Tatiana and her husband are wonderful dog sitters. They played with Winnie and sent wonderful updates. They also have great control with Winnie whilst she is on walks, making sure she does not pull (she’s a notorious puller). Thank you so much!

About: I love dogs. I have been dealing with dogs since I was a child. I have been working as a dog walker for 5 years. During that time, I have walked more than 30 dogs We walk the dogs five times a day. Gladstone Park is nearby. We go there for walks. We feed them at the request of the owners. We play during walks and try to satisfy the dogs' need for exercise. It is safety flat. Closed they wont'be able to go anywhere. After walk I will wash them if needed . Remove plants from their fur, check their paws.

About: I have lifelong experience caring for cats and dogs through my own home and the pets of friends and family. I provide reliable pet sitting, dog walking, and daily pet care, always adapting to each pet’s personality and needs. I am comfortable with small to medium dog breeds and focus on calm, attentive care in a safe and positive environment. I am available for walks, playtime, feeding, and general pet care to ensure pets feel happy, secure, and well looked after. I run a home-based tapestry studio, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet care, one of my main passions. Aside from a few planned trips each year, I have excellent availability, especially with advance bookings. I live in a pet-friendly apartment with two spacious balconies and access to a designated outdoor area for walks within the building. The home is bright, comfortable, and enriched with toys and stimulation. Cats are not allowed on the balconies, but they enjoy a safe, cozy indoor environment with full access to furniture, including beds and sofas. I also have a very friendly cat who provides calm and social company to visiting pets. When caring for pets in the owner’s home, I strictly follow all provided instructions regarding feeding, treats, and medication. I always ensure that toys are put away, litter boxes are clean, water is fresh, and the home is left tidy and secure before leaving.

About: I’ve grown up with pets, I’ve had cats of my own, Guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, parrots. And I have been surrounded by pets in my immediate family as well as friends. My boyfriend owning a cat and a dog which I house sit. My auntie 2 dogs and 3 horses and which I help sit when I visit and other friends who have dogs who I’ve had the privilege of sitting and walking. I love animals, love being surrounded by them and taking care of them. When I see dogs on the street I am keen to pet them, owner approved. Same with cats if I see them roaming around I will try to pet them if they let me. Always drawn to animals and visa versa. I have experience with puppies, as well as grown/ older dog/animals. I work part to full time, however my work is flexible i choose what days and hours i work. Therefor Im able to navigate that, and if I know I need a day off Im advance enough I am able to not work that day/ specific hours. I have my own space, it’s not huge but it’s a two room space, minimal furniture, minimal things in the way. It is my own space it’s not shared with anyone else. And I do have small garden space also. It’s clean and neat, and would definitely work for a smaller size pet.

Cliff and his partner did a really splendid job looking after our Border Terrier for 3 weeks. Absolutely great, no fuss coped and with a few changes to booking without any problem. Our pooch was obviously very happy and came back to us well tended and relaxed. We have no reservations about recommending Cliff - we certainly will be using them again. Robin

I can't recommend Alexa and John highly enough. I was a bit nervous about leaving my cat, Blue, but they made the whole experience completely stress-free. They kept in touch every day with lovely photos and updates, answered all of my questions, and their communication was excellent throughout. The best part was seeing how relaxed and happy Blue was. They treated him like part of their family, and I've honestly never seen him settle so quickly while away from home. Knowing he felt so safe and loved meant the world to me. Thank you both for taking such wonderful care of Blue!

This was the first time I had used a Cat sitter as opposed to a cattery and did have some reservation but in the initial stage Sherwine (Sherry) fully explained how it would work and what I needed to do which eased my initial concerns. While I was away she then kept me up to date on how he was doing and even sent a couple of videos. He had plenty of room to run around, far more than he would have had at the cattery and when I came to get him he didn't want to go. Unfortunately I am moving away from London but would most certainly have used Sherry again rather than a cattery

About: I have been surrounded by cats and dogs for most of my life and have developed calm, intuitive, hands-on experience caring for a wide range of pets through friends, family, and my own home. I have lived with multiple cats and a dog together, which gave me a strong understanding of different temperaments and the importance of a peaceful, stable environment. I naturally build trust with animals and always respect their individual pace and personality. My current cat, Docinho, came into my life through a friend who moved away from London and has been with me ever since. I provide attentive, quiet, and respectful care, with a focus on creating genuine bonds and ensuring cats feel safe, understood, and comfortable.

Alberto was genuinely amazing. This was my first time ever getting a cat sitter, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend him more:) He’s an incredibly caring person and absolutely adores cats and he took great care of Lucifer. He sent me detailed updates every visit with photos and videos and would describe what they’ve been up to together. He even brought his own toys, as we don’t have many to entertain our cat while we’re away. We were able to relax while away and we see that lucifer had a great time without us too :)) I would absolutely recommend Alberto to anyone with a cat and we will definitely book with him again next time we have to go somewhere! Obi-Wan enjoyed his time with Amiee as if he were living in a 5-star hotel. She took care of him very well, often staying longer than required to play with and clean after him. She advised us on how to take care of him better. She prepared another toilet for him and always cleaned around. Amiee really understands cats and their needs. I will definitely be her customer again if she is not busy, and I highly recommend her for anyone who needs to have sitting their own cat. Thank you, Amiee.

Hetvi is the best dog sitter a dog owner could ask for! We visited her twice before boarding and I was confident after the first visit my Dachshund would love her, I was right, the second time we met up he ran straight to her! On day of boarding I was updated with lots of photos and videos and when he came home he slept like a baby-so tired from all the fun! Honestly couldn’t recommend Hetvi enough, she listens to everything I tell her and looks after him like he’s her own. Thank you so much, love me and Hugo❤️

About: I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, including walking, feeding, playing, and most importantly making sure they feel calm, safe, and well cared for at all times. I adapt to each pet’s personality, whether they are more active or more relaxed, and I always aim to ensure they feel comfortable and happy. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I make sure to plan my schedule around the needs of the pets in my care, including regular walks, feeding times, and playtime. I am organised and flexible, which allows me to give pets the attention and consistency they need throughout the day. I also make time for updates to owners, so they always know how their pet is doing. The safety and wellbeing of pets are always my top priority. In my home, I make sure the environment is safe, clean, and calm, so pets feel comfortable and free from any risks. I always supervise their behaviour and avoid any situations that could cause stress or harm. I also have a garden and a terrace where pets can enjoy fresh air and outdoor time. Additionally, there is a park just behind my home, which is perfect for walks and exercise

About: Hello, I’m James. Animals have been a constant throughout my life and caring for them has grown from a personal passion into a professional vocation. I deliver a bespoke pet care service built on a simple belief: every animal deserves care tailored to their individual needs, personality and routine. I have experience caring for dogs, cats and small animals of all ages, from energetic youngsters to seniors requiring a slower pace and extra support. I am comfortable administering most routine medications, maintaining established training routines and adapting my approach to suit nervous, anxious or rescue animals. What sets me apart is that I never treat pets as numbers. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every booking begins with understanding what makes your pet feel safe, comfortable and happy. Some animals want adventure and enrichment; others want consistency, quiet company and reassurance. During your pet’s stay or while they are in my care, you can expect regular updates, photographs and honest communication. I know how important trust is when somebody else is caring for a beloved family member. Whether you need walks, drop-in visits, house sitting or overnight care, my goal is always the same: for your pet to feel secure, understood and genuinely cared for while you’re away. 20+ years caring for companion animals • Experience with puppies, senior pets and rescue animals • Comfortable administering routine medications • Knowledge of positive reinforcement and reward-based training • Experienced with multi-pet households • Regular photo and video updates provided I am available seven days per week. As a full-time dog walker/sitter/trainer/carer I can be as flexible as you need me to be. I'm here to help you! I love being outside and can go for as long a walk as your dog can handle! I will follow your lead, though it is worth noting that my training style doesn’t include treats - if you insist, I will use them.

About: I've taken care of dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments since I was 10 years old. Friends, neighbours, and family have regularly trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their dogs—whether for a few hours or overnight. I now live in a dog-friendly flat with my 2-year-old toy poodle, so your pup will always have a gentle companion to play and relax with. I'm experienced with small breeds, senior dogs and I always tailor my approach to each dog’s personality and routine. I provide a calm, affectionate environment where dogs feel right at home. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, which means your dog will never be left alone and will get lots of attention throughout the day. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, or boarding during weekdays, except Mondays and all day on weekends. Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, or a stroll around the park, I’ll make sure your pup feels loved and cared for. Your dog will be cared for in a calm, dog-friendly home with a secure fenced garden and my sweet 3kg toy poodle for company. I always take the time to understand each dog’s needs and personality to ensure they feel safe and comfortable. I never leave dogs unsupervised and I can easily crate your pup if that’s what they’re used to. My home is clean, cozy, and a peaceful space where dogs can truly relax.

About: I've been the go-to person for looking after my friends' dogs and cats for over 6 years now! I provide a spacious, smoker-free house with a private garden for some accompanied outdoor time and lots and lots of cuddles. I will give regular updates and photos of your pup and how they're doing and though I don't have my own, I would love to get some pets one day, and in the meantime, I'll be happy to give your animals the love and support our furry companions deserve. Feel free to reach out with any questions and I'd be happy to answer! I've taken a break from work for the next month so I'm based at home everyday. I'll be able to spend as much time as possible with them, and when I go out, my sister loves animals just as much as me and would be taking care of them. When I start work again, I will be working from home a few days in the week with my sister Joy at home on the other days. (there's always someone at home). We're very much homebodies, so most weekends, we're chilling at home, watching tv, doing art, reading or playing games, baking - the works! My home and neighbourhood is very quiet and my house is smoke free! We tend to keep the house clean and don't have windows wide open to risk any animals jumping out. My sister and I keep a track of when we've fed them, if they've had some play time and their overall wellbeing. With that being said, I think that their downtime is also very important as it gives them time to balance their energy, and I know this by gauging their body language. If I'm to have anyone around, I make sure that they are happy and comfortable with animals both for their sake and the pets' sake, as it's not fair on either one if there is tension.

About: Hello! I’m Shanshan. I live in Wembley with my husband, we have a 5-year-old rescue dog, Badun. My passion for dogs started in Beijing, where I spent several years as a volunteer at a dog rescue station. I’ve worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes, helping them recover and find new homes. In fact, I rescued Badun myself from an abandoned construction site! She has traveled with me across three countries—Beijing to Tokyo, and now London. Badun is very calm and loves having new friends come to stay! Why Pick Me? • Patience & Behavioral Expertise: I have a "calm energy" and am highly observant of dog body language. Having worked with many rescues and puppies, I am incredibly patient with dogs and always willing to go the extra mile to help a dog feel safe. • Scientific Care & Respect for Routine: I believe in "Scientific Dog Raising" (Positive Reinforcement) and understand that a consistent routine is a dog's "safety net." My professional background makes me deeply responsible; I will follow your feeding, walking, and nap schedules with 100% accuracy. • Constant Companionship: Since I am currently based at home full time, I can provide your pet with constant attention and companionship. Your dog won't be left alone and will have my full focus throughout the day. I am currently preparing for my exams, which means I am home almost every day. This allows me to provide constant companionship and plenty of playtime for your dogs. I am very flexible with my schedule and can accommodate boarding during the week and on weekends, ensuring your pet is never left alone for long periods. I live in a secure environment in Wembley where your dog’s safety is my top priority. I have my own dog, Badun, who is very calm and friendly. Your pets can play and rest anywhere—the sofa, the bed, or in a crate if they prefer. There is a small garden and a dog-run area right below the apartment which is perfect for toilet breaks, and the neighborhood is very friendly for longer dog walks.

I live in a pet-friendly apartment with two spacious balconies and access to a designated outdoor area for walks within the building. About: I’ve been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember, but my most meaningful experience comes from raising my own. I adopted my dog, Pablo when he was just 20 days old, found on the streets and in need of a home. Over the past 8 years, I’ve nurtured him through every stage of life — from bottle-feeding and puppy training to understanding the unique needs of a senior dog. That journey taught me far more than books ever could: how to read a dog’s tones and body language almost like second nature, how to sense their moods and needs, and how to create an environment where they feel safe, understood, and loved. I’ve become confident in puppy care (feeding, socialization, toilet training), as well as the patience and attentiveness required for older dogs. Nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being are areas I’m especially mindful of ; knowing what works, what doesn’t, and how to adapt care to the individual dog. What truly sets me apart is that I don’t see pet sitting as a service — I treat every dog as if they were my own. Their comfort, happiness, and health always come first. Hello! My name is Supti, and I’m a friendly, approachable, and devoted dog lover who connects easily with pets. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and have a natural ability to understand their moods, body language, and needs, which helps me make every dog feel comfortable and cared for. I offer pet boarding, doggy day care, and dog walking, tailoring activities to each pet’s personality - from long walks and runs to games like fetch or frisbee, or just quiet cuddle time for those who prefer calm company. My pet care experience began years ago back in India, during my bachelor’s degree. Alongside helping friends and neighbors with their pets, I also adopted my own dog when he was just 20 days old. Raising him from a tiny street puppy into a healthy, happy adult taught me everything from basic puppy care, training, and feeding routines to understanding dog behavior, health needs, and the special patience senior dogs require. That hands-on journey has shaped the way I approach every dog I look after - with attentiveness, empathy, and love. Currently, I’m pursuing my MSc at the University of Surrey and I don’t have any other part-time commitments. This means I’m available throughout the week with flexible hours, and can dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. All I ask is a day’s notice to make arrangements. When your dog is with me, you can be sure they’ll be treated like family - cared for, played with, and kept safe at all times. Their happiness and comfort are always my first priority. I live in a bright, airy one-bedroom flat in a very pet-friendly community. The space is calm and welcoming, with plenty of space for dogs to feel comfortable and at ease. My partner lives with me, so there’s always an extra pair of hands (and extra affection!) available when caring for pets. And your fur baby is welcome to sleep with us in bed! The area around my home is ideal for walks, with safe, scenic routes and green spaces where dogs can enjoy fresh air and exercise. I make sure to tailor each walk to the dog’s age, energy level, and personality - whether that means a gentle stroll for a senior dog or a playful, engaging walk for a puppy.

About: Hi! This is Bob here. I’m a dedicated dog lover and the proud owner of a 10-month-old Miniature Dachshund who is friendly, confident, and very well trained. Since bringing him home, we’ve attended multiple professional training classes, covering everything from basic obedience and recall to outdoor socialisation and structured play. Training has become a big part of our daily routine, and I truly enjoy understanding dog behaviour and creating positive experiences for every dog I meet. My little dachshund is full of energy and loves making new friends, making him a wonderful companion for dogs who enjoy playtime and social interaction. Whether your dog prefers long walks, games in the park, or simply relaxing at home, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I’ll always provide a safe, loving, and structured environment, treating every dog as if they were my own. 🐾 Experienced with recall training & outdoor activities 🐾 Comfortable with high-energy dogs and structured play 🐾 Patient, responsible, and attentive to individual needs 🐾 Regular photo and video updates for peace of mind I work full-time with a consistent schedule, but I don’t start work until around 11:00 am and usually finish between 5:00 and 6:00 pm. This means your dog will still enjoy plenty of quality time with us every day, including morning walks, playtime, enrichment activities, and a relaxing evening routine. Weekends are completely free, so I’m available for full-day care, boarding, and longer stays. I love spending weekends outdoors, whether that’s exploring parks, going on long walks, or enjoying fun play sessions with the dogs. 🐾 Weekdays: Morning care until 11:00 am & evening care from 5:00–6:00 pm onwards 🐾 Weekends: Fully available for boarding, daycare, walks, and overnight stays Your dog will stay in a clean, safe, and calm apartment environment, sharing the space with my friendly and well-trained Miniature Dachshund. Dogs are never left without companionship for long periods and will be part of our daily routine, enjoying plenty of interaction, playtime, and enrichment activities. Although we don’t have a private garden, we provide regular outdoor walks, exercise, and toilet breaks throughout the day, ensuring every dog gets the physical activity and mental stimulation they need. For each dog’s comfort and safety, I also have a crate available if needed. It is never used as punishment, but as a quiet, secure space for rest, feeding, or when dogs need some personal time, following the owner’s preferences and the dog’s individual needs. 🐾 Safe and pet-friendly apartment 🐾 Regular walks and outdoor activities 🐾 Constant companionship with me and my well-trained Miniature Dachshund 🐾 Crate available for safe management and relaxation if required

I cannot currently provide boarding for cats and dogs from my own home due to space, however I am able to board smaller animals such as rodents. Although my own dog is friendly, they would be kept in a separate space with the door closed to ensure they are safe. When caring for pets in your home, I try to keep to their routine as much as I can to make sure they are as comfortable and happy as possible.

About: Hey! I'm Katie, 28 years old and have had experience with animals since I can remember, although have taken a very responsible role in looking after them for over 5 years. I am extremely passionate about animals and spent my time looking after my parents 4 dogs and cats. However, I've moved out since then and miss the company of an adorable pal. I have had experience looking after others dogs. I enjoy long walks, grooming, playing games as I can have a childish side. I can bathe dogs, give oral medicines and provide a warm and loving care for your pet. In sitting, making sure you know your pet is safe is the most important thing and I can assure you I'm well aware of my responsibilites. Your animal will have tons of fun, mountains of love. I can provide regular toilet breaks and with walking there is plenty of greenery by where I live which will ensure your pet gets all exercise needed. I work part time so Thursdays and Fridays and other days I'm at home with my daughter and exploring the outdoors. When I have the responsibilities of house sitting I will always ensure that your pet has my attention and will be there to keep them happy. In regards to walks me and my daughter enjoy going out and getting the exercise which will be easy throughout my day. There are no dangers to be made aware of, I am a very attentive person and will provide your dog with the best care and love.

Diana and her family were so lovely and kind with my dog, Holly! I was looking for a caring person who owned a large dog and would be able to handle my young, energetic and sometimes "chatty" Goldendoodle, but also a family that Holly would be comfortable with. I feel so lucky to have found the perfect family! Diana sent me photos and videos of Holly and my dog absolutely loved her and Akira, their beautiful, sweet dog. I will absolutely book with Diana again!

Our dog was well looked after (she even cooked the food and fed him), and we really appreciated the communication and updates. It meant so much knowing our dog was in such safe and loving hands. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Snow, her dog was a lovely companion to Mongu, so much that now we are feeling confident to add another dog to or family! :)) Would 100% recommend if you are looking for a sitter that will look after your pet with love and care.

About: I'm passionate about dogs of all kinds and have been involved with dogs (& cats) one way or another my whole life. I grew up with dogs and learned first-hand the real-life care they need and deserve. Recently I've been involved in rescuing, fostering and dog-sitting in my home for my local community and have enjoyed it so much I decided creating a profile on Rover would be an excellent idea. But even in my 20's I used to dog-sit in clients' homes regularly, sometimes for up to a month at a time. I'm also a volunteer for the Advanced Dog Ownership Initiative, a new scheme developed by my dog professional colleagues, to help encourage and support responsible dog ownership, which has helped me improve my own understanding dog interaction and ownership. I've also previously worked as a volunteer for a London-based animal rescue which has contributed to my passion for animal welfare. I'm able to adapt to each dogs personality, size and breed, having looked after everything from big unneutered, untrained Huskies & Bouviers, all the way down to active Jack Russels and Scottish Terriers. I take into account each dogs sensitivities, for example, some dogs do not like contact with other dogs while out on a walk, and some need a good 2 hours out in the park, whereas some only need 2 shorter walks a day. Some dogs need stimulation during the day and others just need a good chunk of downtime to decompress. Each dog is different and I accommodate their needs accordingly. The only reason my partner and I do not currently have a dog is that we would prefer to improve our finances before making the commitment to bringing home a dog. My experience in fostering and owning dogs in the past has helped me understand fully what an important decision it is. So helping others care for their beloved hounds is the next best thing! I am a freelance creative who largely works from home, and only rarely has to work on-site. If that is unavoidable, my partner who is also experienced with dogs will be able to be home. However, if I know I'll be caring for a dog at the time I'll prefer to be home for the entire period, and I will try to arrange it that way. In the mornings, I think it's important to immediately let the dog out into the garden. I also think a walk first thing in the morning is ideal for most breeds as the nights can feel long for dogs. I'd follow their usual feeding routine but if they are fed in the morning I'd do that before the walk as usually they like to do their business after a meal! I can walk a dog up to 1,5 hours to 2 hours at a time if they require it. During the day I keep an eye on them and provide a space they can have to themselves to decompress. If they need a bit of stimulation, I can engage in a few games with them in the garden. My partner and I are "home bodies" so I'm usually home for the whole day except for a short outing to the local shop, and in most cases my partner will also be at home working. A late afternoon/early evening walk is also possible if they need it, sometimes this can be a short walk around a couple of blocks in the neighbourhood or further afield depending on the dog. Evenings are usually very quiet and relaxing but the dog is let out into the garden multiple times before securing the house and heading to bed. The dog is welcome to sleep in our bedroom on their bed if that is needed or in our living room. And finally, if the dog enjoys affection and human interaction then I have cuddles available by the truckload! I think it's important to follow a routine that feels healthy, comfortable and safe for the dog. Understanding their needs for diet, sleep, interaction and walking is important. In hot weather I would be sure to walk a dog outside of the hottest times of the day especially for dogs with thick coats. I carry a water bottle with me on walks at all times to ensure the dog is properly hyrdated. Before walking your dog for the first time, I'll check with you if they are comfortable around other dogs and people, or if they prefer not to interact at all. Some dogs are nervous of other dogs, and senior dogs often prefer to be left alone, especially by younger dogs. I'm careful to avoid any interaction that may not be comfortable. Giving a dog plenty of time to stretch their legs and also take in the scents and sounds is important and often the best way to keep them relaxed and content for the whole day ahead. Our home has a fenced garden, no other pets and no children so it provides a relaxing environment for any dog. I'd dedicate a space to put their bed which can be theirs for the duration to sleep and decompress.
