I work a hybrid job so can't have a dog if my own at the moment. Happy to come and visit to give some attention, play time and to take on walks. If it's a weeknight I'm usually around

We have an open plan downstairs where dogs can happily roam about, and come on the sofa for some love and attention. As long as they are toilet trained I'm happy for them to stay in the bedroom if that's where they are most comfortable overnight. We have a small garden and live opposite a big park. I can drive, so happy to make house calls to keep your pups company too or take them out locally

We do have a hamster but her enclosure is on wheels so let me know if your dog has a particularly high prey drive so I can move her somewhere safe. Great to know if they have any other issues like not liking certain noises or finding anything scary or behaviours like chewing (please 😅). Also happy to follow any rules you have - i.e if you have a no sofa rule then I will follow that to keep up with training
A typical day
Depending on activity levels we can start the day with a nice walk or take some time getting to know eachother depending on what your dog likes to do, maybe doing some tricks, playing find the treat or some ball games. If they're a coach potato that is also fine with me

Pet care experience
I have always had family dogs of various shapes and sizes. Caring for them when their older and making sure they feel loved, safe and comfortable. I have experience with giving dog medicines and with elderly or nervous dogs. I've owned a rescue and brought up two dogs from being puppies. I recently lost our family dog and we aren't in a position to have our own dog right now, so looking to get my fix by helping care for my neighbours pooches. I have a hamster who is in a moveable enclosures (it has wheels) so happy to move her out of the room if needed. I'm a believer in dogs in the sofa for a cuddle (as long as they don't have muddy paws) I have a sofa in the office for them to sit with me if they would like to and a fully fenced and enclosed garden and a park nearby for nice walks if staying for the day

I so happy we found Kimberley.She was extremely helpful and friendly as we were looking for a last minute sit whilst visiting Legoland with our grandson. She is a true professional with a great wealth of knowledge and experience with all kinds of dogs. Yoshi had a very chilled time with treats and even air conditioning as it was an incredibly hot day. I would highly recommend Kimberley and hope to revisit one day.
We had a fantastic experience with Kimberley. She was very well prepared right from the start and always replied immediately to any messages. She was extremely flexible with our schedule and proved to be incredibly reliable and trustworthy. She took wonderful care of our dog, and we really appreciated that she kept us updated with photos. I could tell that our Rhodesian Ridgeback was very happy and very well looked after. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great sitter.
Absolutely brilliant experience. I couldn't be happier! Kimberley and her partner were so friendly, caring, and made my fur baby feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. I picked up a very happy, relaxed pup who had clearly enjoyed the day. It was so reassuring to know my dog was in such safe and loving hands. I highly recommend Kimberley to anyone looking for reliable, caring dog care. We'll definitely be back!
We cannot recommend Kim highly enough. This was Harley's first ever overnight stay away from us, so naturally we were quite nervous, especially as he is a very particular little dog with his own routines and quirks. From the moment we met them, they made us feel completely at ease. They took the time to understand Harley's routine, his fussy eating habits and his love of cuddles, and treated him as if he was one of their own. Throughout his stay they kept us updated with lovely messages and photos, which really reassured us that he was happy and settled. When we collected Harley he was calm, content and clearly very well looked after. It was obvious he had received so much love, attention and care. Knowing he was in such safe hands meant the world to us. We would not hesitate to leave Harley with Kim again and would recommend them to anyone looking for caring, attentive and genuinely lovely dog sitters. Thank you both so much for taking such wonderful care of our little boy.
