For me it was a nerve racking process. Finding Radhika’s profile she stood out to me for many reasons. Our meet and greet went extremely well. She has a wonderful calming yet assertive approach to Bailey. A beautiful home with lots of space and a safe garden. Definitely everything you read is very true about her. We had our first overnight stay on Sunday. We all expected it to be very challenging for our little man. Radhika kept us updated throughout which put our minds at ease. Lovely reassuring pictures and videos. As predicted he was very anxious and my trust and faith in her was justified. She looked after him with great care. They have a brilliant connection. On picking Bailey up he was calm and even went back in looking for his new friend. I have booked a 5 night stay for August to attend my son’s wedding in Estonia. I know my nervous little boy will be in great hands and extremely well looked after and safe. Radhika is all she presents on her profile. This will be the first of many bookings to come. And yes! Tunnachai was superb. Maya is a rescue dog who was not socialised, never mixed with other dogs or people. Tunnachia prepared Maya for her stay by taking her for walks and an overnight stay so she was familiar with both him and her change of environment. He gave her regular exercise, which she loves and cared for her brilliantly. She enjoyed her time with him and we will certainly use him again.
Lai and Mike provided excellent care for our cat Snowy. We were sent regular photos and videos during his stay which put our mind at ease. Having only used a cattery previously we were very worried how our mainly outdoor cat would settle in, this only took a day or two and from then he seemed quite content. Thank you both for the care and attention you gave him during his week with you!
Zainab and her daughter took amazing care of our 2 cats....lots of hugs.....we previously used a cattery but this set up was much more suited for our cats as it was more homely and had so much more space .... will definitely be using again rather than a cattery

Cheuk and her boyfriend were absolutely amazing! They have a lovely home and took such great care of my cat. I felt completely comfortable knowing she was in safe and caring hands. Jo is fantastic. A thoughtful and caring person, putting Bonzo first throughout his stay. Her communication is great and she isn’t worried about asking questions and checking things with you. She arranged for Bonzo to meet her at her place ahead of his stay to familiarise himself with his surroundings and came along also on one of our dog walks (we live locally to her). Bonzo is a typical vizsla and Jo was able to accommodate him brilliantly and thoughtfully. We would definitely recommend.

Such a pleasant experience with daily updates, reliable and prompt comms and generally caring for our Charlie as we would at home. Booked last minute and Nicole was really accommodating, and we got exactly what we paid for and more! A personalised certificate and dog tag were an added bonus. Charlie was well cared for, taken on long walks in open green areas, had numerous dog friends to play with and has come back a happy, content boy.
