“Gigi loved staying with Melek. Usually she would be restless and anxious when we leave but with Melek, I saw that she was quite comfortable. When you have a pet with separation anxiety you either feel guilty or share the anxiety when you need to leave them. Frequent videos and pictures of Gigi being calm and cool were really helpful in putting my mind at ease. Would totally recommend Melek, she is kind, thoughtful, attentive and very loving.”

About: Hi there! I’m Emma, a passionate and dedicated dog owner/walker with 10+ years of experience in pet care. I’m currently looking to fill the big dog shaped hole in my life that appeared since I moved to London away from my three family dogs back home. From manic spaniels to slipper-sitting terriers, I love all dog breeds (and cats too!). I understand that your furry friends are part of your family (much like mine), and I strive to provide the best possible care and companionship for them whilst you're away I currently work full time in central London. My hours are 9.30 to 5.30ish but I do work from home twice a week and will be available to walk at lunch. Weekends are my prime walking/sitting time aside from weekday evenings. I live in a one bedroomed flat with ample room for tug of war, cuddles and snooze time. Dogs/cats always welcome and are free to explore everywhere. I’m also very communicative so happy to send you pictures throughout the day of your pet. I also live 1km from Richmond park so there is ample space for a run around in the woodlands.

I’m an actor and freelance creative with a passion for animals, and would love the opportunity to bring both you and your doggo some daily joy!🤗🐶 I’ve previously worked for brands such as Butternut Box where I’ve spent time with a variety of dogs and their parents, and I know that like us, every dog is unique and so is the care and attention they deserve! I have some puppy experience, having been an active part of my family dog’s puppy training, and in more recent years have had experience single handedly looking after multiple family dogs. I’m currently working from home so don’t have any particular restrictions on my availability at the moment, although this is subject to change. However as a freelancer I can be flexible to fit around your schedule if needed!! I live in a flat just across the road from a lovely park, very popular with dog walkers, as well as being a short distance from riverside walking paths. I have a car and happy to drive if needed.

About: Growing up I always have had dogs in the house, and my partner and I are so excited for the day when we can have one of our own. With a background in dog training, which, when younger, took me to Crufts to compete at the YKC Heelwork To Music competition, I'm great with dogs and can tailor my service based on their (and your) needs. I also used to volunteer once a week at a dog groomers as a teenager because hanging out with the dogs was so fun. New to the platform, new to the area, but definitely not new to dogs. I have recently moved to London with my partner and am currently at home full time. I am available to walk your dog (basically whenever you need me to). I often go for a run first thing in the morning and would be happy to bring your pooch if you wanted them to burn off some energy with me, or I am available throughout the day to come and walk them. I am a 15 minute walk from Richmond park, so I can take your pup on walk that suits their needs. Need 10 minutes? Easy. Needs an hour or more? Also easy.

“Chrystina stayed at our house for a week to look after our energetic Cocker Spaniel whilst we went on holiday. She came in her own time to meet our dog beforehand and learn her routine, which I was super impressed with. Whilst we were away she sent us daily photos of our dog enjoying her walks and having lots of cuddles! We returned to a very content dog and a clean and tidy home. We would have no hesitation in recommending Chrystina to friends, family and beyond. She is a true animal lover and your home and pets are safe in her hands ❤️”

She sent lots of updates about them and even managed to make our grumpy cat happy, and our house was in great shape when we came home. For the first time (maybe ever) our grumpy cat did not show his disapproval by weeing on the bed or the sofa while we were away, which is an actual miracle. I have a very flexible job with plenty of free time, so I am able to care for and play with your pets often. I work from home most days of the week, and my husband is currently at home full-time. I am completely available on weekends. I am happy to crate your dog if needed. I have a garden that is not fenced, so would always use a lead when taking pets outside. I live very close to a large park so have very easy access to areas where your dog can run around and play.

About: I'm an experienced sitter with a variety of breeds of both dogs and cats, having had cats since I was a toddler, and dogs in the extended family my whole life. As an actor who works part-time, my schedule is flexible and can accommodate a lot of contact-time with pets. When I'm not on a job or working part-time in the city, I'll be working from home. You can expect multiple (if required) daily drop-ins, walks, and overnight sitting if local. I drive and cycle so it's easy for me to get around in good time, and I'm an active person so will always be up for a dog walk (or run!). I personally own 2 cats, so the safety and understanding of individual pet personalities is paramount to me! Additionally, as a homeowner, I also have great appreciation and respect for maintaining a clean and safe environment for the pet-owners I would be working with.

Note: I have a small dog of my own, a friendly male Coton Du Tulear, Merlin 🐶🐾 Our home is nestled centrally in Richmond, where we have access to a small fenced garden. We also live nearby beautiful parks and can take your dog for short or long walks as needed. My husband, Anders, and I work from home with flexibility most days so perfect for day time walks and ensuring your dogs receives our attention and care. We can host dogs up to 15 kgs, as our house is small and I want your dog to have enough space to play and relax. Your dog will have free run of the house and can sleep wherever you prefer if boarding. Our dog, Merlin, is friendly and gets on very well with other dogs, he loves to play but will match your dog’s energy and respect their space. We usually take Merlin out for a 1 hour walk a day or for two shorter walks (about 30 mins each). We can fit into your dog's schedule though as Merlin is happy to go out at any time. My goal is to provide a safe, loving environment where your dog can feel relaxed and at home. I understand that every dog owner has their own set of peculiar rules and I will take great care to follow all instructions and schedules provided. We only host one dog at a time, that way your dog can have our undivided attention. We'll provide regular updates, photos, and videos via Rover or WhatsApp, so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your dog is settled and having a nice time. Merlin, Anders and I are all eagerly anticipating hosting and getting to know your four-legged friend ^.^ We work from home so our schedule is quite adaptable to your pup. We take Merlin for 2-3 walks a day (each ranging from 20-30 minutes, for a minimum of an hour a day) and for a nice longer walk on weekends. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a comfortable and safe environment where they can feel at ease. This includes offering designated spaces for them to rest and play, regular walks or outdoor activities, and adhering to their feeding and medication schedules as instructed by the owner. Additionally, I ensure that my home is pet-proofed and free of any hazards.
