Ingryd was great while taking care of Zack for 9 days while we were away. She was prompt and active with updates, responses and photos. She also is a very nice human being which made us really like her throughout the time we were away and we felt Zack was safe. Kendal House sat for us for a full week. It was very reassuring to have someone in the house looking after our dog and cat and getting regular feedback and photos of how relaxed they all were.
