From the moment we met them, they were so friendly and welcoming, making sure both my partner and I felt completely comfortable leaving Bailey, our 2-year-old dachshund, in their care, especially as this was the first time we’d left him over night with someone new. They took the time to listen to all our needs and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. It’s so clear how much they truly love dogs, as the care and affection they showed Bailey was amazing. They kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which was such a comfort, and it was obvious how happy he was with them. They have a large garden, which was ideal for Bailey to have a run around to burn off energy and he loved having a sniff at all the smells in their garden which helped stimulate his brain. They took him on lovely long walks where he saw horses, cows and sheep, played all of his favourite games as well as enrichment activities, and gave him endless cuddles and attention. Bailey came home a very happy (and tired!) little dachshund, which says it all. We’re so grateful to Clare and Jack for looking after him as if he were their own, and we’ll definitely be asking them again in the future!”

“Neil is awesome with our Shiba Inu puppy Yuki. He offered for a meet and greet at his house before he first boarded, where Yuki met Neil’s two doggies Onyx and Cash and got along fine. Yuki spent his first ever night away from us (he’s 15 weeks old) and although he was a little nervous at the start, he soon forgot and played so much with the doggies at Neil’s and loved it :)! Neil kept us updated, sent us videos, and really helped calm him down. He slept all night as he was so tired from playing, and he was a dream for his stay. Tilly has just returned from her third - almost two week stay with Daniel, Carmen and girls.. As always, Tilly had a wonderful time, she’s so well loved and cared for. Tilly is a nervous dog by nature, but not with Daniel and Carmen who make her feel so relaxed, comfortable and safe. They really have become her extended family. We are provided with daily updates and lovely photos and videos which we appreciate very much. We would not want to leave Tilly with anyone else, she is looking forward to staying with them again very soon.
Toby had a wonderful time with Maria – it truly felt like a home away from home for him. Maria went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and happy, and took him on some lovely walks. She also kept me updated with photos and messages while I was away, which was incredibly reassuring and much appreciated. I have already booked with Maria again, as I know Toby will be in such great hands, allowing me to fully relax when I am away.
Lovely warm home from home environment and professional and experienced sitter. Met a few days earlier than booking for meet and greet and out at ease immediately, felt listened to about Teds routine and preferences. Lovely video sent during the day of sitting and late pick up was very welcome. Ted came back happy and exhausted, very happy all round!

A superb sitter. She saved our holiday after our original booking let us down. She was our dog angel. Calm, compassionate and caring Kinza really cares for one dog at a time because she wants to get to know them and she really does understand that all dogs are different. We got regular updates and we knew from the moment we met her, that both her and her cosy home and lovely family were perfect for our dog. Conor and Alex are amazing! Such lovely people who are great at communicating with humans and dogs. We left our dog with them for 2 weeks- the longest we have been away from her. It was so reassuring to see how happy she was to see them again. It was lovely to have all the updates they sent- this made it easier to enjoy our holiday. She doesn’t trust easily but she actually adores them. So glad we found them!
