“Speaking of a home away from home for my little kitty cat Lucas. Leticia couldn’t be more accommodating and thoughtful. From the food, to picking him up, sending pictures and videos, and giving him outdoor time, not to mention the cardboard CASTLE. Yes a full size homemade kitty cat CASTLE she built for the cats 🐈⬛. I couldn’t be happier and calmer knowing Lucas is safe and having a great time.”

“Tun proves himself to be the best sitter I have used. He is very good with communication and send plenty of pictures which is always appreciated. I will continue to use him as my go to sitter.”

About: I love dogs. I have been dealing with dogs since I was a child. I have been working as a dog walker for 5 years. During that time, I have walked more than 30 dogs We walk the dogs five times a day. Gladstone Park is nearby. We go there for walks. We feed them at the request of the owners. We play during walks and try to satisfy the dogs' need for exercise. It is safety flat. Closed they wont'be able to go anywhere. After walk I will wash them if needed . Remove plants from their fur, check their paws.
“This was our first time leaving Ray with someone other then the family member . Our initial apprehension was very quickly replaced with total confidence , sense of security and knowledge of Ray being well look after by Monika who provided daily video updates and photos of their daily activities. Monika is by far the most reliable and professional person and we would highly recommend her to anyone seeking such a service , especially the first timers . We will most certainly work with Monika again and planning any holidays from now on became so much easier for us. Great service and thank you once again for taking care of our Ray.”

“Jonathan looked after Momo over NYE which was a great help as I didn’t want him to be alone at home. From the beginning he was very fast at replying to my messages and made the process really easy. I got photo and video updates of Momo which is always appreciated, and he seemed very happy when I picked him up. I would definitely recommend Jonathan as a dog sitter and will certainly consider him next time we need help with Momo!”

“Tatiana and her husband are wonderful dog sitters. They played with Winnie and sent wonderful updates. They also have great control with Winnie whilst she is on walks, making sure she does not pull (she’s a notorious puller). Thank you so much!”

“Having never left Bubba with a sitter before, I was quite nervous about finding the right person for him, especially as I’m constantly told he’s a bit needy and can be a handful! After meeting a couple of potential sitters, I immediately felt at ease with Meropi. She sent daily updates and photos, took him out on adventures, and just fitted him into her everyday life while still maintaining his usual routine. From the photos and updates, it was clear he was having the best time. He stayed for 5 nights and by the end of it he looked completely smitten with both Meropi and her partner! I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience and wouldn’t hesitate to leave Bubba with her again. Highly recommend ☺️”

“Zoranye took such great care of Harry. I think they’ve become real friends! I was so pleased with her responsive communication and that she shared photos from every walk each day. It gave me real peace of mind. I will certainly book with her again.”

“Prince had a lovely time with Vesela and her family- they were very patient despite prince being quite nervous! Received many photos throughout the day aswell which made us feel very comfortable knowing he was enjoying his time. Prince will definitely be returning, and we would recommended Vesela :)”

About: My family always had dogs since I can remember and at some point we also had a cat, a myna and a parrot. I was always surrounded by animals growing up and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. I am also a children’s nurse so I can quickly pick up on and cater to any medical needs for your pet. I work full time and do shift work but on my day offs, I would love to spend time with some furry friends and give them all the love they need! I live in a flat with another girl who loves animal as well. I can cater to your pet’s specific needs as I do know that every pet is different and would needed to be communicated clearly.

“I had such a wonderful experience with Alex looking after my little Filomena. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish incredibly kind, caring, and always very quick to respond to my messages, which gave me so much peace of mind. Her home is beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean, and I could immediately tell that Filomena was going to be in a lovely environment. Alex was also incredibly accommodating and happy to help with any of my requests, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would be more than happy to trust Alex with Filomena again. Highly recommended! ❤️”

“We are so glad we found Moesha to look after our kitten Plato while we were away. Moesha did everything she could to make Plato feel at home and well cared for especially as he was very nervous and had an ear infection. In addition to lots of patience and affection Moesha gave Plato medication, cleaned his ears and gave him ear drops. Moesha also had a great cat tree and other toys for Plato to enjoy. Moesha was kind enough to send us daily videos and photos which was so nice and reassuring. We will definitely ask Moesha to look after Plato next time we go away and are more than happy to recommend her. Thank you so much!”

“Fernando and Sergio looked after our energetic dog Indy for a long weekend whilst we were abroad. We had a meet and greet prior to this and the boys and their gorgeous dog could not have been more friendly. Super reassuring with loads of photos and videos - Indy had an absolute blast with them. I felt such ease knowing that they loved him like their own and would recommend Fernando and Sergio to anyone.”

“Tainá is one of the best dog sitters we’ve had! She is super friendly, followed all of the care instructions for Lily, sent lots of lovely photos and kept me updated at all times. Lily came back super happy and relaxed and in all the photos she looked extremely comfortable. Thank you so much and we’ll definitely return ❤️”

“Fantastic experience of boarding with Nicole. It was Aramis’ first time and we left him for more than 2 weeks. We had a prior meeting at Nicole’s house to make sure Aramis will be comfortable there. Nicole took fantastic care of him and sent regular and detailed reports. Aramis came back happy and healthy. Nicole also has a great house with a big garden, very convenient for doggies. I wholeheartedly recommend!”

“Absolutely amazing and wonderful as a pet sitter! I needed a last minute overnight stay and Anushka replied so quickly! She updated me with everything that Gizmo has done, which did make me feel at ease as it was his first overnight stay! I would absolutely recommend her!”

About: My care approach is tailored to each cat’s needs, including specialised feeding, litter box cleaning, and providing enrichment activities that suit their individual personalities. I ensure they feel safe and comfortable, grooming them, trimming claws, and even attending to matted fur. My experience spans a diverse range of cats, from purebreds like Sphynx and long-haired Siberians to rescues and mixed breeds. I care for cats of all ages, from neo-natal kittens to geriatric care, with my oldest ward currently being 16 years old and having looked after my own who lived till she was 21! Additionally, I have experience caring for cats with special medical needs, ans I am confident in administering oral and topical medications, including those requiring timed medication for conditions like FOPS and depression. I’ve also cared for cats with anxiety issues and those undergoing veterinary treatments, providing them with necessary medicated baths and transporting them to the vet for ongoing care. Each cat under my care receives the attention, respect, and compassion they deserve, reflecting my deep commitment to their health and happiness. I’m confident giving oral and topical medication, including timed medication for cats with ongoing conditions. I can read cats and their personalities, and they tend to sense it too. If I notice something that needs attention beyond the original brief, I’ll always flag it and go the extra mile rather than stick strictly to scope.

About: When I was eight, my parents took me to a cat rescue centre, where I instantly wanted to take them all home. I formed a special bond with a shy nine-month-old tabby boy hiding in the corner, as I saw a little of myself in him. Sadly, we were told the next day that he had been adopted, and I was heartbroken. A week later, the centre called to say he had been returned because he didn't get along with the other owner's cats. That was when he finally came home with us- and he's been my very loved, not-so-little tabby boy ever since. I house sat for a family friend on multiple occasions. I cared for their senior indoor cat, which included feeding her, cleaning her litter box, giving her plenty of attention, playtime and cuddles, and making sure she always feels safe and comfortable. Skills - Understanding cat behaviour and body language - Building trust with shy cats - Feeding a daily routines - Litter tray care - Play and enrichment - Patience and gentle handling - Recognising changes in behaviour - Keeping cats safe and comfortable

“This was my first time using this service and I was very worried but Viktoriia was wonderful. She come to meet us and then to collect the keys. We were extremely happy.”

She is extraordinarily caring, affectionate, and genuinely loves animals—I could tell from the pictures and videos she sent me that my cats felt at ease and got all the care and cuddles they could ever ask for. She sent daily updates with pictures and videos. Seeing them so happy, relaxed, and well-cared for made my trip worry-free. She goes above and beyond, and I will definitely be booking her again in the future when needed.”

“Nicol was amazing with our cat! She is super professional and made sure Cookie had everything she needed everyday while we were away. It was the first time we left her home alone for a holiday and we were quite anxious, but after seeing how fantastic Nicol was being with her we felt super relived! Honestly we couldn’t recommend Nicol enough!”

About: I’d love my own pet but unfortunately not in the place to have one of my own - this doesn’t stop me from giving love to others’ pets! I've taken care of dogs growing up. I had my own. I have now had my own cat for 5 years, and absolutely adore her. I love to take the pups outside for a walk, or to the dog park. However, I'm a sucker for some good cuddles too! I'm currently working as a trainee solicitor. My hours and days are quite flexible, spending time working hybrid and studying from home for my bar. I am located close to public transportation, therefore commute to different areas of the city is easy. I am a very gentle and respectful person, therefore I would take care of the home in which I am caring for the furry friend. I am certain to make sure the animals get the required care. I love being active so multiple walks is not a problem.

About: Hello! I am a newly qualified veterinary surgeon with a lifelong love of animals. Alongside my veterinary degree, I worked for almost three years in an out-of-hours vet practice. During this time I supported the clinical team in treating dogs and cats with a wide range of conditions, giving me invaluable experience with pets of all ages, breeds and personalities. I understand that every pet is different. Whether your dog likes a long walk, your puppy is still finding its feet, or your older pet just prefers plenty of cuddles, I'll tailor my care to their individual routine and treat your pet as if they were my own. I'm also confident administering medication if required. My priority is to always make sure your pet feels safe, relaxed and loved while you're away. I can appreciate how important communication is, so I keep owners updated with regular messages, photos and videos, giving you complete peace of mind. I'm currently taking a short break before starting my role as a veterinary surgeon in September, so I have plenty of flexibility and am available throughout the week during the day and in the evenings. Once I begin work, I plan to continue offering pet care alongside my veterinary career because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals outside of the clinic. I'll always keep my calendar up to date and only accept bookings that I know I can fully commit to, ensuring every pet receives the time, attention and care they deserve. Your pet's safety, comfort and happiness are always my top priorities. I live in a spacious flat on a quiet residential estate that backs onto a beautiful nature reserve, providing plenty of opportunities for enjoyable walks in a peaceful environment. I always follow each pet's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise and any medication they require. With my veterinary training I can recognise signs that a pet may not be feeling well and can respond appropriately if any concerns arise. I understand how important trust is when leaving your pet with someone else, so I'll provide regular updates, photos and videos throughout their stay or visit if wanted/needed, giving you complete peace of mind while you're away.

“Hetvi is the best dog sitter a dog owner could ask for! We visited her twice before boarding and I was confident after the first visit my Dachshund would love her, I was right, the second time we met up he ran straight to her! On day of boarding I was updated with lots of photos and videos and when he came home he slept like a baby-so tired from all the fun! Honestly couldn’t recommend Hetvi enough, she listens to everything I tell her and looks after him like he’s her own. Thank you so much, love me and Hugo❤️”

About: I have had three Shih Tzu from puppy-hood to old age. Although two of them have passed away, I am still taking care of an old 15-year-old dog. So I am very I am willing to take care of elderly dogs or dogs that need extra care. I have over 30 years of experience caring for dogs. Throughout my life, I've looked after dogs of all ages, including three beloved senior dogs, giving me a deep understanding of their physical and emotional needs. As a fellow dog lover, I know that relocating to a new country and settling into a new environment can be overwhelming for both dogs and their families. That's why I offer a caring, patient, and reassuring environment where your dog can feel safe and comfortable. I am particularly experienced in caring for dogs from Hong Kong. Familiar language can provide enormous comfort during times of change, so I communicate with dogs in Cantonese whenever possible. Whether it's gentle encouragement, affection, or familiar commands such as "Sit" (坐低), "Come" (過嚟), and "Good boy/girl" (乖仔/乖女), I'll help your dog feel understood and at ease. My priority is to treat every dog as if they were my own—providing plenty of attention, companionship, exercise, and care tailored to their individual personality and needs. You can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your furry family member is in experienced, loving hands. I am still taking care of a 14-year-old dog. I take care of his diet, grooming, such as clean eyes and ears and brush teeth on every day. And I give the medicine when it’s needed.I usually walk with him around my apartment. When taking care of my dog at home, if the weather is cold, I will give it clothes to keep it warm. Because it is old and its movements may be slow, I need to take care of it more patiently. I try to spend as much time as possible interacting with the dog to make it cheerful and take care of the dog according to the owner's requirements of other pet owners.

“Tenny provided great day care for our dog Bowie. Regular pictures and updates were sent and Tenny went above and beyond by giving Bowie a bath when he got a little dirty out playing in the field on his walk (was unnecessary as he really wasn't that messy but much appreciated). Would definitely recommend 5*”

“We were travelling to London for the day to go to the theatre and at the last minute I decided we needed a dog sitter close by. Our dog is very elderly and suffers from anxiety and weak back legs so really needed to be with someone at home all day who could keep her company. Rupwinder truly came to our rescue with a fast response to my messages so I could get Minnie booked in for the next day. Rupwinder is so kind and clearly has an affinity with animals. She really looked after our old girl meaning we could enjoy a day out as a family without worrying about her. Would thoroughly recommend Rupwinder if you need a dog sitter.”

About: I’ve grown up with French Bulldogs since I was five, as my parents have always had them at home. They currently have two Frenchies, including one adopted dog who had behavioural issues, which taught me to be patient and understanding of dogs with different personalities and needs. I’ve also volunteered at an animal shelter caring for abused animals, where I cleaned kennels and took dogs for walks. In addition, I’ve previously dog-sat a variety of breeds and sizes, from Golden Retrievers to Toy Poodles. I’m comfortable caring for dogs with different temperaments and always aim to make them feel safe, happy and well cared for. I have experience with cats too. I’m currently in the process of transitioning between jobs, which means I have plenty of availability and can dedicate a lot of time to caring for your dog. I live in a secure apartment with access to several private terraces where dogs can safely enjoy some outdoor space. The Wembley area has plenty of options for dog walking, and I also love taking dogs to Hampstead Heath and other nearby parks for longer walks and plenty of exercise.

When caring for pets in your home, I try to keep to their routine as much as I can to make sure they are as comfortable and happy as possible.

“Stephanie is a blessing in disguise and I will highly recommend her to anyone who needs a dog walker! After the stress of moving homes I was in a desperate need for a local reliable regular dog walker and I was lucky enough to find Stephanie. My dog absolutely loves her and will run straight up to her when I bump into her at the park, a tell tale sign of how happy he is. He enjoys walks with her and fellow four legged companions. I couldn’t thank Stephanie more for easing me and koala into this new neighbourhood.”

“Tenny did an amazing job with my dogs. She was reliable, caring, and clearly has a natural connection with animals. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. The dogs were happy, calm, and well looked after. I’ll definitely be using her services again in the future. So happy to have found someone I can truly trust. Highly recommended!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember, but my most meaningful experience comes from raising my own. I adopted my dog, Pablo when he was just 20 days old, found on the streets and in need of a home. Over the past 8 years, I’ve nurtured him through every stage of life — from bottle-feeding and puppy training to understanding the unique needs of a senior dog. That journey taught me far more than books ever could: how to read a dog’s tones and body language almost like second nature, how to sense their moods and needs, and how to create an environment where they feel safe, understood, and loved. I’ve become confident in puppy care (feeding, socialization, toilet training), as well as the patience and attentiveness required for older dogs. Nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being are areas I’m especially mindful of ; knowing what works, what doesn’t, and how to adapt care to the individual dog. What truly sets me apart is that I don’t see pet sitting as a service — I treat every dog as if they were my own. Their comfort, happiness, and health always come first. Hello! My name is Supti, and I’m a friendly, approachable, and devoted dog lover who connects easily with pets. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and have a natural ability to understand their moods, body language, and needs, which helps me make every dog feel comfortable and cared for. I offer pet boarding, doggy day care, and dog walking, tailoring activities to each pet’s personality - from long walks and runs to games like fetch or frisbee, or just quiet cuddle time for those who prefer calm company. My pet care experience began years ago back in India, during my bachelor’s degree. Alongside helping friends and neighbors with their pets, I also adopted my own dog when he was just 20 days old. Raising him from a tiny street puppy into a healthy, happy adult taught me everything from basic puppy care, training, and feeding routines to understanding dog behavior, health needs, and the special patience senior dogs require. That hands-on journey has shaped the way I approach every dog I look after - with attentiveness, empathy, and love. Currently, I’m pursuing my MSc at the University of Surrey and I don’t have any other part-time commitments. This means I’m available throughout the week with flexible hours, and can dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. All I ask is a day’s notice to make arrangements. When your dog is with me, you can be sure they’ll be treated like family - cared for, played with, and kept safe at all times. Their happiness and comfort are always my first priority. I live in a bright, airy one-bedroom flat in a very pet-friendly community. The space is calm and welcoming, with plenty of space for dogs to feel comfortable and at ease. My partner lives with me, so there’s always an extra pair of hands (and extra affection!) available when caring for pets. And your fur baby is welcome to sleep with us in bed! The area around my home is ideal for walks, with safe, scenic routes and green spaces where dogs can enjoy fresh air and exercise. I make sure to tailor each walk to the dog’s age, energy level, and personality - whether that means a gentle stroll for a senior dog or a playful, engaging walk for a puppy.

“Tun proves himself to be the best sitter I have used. He is very good with communication and send plenty of pictures which is always appreciated. I will continue to use him as my go to sitter.”

“Tatiana and her husband are wonderful dog sitters. They played with Winnie and sent wonderful updates. They also have great control with Winnie whilst she is on walks, making sure she does not pull (she’s a notorious puller). Thank you so much!”
