“This was my first experience with Rover. I was apprehensive at first, as Helena (my little Chihuahua) has two diseases (heart one, and Cushing's disease). Since her diseases were detected, I had never left her with anyone. So, we met before Tiphanie took her in. Two days later, I took Helena to Tiphanie's house. And it was more than a pleasant surprise. Helena, who usually doesn't like to be away from me, wasn't at all stressed by the ‘little’ change, she adapted very quickly to Tiphanie. It was a big surprise, but a very good one, because even though she's sociable - she normally takes a while to adapt. Moreover, Tiphanie was really amazing. Many updates, photos and videos to reassure me and show me that everything was going well. Thank you so much for everything Tiphanie, it's been wonderful. And I won't hesitate to book again when Helena needs looking after.”

About: I am Italian-Brazilian living and working in the UK since 2017. I am an animal lover and mother of giant babies, a 11 years old Maine Coon called Ozzy and a 8 years old Ragdoll called Dio! My cats are like my kids, like my passed dogs from the last 35 years! I work full time but now on a hybrid environment, so I can work how many days I want from home, what makes me free to cat and dog sit more and longer times! I have a fenced patio, my cats are not allowed outside until I get the proper cat fence on top of my fence and gate. My cats are fully vaccinated and dewormed and ok with other cats and dogs, but I can keep them in my room apart from the sitting visitor if preferred.

About: Lots of green walks and adventures. Next to the thames ideal for dog walks! Definitely a once in a life time experience with Mango as a new friend. He loves new connections! I live in Windsor in a spacious home with a large, fully fenced garden where dogs can safely play and relax. We’re also lucky to be surrounded by beautiful green spaces and walking routes along the Thames, which makes for great daily walks and outdoor adventures. Currently in windsor with lots of green outside the door and a huge garden. House is big and garden is fenced with lots of green and very safe. Got the thames outside with great walks next to it. Dogs love it I got a fenced yard and a big home so its ideal! Dogs tend to have a blast here and we got a huge park and the thames next to it!!

From the very start Bella was settled and happy to be spending her holiday with Nargis and Doodles. We received regular updates and questions about diet and any allergies when needed. It was clear that Bella was being looked after well and that Nargis loves looking after her charges. Communication was excellent and on pick up everything was neatly packed and ready for collection. We couldn’t be happier with the care Maryna and her partner Charles gave our dog Verona! From the very first day, Maryna sent frequent updates and photos, which gave us such peace of mind while travelling. She took Verona on long walks just as we’d asked, and her communication throughout was excellent — always responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend using Tiphanie - we left our cat with her and we felt so at ease the whole time! Casper was very nervous initially as he has never been away from us before but Tiphanie knew what to do to comfort him and within a day he was fine! She sent us lots of updates including pictures and videos so we could see how happy he was which helped put our minds at rest. She was giving him with lots of love and cuddles whilst we were away so he was well looked after. I will be asking if Casper can stay with her again in future when we next go away!

Rosie and her partner looked after our high-energy Labrador, Leo, for 9 nights and we couldn’t have been happier. We found Rosie at the last minute after a cancellation and we’re so glad we did! Leaving Leo for 9 days was a big decision, but from the very start Rosie made us feel completely at ease. We met for a walk beforehand and she was incredibly reassuring, it was clear she’s highly experienced and genuinely great with and loves dogs. Leo obviously had an amazing time, lots of exercise, cuddles, and plenty of care. Rosie kept us updated with photos and messages throughout, which we really appreciated as we missed Leo a lot! We wouldn’t hesitate to use Rosie again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced dog sitter.
I recently left my dog ft or an overnight stay with Saadet. She invited me to meet and greet her in her home prior to the stay which was very helpful for both my msltipoo and I. Saadet is an experienced dog owner and trainer and has a lot of insight and understanding about doggy needs and behaviour. She is caring and keen to ensure comfort and consistency in routine. Saadet also sent pictures snd updates of our dog while we were away which was lovely and reassured us our dog had settled despite being quite anxious in the beginning. My experience of Saadet’s service couldn’t be more positive and we wiill not hesitate to contact her again in the future.
I picked up Hugo today he was in good spirits , The family briefed me on how Hugo was , Palina and family seemed happy with Hugo’s lovely temperament. The family were very friendly towards myself .
