Pet care fits really well into my daily and weekly routine. I currently work as a General Manager in hospitality, which means I’m organised, reliable and used to responsibility. My rota gives me structured time off during the week and some mornings/afternoons available, which I’m looking to dedicate to dog walking and pet sitting. I’m exploring pet care not just as a side hustle, but as something I genuinely enjoy and would love to potentially grow into long term. Working with animals feels natural to me, and I’m excited about the possibility of gradually building experience in this field. I see this as the start of something meaningful, while still bringing the professionalism, commitment and work ethic I’ve developed in management.

In an owner’s home, I always follow instructions carefully…feeding routines, walk times, medication if needed, and any specific behaviours to be aware of. I make sure doors, gates and leads are secure at all times and provide regular updates for peace of mind. If caring for a pet in my home, the environment is calm, clean and safe. I only take on pets I can give proper attention to, ensuring they feel comfortable and supervised at all times. As a long-time dog owner myself, I understand how important routine, patience and affection are. Your pet will be treated with the same care and respect as my own.

A typical day
Hi! Since we have The Long Walk right on our doorstep, I love taking them on 'Royal Adventures’ haha We will definitely have Active Play: Plenty of ball throwing and tug-of-war in local spots like The Brocas. Cool Downs: Riverside strolls along the Thames Path, especially on warmer days. Chill Time: Plenty of belly rubs and quiet downtime so they head home happy and relaxed.

Pet care experience
I may not have done pet sitting and dog walking professionally before, but I’ve always been a true dog lover at heart. Dogs have been part of my life for years, and I understand how much they mean to their families. Back home I have a lovely and friendly 11y old Pitbull (Hércules) who has taught me so much about care, patience and unconditional love. I’m also a proud dad to my 5y old son, Henry, who is absolutely crazy about dogs and has grown up around them with kindness and respect. Your pet will be treated with the same love, attention and care as my own, whether it’s for a walk, a cuddle, or company while you’re away

It was first time when I was letting my puppy to someonei don’t know and I don’t regret. They’ve been very helpful and supportive with Simba even when I find out in the last few hours he need antibiotics.They’ve been looking after him and take care and I was able to have update when I ask how is Simba .I will recommend 100% Cai F Thank you for your support.
Cai was an amazing host and gave Bilbo the best few days ever. From first contact he was very open and communicative and was supper flexible when my travel plans had to change last minute. Whilst I was away I got loads of lovely updates of Bilbo having the best time, especially with Cai’s adorable son Henry. I will absolutely be using Cai again whenever I need a dog sitter, he’s awesome.
Cai and family were perfect sitters for Lola. She came home happy and fed, perfect!
