“I can’t recommend Julia highly enough! She took such amazing care of my cat while I was away for two weeks. She didn’t just feed him, she genuinely looked after him and treated him like her own. During the heatwave, she even brought extra cold treats and added water to his food to make sure he stayed hydrated. Every visit included time playing with him and giving him attention, rather than simply coming in and leaving. My cat is very shy and usually takes a long time to warm up to new people, but he loved Julia from their very first meeting. That alone says so much about how kind and caring she is. Knowing he was with someone who truly loves cats meant I could completely relax and enjoy my trip without worrying about his wellbeing. Julia was always on time, reliable and went above and beyond in every way. She is simply the best cat sitter I could have asked for!”

About: I have owned 2 Jack Russell’s for 16 years, and also a dachshund so I have experience with dogs, I find them amazing company, I love taking them on long walks and having a cuddle on the sofa!! I work most of the week but I work 10-4 on Thursdays so I am free anytime after 4 and I am free every Friday, I am also available Saturdays and Sundays too if I do not have plans. I live in a top floor maisonette with a garden which is accessible from the front door and down the side of the house, I would go into the garden with the dog so it is not left on its own especially if it is dark. About: In my family home we’ve had over 8 dogs - currently 5 as you can see in my picture! That means I have heaps of experience when it comes to looking after breeds of all different personalities, shapes and sizes. Now I’ve left home to live in London, I take whatever opportunities I can to look after my friends pets while they’re away and feel they have always been very happy with the job I’ve done I’m a PHD student but most of my work/study takes place from home, meaning I’m here most the week. I’m also an avid step counter so if I’m looking after dogs then I’ll generally bring them along with me! In general, I’m a very reliable, trustworthy and friendly person. Having grown up around dogs and just being a genuine animal lover, I understand how important they are to people and their families. I would never do anything to put your dogs safety in jeopardy and my experience looking after dogs also means that I am aware of potential risks, something which unfortunately many are not aware of. Not only will your dog be kept safe but it will be loved and made as comfortable as possible at home in my spacious 2 bed flat, where they will also have the use of a garden (this is currently not fully fenced so this will be via the use of a lead). We also have nice parks nearby which we will be sure to use for walking as to your dog’s delight I am also an avid step-counter!

About: Since very young age I demonstrated loving pets and enjoying being around them. In my childhood I had a lovely poodle, and we have happy moments until she was 13 years. Lyn always does a great job looking after our cat, but this time she really went above and beyond. Our flight home was cancelled at the last minute and we weren’t able to get another one until the following day. Thankfully, Lyn always holds onto our house key until we let her know we’re safely home for exactly this kind of situation. She was able to step in and feed Norman twice more until we finally made it back, which took a huge amount of pressure off us during an already stressful time. We’re incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Becky was fantastic. When Becky first came to my house to meet Willow, she took lots of notes and asked questions to make sure she knew how to care for Willow while I was away. Although Willow was very shy, Becky sent daily updates, photos and videos when possible. Willow was fed everyday and was given his daily treats. Bowls were washed and the litter was scooped and changed. Willow was very content when I returned and there were no signs of stress. I will definitely use Becky again.
