Fernando stayed with Vicky just one 1 day and a half, and that doesn't give me enough insight to write a detailed review. Georgina was lovely and very reassuring from the beginning. The house has a big garden with plenty of space for dogs to roam around and Nala came back absolutely exhausted, having had a lovely time. We wouldn't hesitate to leave Nala with Georgina again in the future! Thanks for having her 🙂
Iyiola and Monika were great with our doggy! They were very understanding with our dogs little habits and needs. We were grateful that they went over and beyond buying him extra treats and making sure he was comfortable especially since it was his first time boarding. We would recommend them without a doubt!
10/10 service. Olatz & Siobhan are amazing. They looked after our American Staffy whilst we were on holiday. Brilliant from beginning to end. Had a couple of meet up prior to boarding, so our Maverick got familiar with whom he’d be looked after by. Great communication from both, daily updates, photos/videos. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018.
