“Evee had a wonderful stay with Tatiana and clearly enjoyed her time! We appreciated the regular updates with videos and photos, which kept us reassured. It was also comforting to know they have a doggy camera at home for extra peace of mind.”

About: I love dogs. I have been dealing with dogs since I was a child. I have been working as a dog walker for 5 years. During that time, I have walked more than 30 dogs We walk the dogs five times a day. Gladstone Park is nearby. We go there for walks. We feed them at the request of the owners. We play during walks and try to satisfy the dogs' need for exercise. It is safety flat. Closed they wont'be able to go anywhere. After walk I will wash them if needed . Remove plants from their fur, check their paws.
“Tun and David are very professional and easy going, Otto was there once last year and got so excited when he realised he was going back! They sent photos and updates and he seemed to really enjoy his holiday. Recommend!”

“Second time I’ve left my dog with Jonathan safe in the knowledge he’d have a great time. Kept me updated with the lovely walks they took him on and how he was getting on generally.”

About: I'm passionate about dogs of all kinds and have been involved with dogs (& cats) one way or another my whole life. I grew up with dogs and learned first-hand the real-life care they need and deserve. Recently I've been involved in rescuing, fostering and dog-sitting in my home for my local community and have enjoyed it so much I decided creating a profile on Rover would be an excellent idea. But even in my 20's I used to dog-sit in clients' homes regularly, sometimes for up to a month at a time. I'm also a volunteer for the Advanced Dog Ownership Initiative, a new scheme developed by my dog professional colleagues, to help encourage and support responsible dog ownership, which has helped me improve my own understanding dog interaction and ownership. I've also previously worked as a volunteer for a London-based animal rescue which has contributed to my passion for animal welfare. I'm able to adapt to each dogs personality, size and breed, having looked after everything from big unneutered, untrained Huskies & Bouviers, all the way down to active Jack Russels and Scottish Terriers. I take into account each dogs sensitivities, for example, some dogs do not like contact with other dogs while out on a walk, and some need a good 2 hours out in the park, whereas some only need 2 shorter walks a day. Some dogs need stimulation during the day and others just need a good chunk of downtime to decompress. Each dog is different and I accommodate their needs accordingly. The only reason my partner and I do not currently have a dog is that we would prefer to improve our finances before making the commitment to bringing home a dog. My experience in fostering and owning dogs in the past has helped me understand fully what an important decision it is. So helping others care for their beloved hounds is the next best thing! I am a freelance creative who largely works from home, and only rarely has to work on-site. If that is unavoidable, my partner who is also experienced with dogs will be able to be home. However, if I know I'll be caring for a dog at the time I'll prefer to be home for the entire period, and I will try to arrange it that way. In the mornings, I think it's important to immediately let the dog out into the garden. I also think a walk first thing in the morning is ideal for most breeds as the nights can feel long for dogs. I'd follow their usual feeding routine but if they are fed in the morning I'd do that before the walk as usually they like to do their business after a meal! I can walk a dog up to 1,5 hours to 2 hours at a time if they require it. During the day I keep an eye on them and provide a space they can have to themselves to decompress. If they need a bit of stimulation, I can engage in a few games with them in the garden. My partner and I are "home bodies" so I'm usually home for the whole day except for a short outing to the local shop, and in most cases my partner will also be at home working. A late afternoon/early evening walk is also possible if they need it, sometimes this can be a short walk around a couple of blocks in the neighbourhood or further afield depending on the dog. Evenings are usually very quiet and relaxing but the dog is let out into the garden multiple times before securing the house and heading to bed. The dog is welcome to sleep in our bedroom on their bed if that is needed or in our living room. And finally, if the dog enjoys affection and human interaction then I have cuddles available by the truckload! I think it's important to follow a routine that feels healthy, comfortable and safe for the dog. Understanding their needs for diet, sleep, interaction and walking is important. In hot weather I would be sure to walk a dog outside of the hottest times of the day especially for dogs with thick coats. I carry a water bottle with me on walks at all times to ensure the dog is properly hyrdated. Before walking your dog for the first time, I'll check with you if they are comfortable around other dogs and people, or if they prefer not to interact at all. Some dogs are nervous of other dogs, and senior dogs often prefer to be left alone, especially by younger dogs. I'm careful to avoid any interaction that may not be comfortable. Giving a dog plenty of time to stretch their legs and also take in the scents and sounds is important and often the best way to keep them relaxed and content for the whole day ahead. Our home has a fenced garden, no other pets and no children so it provides a relaxing environment for any dog. I'd dedicate a space to put their bed which can be theirs for the duration to sleep and decompress.

Our dog was well looked after (she even cooked the food and fed him), and we really appreciated the communication and updates. It meant so much knowing our dog was in such safe and loving hands. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.”

About: Hello, I’m James. Animals have been a constant throughout my life and caring for them has grown from a personal passion into a professional vocation. I deliver a bespoke pet care service built on a simple belief: every animal deserves care tailored to their individual needs, personality and routine. I have experience caring for dogs, cats and small animals of all ages, from energetic youngsters to seniors requiring a slower pace and extra support. I am comfortable administering most routine medications, maintaining established training routines and adapting my approach to suit nervous, anxious or rescue animals. What sets me apart is that I never treat pets as numbers. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every booking begins with understanding what makes your pet feel safe, comfortable and happy. Some animals want adventure and enrichment; others want consistency, quiet company and reassurance. During your pet’s stay or while they are in my care, you can expect regular updates, photographs and honest communication. I know how important trust is when somebody else is caring for a beloved family member. Whether you need walks, drop-in visits, house sitting or overnight care, my goal is always the same: for your pet to feel secure, understood and genuinely cared for while you’re away. 20+ years caring for companion animals • Experience with puppies, senior pets and rescue animals • Comfortable administering routine medications • Knowledge of positive reinforcement and reward-based training • Experienced with multi-pet households • Regular photo and video updates provided I am available seven days per week. As a full-time dog walker/sitter/trainer/carer I can be as flexible as you need me to be. I'm here to help you! I love being outside and can go for as long a walk as your dog can handle! I will follow your lead, though it is worth noting that my training style doesn’t include treats - if you insist, I will use them.

I provide a spacious, smoker-free house with a private garden for some accompanied outdoor time and lots and lots of cuddles. I will give regular updates and photos of your pup and how they're doing and though I don't have my own, I would love to get some pets one day, and in the meantime, I'll be happy to give your animals the love and support our furry companions deserve. Feel free to reach out with any questions and I'd be happy to answer! I've taken a break from work for the next month so I'm based at home everyday. I'll be able to spend as much time as possible with them, and when I go out, my sister loves animals just as much as me and would be taking care of them. When I start work again, I will be working from home a few days in the week with my sister Joy at home on the other days. (there's always someone at home). We're very much homebodies, so most weekends, we're chilling at home, watching tv, doing art, reading or playing games, baking - the works! My home and neighbourhood is very quiet and my house is smoke free! We tend to keep the house clean and don't have windows wide open to risk any animals jumping out. My sister and I keep a track of when we've fed them, if they've had some play time and their overall wellbeing. With that being said, I think that their downtime is also very important as it gives them time to balance their energy, and I know this by gauging their body language. If I'm to have anyone around, I make sure that they are happy and comfortable with animals both for their sake and the pets' sake, as it's not fair on either one if there is tension.

“Obi-Wan enjoyed his time with Amiee as if he were living in a 5-star hotel. She took care of him very well, often staying longer than required to play with and clean after him. She advised us on how to take care of him better. She prepared another toilet for him and always cleaned around. Amiee really understands cats and their needs. This was the first time he was with a sitter and he did stop eating at first, she very kindly bought some alternative wet food and kept an eye on him until he was back eating and drinking as usual. I got regular updates which again helped put my mind at ease. Will definitely be booking again with Tatiana!”

“Priya wqs very kind with Pickles. She was very keen on understanding, and adapting to Pickles’ needs, and schedule. I received frequent updates, and I am sure Pickles enjoyed his stay as well - he was very happy to meet her again. Thank you, Priya for taking care of Pickles.”

“We were travelling to London for the day to go to the theatre and at the last minute I decided we needed a dog sitter close by. Our dog is very elderly and suffers from anxiety and weak back legs so really needed to be with someone at home all day who could keep her company. Rupwinder truly came to our rescue with a fast response to my messages so I could get Minnie booked in for the next day. Rupwinder is so kind and clearly has an affinity with animals. She really looked after our old girl meaning we could enjoy a day out as a family without worrying about her. Would thoroughly recommend Rupwinder if you need a dog sitter.”

About: Hello! I’m Shanshan. I live in Wembley with my husband, we have a 5-year-old rescue dog, Badun. My passion for dogs started in Beijing, where I spent several years as a volunteer at a dog rescue station. I’ve worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes, helping them recover and find new homes. In fact, I rescued Badun myself from an abandoned construction site! She has traveled with me across three countries—Beijing to Tokyo, and now London. Badun is very calm and loves having new friends come to stay! Why Pick Me? • Patience & Behavioral Expertise: I have a "calm energy" and am highly observant of dog body language. Having worked with many rescues and puppies, I am incredibly patient with dogs and always willing to go the extra mile to help a dog feel safe. • Scientific Care & Respect for Routine: I believe in "Scientific Dog Raising" (Positive Reinforcement) and understand that a consistent routine is a dog's "safety net." My professional background makes me deeply responsible; I will follow your feeding, walking, and nap schedules with 100% accuracy. • Constant Companionship: Since I am currently based at home full time, I can provide your pet with constant attention and companionship. Your dog won't be left alone and will have my full focus throughout the day. I am currently preparing for my exams, which means I am home almost every day. This allows me to provide constant companionship and plenty of playtime for your dogs. I am very flexible with my schedule and can accommodate boarding during the week and on weekends, ensuring your pet is never left alone for long periods. I live in a secure environment in Wembley where your dog’s safety is my top priority. I have my own dog, Badun, who is very calm and friendly. Your pets can play and rest anywhere—the sofa, the bed, or in a crate if they prefer. There is a small garden and a dog-run area right below the apartment which is perfect for toilet breaks, and the neighborhood is very friendly for longer dog walks.
“Pei Ying provided a wonderful daycare service for my dogs. She communicated clearly and kept me updated on Bala and Lucifer’s well-being throughout the day. The environment was also fantastic! I highly recommend her!”

“Communication was great from start to finish, very prompt responses, and they kept us updated with photos throughout the day. We really liked that Adrianna and Miguel wanted to get to know more about Rufus - routine, habits and any concerns etc - ahead of the booking, so that he was as comfortable as possible in their home. They were also happy to arrange a meet and greet. Rufus had a wonderful time. We would definitely use them again.”

“From the moment we interacted on the Rover app until the moment I collected Chanel, Beatriz was really responsive, friendly, welcoming and very easy going. Our Chanel loved being in Beatriz's company. Chanel is a miniature breed and therefore is sceptical of new surroundings and people but Beatriz made her feel at home right away and took away all my worries. I was very comfortable leaving Chanel with Beatriz and would highly recommend.”

“Hetvi is the best dog sitter a dog owner could ask for! We visited her twice before boarding and I was confident after the first visit my Dachshund would love her, I was right, the second time we met up he ran straight to her! On day of boarding I was updated with lots of photos and videos and when he came home he slept like a baby-so tired from all the fun! Honestly couldn’t recommend Hetvi enough, she listens to everything I tell her and looks after him like he’s her own. Thank you so much, love me and Hugo❤️”

“What a lovey family, they were very warm, welcoming and provided exceptional care for Luffy for the day. He returned happy having had lots of playtime, walks and fed onetime.”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my genuine passion for animals of all kinds and my commitment to treating every pet as if they were my own. I have 5 years experience caring for dogs, cats, and small animals, including administering medications, supporting senior pets with special needs, and helping train puppies with basic commands and good habits. I focus on creating a safe, loving, and stress-free environment so your pets feel happy and secure while you’re away. Fun-loving and patient—ready to make each walk an adventure!! Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine because I’m currently not working, which allows me to dedicate my full attention to the pets I look after. I have a flexible schedule, so I can provide frequent walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship throughout the day. This means I can adapt to each pet’s needs and maintain their regular routines without time constraints. In my home, I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable space where pets can relax, play, and feel at ease. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, and any special care instructions. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I treat their space with respect and ensure their pets receive the same love, attention, and consistency they’re used to. My priority is always the pet’s happiness, health, and comfort. My garden is also completely fenced and in a quiet area.

About: I’ve always had a passion for animal behaviour and previously worked as a dolphin trainer, where I developed a strong understanding of learning theory, operant conditioning, and reading animal body language. I’m now working towards a career in canine behaviour and training, and dog walking gives me the opportunity to get to know dogs as individuals while providing them with safe, engaging, and reliable care. In addition to working with dolphins, I was responsible for the mental and physical enrichment of a variety of exotic animals at a rescue centre—another role that deepened my passion for animal welfare and behaviour. Alongside my experience with marine mammals and exotic animals, I’ve also looked after dogs as a house sitter for numerous families. Every dog is different, and I’m excited to continue expanding my knowledge of canine behaviour while giving each dog the care, patience, and attention they deserve. Whether your dog enjoys an energetic adventure or a calm sniffing walk, I’ll tailor each outing to their personality and individual needs. My goal is for every dog to return home happy, fulfilled, and well cared for. I’m happy to offer longer walks of 2–3 hours for dogs that enjoy extended outings and have the owner’s approval. I’ll always follow your instructions regarding routines, lead use, training preferences, and any behavioural or medical considerations to ensure your dog is safe, comfortable, and well cared for. My priority is making sure every dog has a safe, enjoyable experience tailored to their individual needs. Whether your dog prefers an active adventure or a slower sniffing walk, I’ll adapt the walk to suit their personality, age, and energy level. At the moment, I offer dog walking only and don’t provide boarding or care in my own home. I am happy to pick up dog in your home at the agreed time.

Aside from a few planned trips each year, I have excellent availability, especially with advance bookings. I live in a pet-friendly apartment with two spacious balconies and access to a designated outdoor area for walks within the building. The home is bright, comfortable, and enriched with toys and stimulation.
“We had a great experience with Shyla. She is so energetic and spreads her positivity around. She was so caring, attentive, and very loving. Our dog was well looked after (she even cooked the food and fed him), and we really appreciated the communication and updates. It meant so much knowing our dog was in such safe and loving hands. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.”

“Tenny did an amazing job with Taco, she made her feel right at home and was so patient and cuddly with her. I loved all the picture and video updates a well, it really kept my mind at ease. I know Taco had an amazing time with Tenny and I wouldn’t hesitate to leave her in Tenny’s care again!”

“Elizabeth is lovely and it was really easy arranging things with her. My two dogs loved her immediately and were very happy staying with her. She also sent updates and photos. I would definitely use her again ☺️”

“Dolly had the best time staying with Diana and her family. We received regular updates and photos on how Dolly was settling in and Dolly and Akira (Diane's lovely dog) soon became great friends. This was the first time we have used Diana for dog boarding but we will definitely be using again.”

Nevertheless, Jessica came as an absolute guardian angel. She knew exactly how to handle him, and gave me daily updates with adorable pictures and cute anecdotes! I will now always choose Jessica to take care of Puck, who has now formed a bond with her. Thank you so much Jessica! Can’t recommend her enough!”

“Maisie just had her second holiday with the lovely Pierre and Vagner. Absolutely wonderful foster dads to our dog. Couldn't ask for anything more from them in terms of love and care. Thank you both again. She can't wait for her next stay in August !”
