“Two of my border collie are high energetic and too smart to handle, we have been stayed in many kennel boarding and dog trainers. Erika provides the best boarding experience to them though!!!! This is first time James getting along well with the extra large dogs, he somehow needs more courage to, which Erika are able to build trust and confidence with them!!! “Nero is a very challenging dog to handle and maintain - he weighs over 60kgs, slobbers and is quite hard headed but Neeks was absolutely amazing. She is a very active person and took him out for loads of varied, long walks. I was kept updated throughout, loads of videos and messages. If Neeks can handle Nero, she can handle any dog. “My dog - Amber stayed with Jack and his wife for 8 nights. They both took great care of her and I could tell from all the photos that she enjoyed staying with them. Jack was excellent at keeping in touch each day and he sent so many excellent photos. Amber is an elderly dog and Jack was very organised and responsible with her medication. Amber is incontinent and Jack gave her excellent care and kept her dry and clean. I would recommend Jack very highly to anyone looking for excellent and caring boarding.”

Carole deserves more than 5 stars. I would give her 10 stars if I could. She is a fantastic dogsitter - calm, kind, trustworthy and professional. Our 12 year old sproodle, had never been away from home and I was very concerned about leaving her, even for a short time. However, I needn't have worried because Floss absolutely thrived under Carole's care. We received regular text and photo updates while we were away which were much appreciated. When the time came to collect her, Floss even gave us the impression that she was in no hurry to come home. I would not hesitate to book with Carole again and I heartily recommend her services, particularly to those dog owners who are looking for a sitter who is skilled in caring for older, slightly nervous dogs.
Claudia and Calum were amazing with our anxious mini dachshund, taking great care of him and making him very comfortable. They were also lovely, responsive, and very friendly and flexible. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for someone to look after their pooch/pets with love and care!!
Natalie was absolutely brilliant looking after our dog, Coco. Unfortunately Coco had a bit of an upset stomach while we were away, but Natalie handled it incredibly well and kept us updated throughout. She was so empathetic, kind and genuinely caring with her, which gave us real peace of mind. You can tell she really loves dogs and treats them as if they were her own. Just an all-round lovely person and a fantastic dog sitter. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or have her look after Coco again!
Shannon looked after our dog, Rudy this August. She was brilliant, Rudy was spoilt rotten and had a really good time, so much so, he did not seem that keen to come home when we picked him up. Shannon provided us with lots of updates and was very caring and looked after his every need. I would definitely recommend her and we certainly will try and book her again in the future.

This was the longest I’ve left my dog with Keira and he had the best time ever. I always use Keira to look after my dog, because from the minute I drop him off I know he’s safe and is so well cared for. I got daily updates, messages and photos of my little boy. Even though I miss him, I never have to worry because I know he’s in safe hands. He has friends to play with and plenty of toys and I’m pretty sure he makes himself at home 😂. I will always use Keira and I will not stop recommending her because she truly is an amazing dog sitter!!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
