Boris had an amazing time with Rebecca. She obviously has a great love for dogs and went above and beyond with the care she provided for him. We will definitely be using her again.

About: For the entirity of my life I have known I want to have a job that involves working with animals. I have truly experienced so much when it comes to them, and I feel very fortunate to have had many of these experiences. On a trip to Venice when I was younger I helped the police catch a dog that was on the loose, to eventually return it to the owner. When visiting family in the Cayman Islands I helped out with rescuing and rehoming dogs who had been badly treated by their owners. During my Duke of Edinburgh I volunteered at the Tarbay Kennels and Cattery for 6 months which I then continued doing weekly for much longer because I loved being around the dogs. My love didn't stop here though, after I finished my GCSE's I decided to do a course in Animal Management (level 3 extended diploma) at Berkshire College of Agriculture which I completed with a DMM (Distinction Merit Merit). During this time I also went to South Africa to Volunteer with conservation work in the Kruger National park. I was also doing occasional dogsitting for a lovely family near Warfield while I was at college, which also turned into overnight housesitting sometimes. After returning from university I have decided that I would love to go back to working with animals and have been walking an elderly lab twice a week, which I absolutely love doing and look forward to every week! Finally I have 3 years of experience working in an exotic fish shop, so if you have a fish tank I can also take care of it while you are on holiday! I'm currently doing a lot of part time work which is mainly over the weekends so I have plenty of free time during the week! On weekends I am doing both bar work and serving tea and coffees at a pop up stand both at Reading Hockey Club. I like to fill up my week with plenty of different dog walks that keep me out and about so I will make time for you! For Dog Walking: I am very comfortable with walking dogs of all sorts and will keep them on the lead at all times unless you specify that they are fine to go off the lead. As a person who cares deeply about the environment, I would like to be within cycling range of your house and will not transport dogs anywhere in a vehicle. Because of this its ideal if you have a park or a green area within walking distance of your house for your dog/s to have the optimum experience. I prefer to use your equipment for dog walks as the dogs are more familiar with it and so will be more comfortable (this includes lead, harness (if required) and treats, and preferably poo bags too). Personally I hate mixing dogs with other dogs from different families so I will only walk multiple dogs if you have multiple dogs! For Dog Sitting: I have done a fair bit of dogsitting in the past but you will need to let me know different things about the dog/s, e.g. how often they need the toilet during the night or what time you like them to eat. I am very comfortable with giving your dog/s plenty of attention and enriching them with different activities! Final Note: I am not comfortable with caring for extremely brachycephalic dogs, e.g. Bulldogs & Pugs, as I do not agree with the ethics in breeding them.

Would 100% recommend Nicola. Felt very comfortable leaving Arlo with her, she asked all the right questions before to make sure she had everything she needed and then provided a beautiful report with photos afterwards as well. Left the house exactly as she found it and left a very contented boy who clearly enjoyed her company.

About: I may not have done pet sitting and dog walking professionally before, but I’ve always been a true dog lover at heart. Dogs have been part of my life for years, and I understand how much they mean to their families. Back home I have a lovely and friendly 11y old Pitbull (Hércules) who has taught me so much about care, patience and unconditional love. I’m also a proud dad to my 5y old son, Henry, who is absolutely crazy about dogs and has grown up around them with kindness and respect. Your pet will be treated with the same love, attention and care as my own, whether it’s for a walk, a cuddle, or company while you’re away Pet care fits really well into my daily and weekly routine. I currently work as a General Manager in hospitality, which means I’m organised, reliable and used to responsibility. My rota gives me structured time off during the week and some mornings/afternoons available, which I’m looking to dedicate to dog walking and pet sitting. I’m exploring pet care not just as a side hustle, but as something I genuinely enjoy and would love to potentially grow into long term. Working with animals feels natural to me, and I’m excited about the possibility of gradually building experience in this field. I see this as the start of something meaningful, while still bringing the professionalism, commitment and work ethic I’ve developed in management. In an owner’s home, I always follow instructions carefully…feeding routines, walk times, medication if needed, and any specific behaviours to be aware of. I make sure doors, gates and leads are secure at all times and provide regular updates for peace of mind. If caring for a pet in my home, the environment is calm, clean and safe. I only take on pets I can give proper attention to, ensuring they feel comfortable and supervised at all times. As a long-time dog owner myself, I understand how important routine, patience and affection are. Your pet will be treated with the same care and respect as my own.

About: I've walked and looked after Dogs of all kinds and ages since I was 12, as well as growing up with Dogs and Cats, Rabbits and Ducks. Over the last several years, I have been house sitting for friends and their friends, looking after Dogs and Cats, with the added benefit of providing trusted security for your house. I am happy with dogs of all ages, sizes and needs and am happy to walk, feed and play with them, so you can have complete peace of mind. I have my own company, working as a business consultant to help companies grow their revenues, and this is a service I provide part-time, from my laptop. This means I am always working from home, be it yours, or mine, so I'm able to be there all hours for your Dogs and Cats, keeping them fed on time and hopefully, happy all the time! As I work part-time from my laptop, I'm able to be there all hours for your Dogs and Cats, keeping them safe and fed on time and hopefully, happy all the time! I am very comfortable ensuring your Dog is let out regularly as required, and also walking once or twice a day, therefore being able to keep a like for like routine whilst you are away.

Huge thank you to Katie. This was the first time i have tried to trust someone with my baby Thor. Katie is kind and has a lovely way about her and is clearly passionate and caring. Was on time, kept me updated throughout the day with pics and my dog was happy when I got home. He must have enjoyed himself , slept and enjoyed his time with Katie. It’s such a big thing firstly to trust someone with your fur baby but also to have someone in your house. I would highly recommend Katie and will definitely book again. Thank you!

About: I’ve been a proud cat mum for 6 years and absolutely love caring for cats of all personalities. I have previous pet sitting experience and understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, comfortable and loved while their owners are away. I’m patient, gentle and attentive, and I’m happy to follow feeding routines, play with your cat, give lots of cuddles (if they like them!), clean litter trays and keep you updated with photos and messages for peace of mind. About: I have done house and pet sitting for both cats, dogs and chickens in the UK. I have great experience caring for both elderly dogs and cats, as well as puppies and kittens. I'm also experienced in giving medication, both pills and injections. I've had pets myself all my life, so you can be assured your fur babies are in good hands. Plus, I always arrange to visit potential bookings at your home before confirming a booking, so we can both feel confident of a good fit, thereby putting my pet owners minds at rest. If you would like copies of testimonials or references, please message me, and I would be happy to share those, as in addition to Rover, I have successfully worked with other companies for many years. I work for myself, so I am extremely flexible, to fit most pet routines. I'm happy to fit into most pet owners schedules, to provide continuity of care. I offer a live-in care service for pets, in the pet owner's home. This way the pets can continue with their usual routine, without disruption. This is the ultimate solution for happy and healthy pets. Plus, there is the undoubted added security for your home, when someone is living in your home, whilst you are away. Lights being turned on and off, curtains being drawn, a car in the driveway and so on.

Charley was the best! She stayed at my house with my two dogs, she looked after them with love and care. She was particularly amazing with Kitty, who had an ear infection, which we discovered the day we had to leave. Charley managed Kitty's treatment with ease, administering all the different pills and drops as needed. She truly nursed Kitty back to health and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Charley for her compassionate care, professionalism and being an all round lovely person. Thank you, Charley!

About: I am Italian-Brazilian living and working in the UK since 2017. I am an animal lover and mother of giant babies, a 11 years old Maine Coon called Ozzy and a 8 years old Ragdoll called Dio! My cats are like my kids, like my passed dogs from the last 35 years! I work full time but now on a hybrid environment, so I can work how many days I want from home, what makes me free to cat and dog sit more and longer times! I have a fenced patio, my cats are not allowed outside until I get the proper cat fence on top of my fence and gate. My cats are fully vaccinated and dewormed and ok with other cats and dogs, but I can keep them in my room apart from the sitting visitor if preferred.

About: I am an experienced animal carer and dog walker who is besotted by all types of animals big or small. And will treat any animal in my care as my own, giving it the best care provided in a nice homely environment. I have been brought up with animals from a very small age and have over 45 years experience dealing with most animals. I consider myself to be a professional individual who works very hard at what I do. I am licensed and insured and DBS security checked. I have a good sized gardens front and back which is fenced with plenty of space to run around A doggy pool ball pit and sand pit and plenty of space in a three bedroom two reception room house easy to separate dogs if need. There are plenty of parks and great dog walks very close by plus I have a car suitable to transport dogs to any area, which has air-conditioning and drinking bowls in it. I have also a dog ramp, for easy access for any dogs including older ones who need help to get in the car and I also have a dog shower to clean those mucky pups after they have been out and about or if need My own two dogs are friendly and welcoming to all dogs coming into my care here at my house and are very used to animal visitors coming and going. I live here on my own, and apart, from my experience, I have worked as a dog border walker sitter for over 15 years. I’ve had my dogs lots of years they are well used to medoggy boarding here my elder boy has the onset of dementia, but he’s still going strong. Which ever needs the dogs owners require for their dogs? I operate here. I’ve had epileptic dogs and dogs with heart issues that need medication and dogs with wounds et cetera from operations so unable to cope with whatever challenges their owners need for request

About: Although I may be young I have always been enamoured and surrounded by a variety of animals, caring for cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs and lizards at home. I myself have never owned a dog but have dreamed of one my entire life. I want nothing more than to help animals and give them all the love and attention they need no matter what it entails on my part. I would be more than happy to check in on any kind of animal you may need, not just cats or dog, so long as I have basic instructions for each and any animal as an individual I will carry out everything in my power to make sure they are well looked after every single day

We couldn’t be happier with the care Kirsty gave our cats, Poppy and Roo. From the moment we met her, it was clear how kind, reliable, and genuinely caring she is. She treated Poppy and Roo as if they were her own, giving them so much love, attention, and comfort while we were away. We had complete peace of mind knowing they were in such safe and capable hands, and it really showed when we came home to two very happy, relaxed cats. We were extremely happy with Kirsty’s service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional cat sitter. Thank you, Kirsty! 🐾💛
