on long scenic walks and car rides, but she was also deeply attuned to his emotional needs. She rarely left him alone, and he formed such a loving bond with her that after we returned home, he kept waiting and looking for her. She far exceeded all of our expectations. It was a delight to have Summer look after our 2 Cocker Spaniel’s in their own home while we were away for 3 nights. Summer was a natural with the girls from the first time she meet them at the Meet & Greet - her love for dogs was obvious & they took to her immediately! The girls love fuss and attention & they got plenty of it, it was so reassuring to see how happy & relaxed they were while we were away! Our dogs are early risers and Summer was happy to fit around their schedule. We felt relaxed having her stay in our home & when we returned everything was left clean & tidy!. This was our first experience using Rover.com after having taken a long time plucking up the courage to give it a go. We will definitely be using Summer again soon!
