About: I have worked as a veterinary receptionist for over 7 years. So have met all sorts of characters through the years. Previously volunteered with The Dogs Trust. I have had my own dogs and looked after friends and families all my life. Sadly my gorgeous 17 year old boarder terrier cross passed away earlier this year, so currently no dogs at home. I live close to a park and the woods for walkies. We have a secure garden and a loving home to give your dog the best experience while you’re away. Daily updates so you can check in. Mon &Tue I work so limited times at home, so please ask. Other days at home. It’s a five minutes walk to the park or ten to the woods. With a large safe enclose garden. Will be at home on days offering to sit. But can offer partial days if working. Used to having a dog around the house. I have a fenced in garden, with a lovely shady spot at the end. Water bowls down at all times. Happy to have dogs upstairs depending on size.

Natasha and Lui took great care of my dog Benji over the 5 nights that he boarded with them. Benji has boarded with them on three occasions and genuinely enjoys it. Megan has been an amazing find for us and Cleo. She looked after Cleo like she was her own pet. She followed the routines as requested, but also had enough flexibility that Cleo had an absolute treat for the two weeks that we were away. We had regular photo and text updates. Megan was so reassuring when we texted to say that we would be later than expected due to flight delays. She is very obviously a dog lover, and a very mature and responsible sitter.
We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter for Harley. He stayed for two weeks, and it gave us complete peace of mind knowing he was being so well looked after. Harley was clearly happy, relaxed, and treated like one of the family. We received regular updates and photos, which made being away so much easier. Liesl was such a wonderful sitter and I we couldn't be happier. From the initial meeting in the park, I had a feeling Laika would bond with her and be in safe hands and it turned out to be a really positive experience. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018.
