About: I’ve been surrounded by animals for most of my life, and caring for pets has always felt natural to me. Growing up, our family home was full of life with dogs, and that experience shaped how comfortable and attentive I am with animals of different personalities. We had two dogs in particular who left a lasting impression on me. My sister had a cocker spaniel who was affectionate and playful, and later during my university years I had a Weimaraner—full of energy and always ready for adventure. He and I quickly bonded over our shared love of morning runs, so I’m especially confident handling active, high-energy dogs who need both physical exercise and mental stimulation. More recently, our family welcomed a cockapoo who still lives with my sister, and I’ve remained closely involved in caring for him whenever I visit. Overall, I’m calm, reliable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals—whether that’s going for a long walk, keeping them company at home, or making sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. My setup works really well for pet care — I'm based at home the majority of the week, with just one day out that can flex depending on what's needed. That means I'm available for boarding almost any day, weekends included. Plenty of calm company, no rush, no stress. I live in a third floor flat, so no escape risks and a nice calm environment away from the chaos of the street. The building has a fenced garden which is great for a bit of fresh air, and if your pet needs a longer stretch, Richmond Park is just around the corner — hard to beat. No other pets in the flat, so your cat or dog gets the full run of the place and all of our attention. My 10 year old daughter absolutely loves animals, so they'll have a little devoted fan following them around too.

About: Growing up I always have had dogs in the house, and my partner and I are so excited for the day when we can have one of our own. With a background in dog training, which, when younger, took me to Crufts to compete at the YKC Heelwork To Music competition, I'm great with dogs and can tailor my service based on their (and your) needs. I also used to volunteer once a week at a dog groomers as a teenager because hanging out with the dogs was so fun. New to the platform, new to the area, but definitely not new to dogs. I have recently moved to London with my partner and am currently at home full time. I am available to walk your dog (basically whenever you need me to). I often go for a run first thing in the morning and would be happy to bring your pooch if you wanted them to burn off some energy with me, or I am available throughout the day to come and walk them. I am a 15 minute walk from Richmond park, so I can take your pup on walk that suits their needs. Need 10 minutes? Easy. Needs an hour or more? Also easy.

About: Your local pet sitter in Richmond, flexibly available! Note: I have a small dog of my own, a friendly male Coton Du Tulear, Merlin 🐶🐾 Our home is nestled centrally in Richmond, where we have access to a small fenced garden. We also live nearby beautiful parks and can take your dog for short or long walks as needed. My husband, Anders, and I work from home with flexibility most days so perfect for day time walks and ensuring your dogs receives our attention and care. We can host dogs up to 15 kgs, as our house is small and I want your dog to have enough space to play and relax. Your dog will have free run of the house and can sleep wherever you prefer if boarding. Our dog, Merlin, is friendly and gets on very well with other dogs, he loves to play but will match your dog’s energy and respect their space. We usually take Merlin out for a 1 hour walk a day or for two shorter walks (about 30 mins each). We can fit into your dog's schedule though as Merlin is happy to go out at any time. My goal is to provide a safe, loving environment where your dog can feel relaxed and at home. I understand that every dog owner has their own set of peculiar rules and I will take great care to follow all instructions and schedules provided. We only host one dog at a time, that way your dog can have our undivided attention. We'll provide regular updates, photos, and videos via Rover or WhatsApp, so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your dog is settled and having a nice time. Merlin, Anders and I are all eagerly anticipating hosting and getting to know your four-legged friend ^.^ We work from home so our schedule is quite adaptable to your pup. We take Merlin for 2-3 walks a day (each ranging from 20-30 minutes, for a minimum of an hour a day) and for a nice longer walk on weekends. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a comfortable and safe environment where they can feel at ease. This includes offering designated spaces for them to rest and play, regular walks or outdoor activities, and adhering to their feeding and medication schedules as instructed by the owner. Additionally, I ensure that my home is pet-proofed and free of any hazards.

About: I have lived with dogs and cats and the occasional hamster my whole life and adore them. I have looked after people’s pets many times throughout Covid but had to stop for a couple of years due to some work commitments. However, my availability has opened up and am very eager to get back to helping out. I am a 29 year old Pilates instructor in Richmond and Barnes. I have a flexible schedule, especially during the daytime and am excited to look after your cat or dog! I am a Pilates instructor, therefore I mostly work early mornings and have the rest of the day free. The only day I work from morning to evening, are Tuesdays. I live in the heart of Richmond and love to make use of all the green spaces. I am incredibly reliable and trusting. About: 30 year old dog lover living in Richmond. I I grew up with dogs from aged 8, we went through 3 generations! We had 5 litters with two of them and it was an incredible experience to grow up with. I love dogs so much but it’s not the right time for us to have one of our own, so I’d love to help out to whoever needs it. We often dog sit for my partners family dogs, and my sisters’ dogs. Very confident looking after and caring for dogs and would love to have a furry friend join me on my daily walks. I work from home Monday/Wednesday/Friday, in office on Tuesday and Thursday but not mandatory. I go for walks at lunchtime everyday, and often after work. We have a small courtyard garden and short walk away from Richmond park / the river. Plenty of space for a crate. We don’t currently have any pets of our own.

About: Hello fellow animal lovers! My name is Brendan and I live in the centre of Richmond with my wife and our two adorable and very friendly dogs. I've had them for 6 and 7 years respectively and before that also had 3 cats and various other pets when I was younger. I absolutely love being around pets, especially dogs as my wife and I spent a lot of time with our wonderful dogs over the last few years thanks to our flexible working circumstances, meaning that I especially get to be at home with them a lot and am now happy to share that availabilty with other fellow pet parents. Due to my work set up (working from home more than 90% of the time) I have plenty of time to support pet parents in and near Richmond (and beyond) and am available for regular walks, drop-ins and of course boarding. I looking forward to meet you all and your pets! I work full-time, primarily at home (going to the office once every week or two weeks). Very flexible whilst working at home and able to help with multiple walks, drops and more. We live in a safe gated community with ground floor access and will assess each pets individual needs carefully to ensure a happy booking everytime.

About: My name is Aga , I'm a mum of 2 children (14 and 18) and we would love to have a dog( I was an owner of 2 dogs before) but as we are renting we are not allowed to have one. We have had a cat for 10 years. I would love to have the possibilty to help someone and at the same time me and my children can give your dog a good time and exercise if essential:) we love spending time outdoors in parks and always dreaming to have a doggy with us. I m sure if you choose us your dog will have an amazing time and come home happy and fit. I’m often busy but my kids can be trusted to treat your pet with love and an amazing walk if you are comfortable with that and have walked dogs before through Rover. I'm currently quite busy but my children are often free and have experience in walking and looking after other people's dogs. We once had our neighbours go on holiday and we offered to look after their dog for 2 weeks and it all went well. Our house is a very safe environment for pets. We had a cat for around 10 years and have now introduced another one into our home.

About: Having lived with cats and been around animals my whole life, they have always been my happy place. Always happy to help out and take care of any kind of animal! From bringing up kittens to having a current very adorable 16 year old black lab (with plenty of bunnies and fish in between) i've seen animals through all stages of life and understand what they need to thrive. I am currently available to help out every day with the exception of Saturdays, with availability all throughout the day. I am very flexible with days and times, so please don't hesitate to reach out. Throughout the years, I have always been the go to person in my circle of friends and family to take care of the pets. I am very comfortable going into client's houses to perform tasks around their pets, and have done tasks such as walking/ letting out the pets, changing the food and water bowls, and cleaning up after them/ changing litter boxes.

About: Nearly 30 years of experience with my own dogs (border collies and cockerpoos), both from puppies to more senior doggos! Very comfortable with training dogs too. Currently work from home 3 days a week, so available to walk, sit or board on weekdays or weekends! Can easily flex work schedule around furry friends! I live in a very well contained, beautiful flat just off Richmond Green, so have plenty of options for walkies! My partner, Angus, is also dog obsessed - so between us we make a perfect pair!
