About: I’ve always been an animal lover and have grown up surrounded by pets. I currently have my own miniature dachshund, who is a big part of my life and gets a walk every day, along with plenty of activity chasing his ball! Growing up, I had another miniature dachshund, three cats, a Rottweiler and a Doberman, so animals have always been part of my home and family. I’ve also regularly looked after my friends’ two miniature dachshunds, sometimes for as long as three weeks, and have house and dog sat for my aunt for two weeks. I really enjoy getting to know each pet’s individual personality and making sure they feel comfortable, happy and cared for. I’m comfortable with dogs and cats of all ages - from puppy to seniors, and I’m happy looking after small, medium and large dogs. I currently have a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention they deserve. Whether it’s a daily walk, a drop-in visit or looking after them in their own home, I’d love to help. I know how difficult it can be leaving your pets with someone else, so I’ll always treat them with the same love, patience and care I’d want someone to give my own dog. 🐾 I currently have a flexible schedule while I’m looking for a new job, so I’m able to give your fury family members plenty of time and attention throughout the day. I already take my own miniature dachshund out for a walk every day, generally in the morning and/or evening, so caring for another dog fits naturally into my routine. I’m happy to work around each pet’s usual routine, whether they need regular walks, drop-in visits, feeding or simply some company and attention during the day. I’m also available for longer stays when needed and will always make sure your pet gets the care and attention they’re used to. Your pet’s safety and happiness are my top priorities. I know how much trust is involved in leaving your pet with someone, so I’ll always take the time to understand their personality, routine, likes and dislikes before caring for them. If caring for a pet in your home, they’ll be treated as if they were my own and will never be left without the care and supervision they need. I’ll follow any instructions you leave me, including feeding routines, medication, walks and anything else that helps your pet feel settled. I’m also happy to keep you updated with messages and photos while you’re away, so you know your pet is happy and doing well.

Rhiannon took the time to make sure both dogs were comfortable, happy, and well cared for. One of our dogs can get quite anxious and tends to bark a lot when we leave, but with Rhiannon, Luna was calm and settled, which gave us huge peace of mind. It was clear that she has a natural way with dogs and made them feel safe and relaxed. She kept us updated throughout the day with lots of photos and regular messages, and she was always quick to respond whenever we had questions. Her communication was outstanding and really reassured us that everything was going smoothly. Rhiannon made sure the dogs were fed, exercised with walks, and kept to their normal routine. She also asked thoughtful, responsible questions about their care, including what to do in case of any health concerns or vet needs. Having someone stay in our home can feel like a big step, but Rhiannon was so easy to work with. We came home to two very happy dogs and a stress-free experience. I work from home Monday to Friday full time, but can be flexible with needs. I have a mixed week of working from home and meetings on the road, I can fit walks and looking after pets within my routine extremely easy.
